So hypothetically someone using Decent could decentralize a torrent site to prevent it from being taken down like kickass.to? Or am I having the wrong idea about what this actually does?
DECENT is decentralised by its nature. We're building a DHT search engine, in some way similar to BTDigg. DECENT Network is going to be available for search with no 3rd parties.
