261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Solved! on: May 09, 2019, 07:48:02 AM
That's some vital information right up there @OP but i doubt all these searches are going to yield any results. Satoshi really covered his tracks with regards to his identity, maybe in the future there might be a change of mind so that he reveals himself but i doubt he would ever do that looking at the misconceptions surrounding bitcoin and its adoption at the moment. Do you think he is ready for all those series of press news that would be thrown at his door steps every now and then? I doubt he would, think again people and let Satoshi have some rest.
262  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance BTC Hack is due to 2FA on: May 09, 2019, 07:41:54 AM
It's so sad that these hackers always get to have their way with the funds of users as and when they please. I believe it is time we really give the development of Decentralized Exchanges some level of attention because no matter how these centralized exchanges claim they are they still get hacked.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will they ever find Satoshi Nakamoto? Make your prediction... on: May 09, 2019, 07:29:35 AM
I was impressed when i saw the option that says "I do not care" among the leading options in the poll. I don't know why so many folks are bent on knowing who Satoshi Nakamoto is. Probably for their own selfish gains but hey leave the dude in peace and support his technology. I am sure that is enough for him.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO makes me sick on: May 06, 2019, 11:51:36 PM
Investors who lost some amount of money during the rise of ICOs back in 2017 have no interests in ICOs that are circulating because most of them are just a bunch of ideas which can never be truly materialize to bring value to its investors. It's way better to hold some btc and wait for it to rise and make profits than investing into ICOs.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Binance Coin a good choice to HOLD? on: May 06, 2019, 11:49:13 PM
Binance coin is good to hold as an asset because it has attained unto itself a high value unlike other utility tokens which are not being used and their prices are dumping on exchanges. BNB coin is used on the Binance exchange and that gives its value from time to time. I am currently holding some for the long term benefits lol.
266  Economy / Economics / Re: Any ideas of what we lack in crypto world? on: May 06, 2019, 11:46:59 PM
One thing that i have realized it would be off a high importance to the crypto community is we having some online marketing platforms such as Amazon and Ebay that would accept cryptocurrencies so that we can actually spend our cryptocurrencies in our daily lives.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue on: May 06, 2019, 11:45:02 PM
The number of scam projects circulating the cryptosphere is overwhelming and sometimes beats my understading. I guess it's high time since we have some ICO regulatory body who regulates the number of ICOs that are launched and also check its legitimacy.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: May 06, 2019, 11:43:18 PM
There is no best cryptocurrencies to invest in but what you can do is to invest in either the major cryptocurrencies or upcoming projects which have a use case which is being driven by some products already produced into the ecosystem or world for the benefits of mankind.  Other than these, don't invest in any ICO that promises huge returns because most of them are nothing in the long run.
269  Economy / Economics / Re: KYC for penny money? on: May 06, 2019, 11:40:39 PM
It's such a shame that people would stoop so low and do this for money. There is no get rich fast in this real world of our people. Work hard and it would surely produce something substantial for you to live by it.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies don't want to learn on: May 06, 2019, 11:07:49 PM
If newbies are actually doing some reading and get to know more about the cryptospace I am sure we would not hear all these rants about how they have lost their funds in some projects which have turned out to be scam s.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: May 06, 2019, 11:00:43 PM
ICOs are not dead completely but they most crypto enthusiasts actually don't show any interest in investing into most of them because of experiences in last year. Most of the ICOs that were launched in 2017 are no more and many of such investors have lost huge funds in the investment into ICOs. that is why few people show interests in curerncy ICOs.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: mining electric cost calculator on: May 06, 2019, 12:42:58 PM
This sure is a handy tool which would allow miners estimate the cost of their electricity in comparison to the profits they are making with mining whatever cryptocurrency they are mining. I doubt it would be profitable mining bitcoin at this stage.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Masternodes/POS the future of mining? on: May 05, 2019, 12:36:46 AM
Proof-of-Stake to me is the future of mining of cryptocurrencies because of how convenient it is. That's why these days most projects and blockchain networks are switching to that consensus protocol. Ethereum for instance got on board with this consensus mechanism when it upgraded it's network during that Constantinopole hardfork.
274  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: May 03, 2019, 11:34:51 PM
haha, can't wait to see bitcoin reach even beyond that! We could see another rise up soon which may even take us into $7k hopefully by the middle of the year. I have been following the technical analysis of some telegram group and one of their predictions was that the crypto market would increase in the mid of this year
275  Economy / Economics / Re: Transferring of wealth from the impatient to the patient! on: May 03, 2019, 11:29:22 PM
Almost every experienced crypto investor would testify about the essence of having patience if you are looking at earning from cryptocurrency investements. The crypto market is very volatile and you need to be patient to wait for them to rise in order to make profit. Too bad some folks don't have such patience to wait for their portfolio to grow.
276  Economy / Economics / Re: IMF and World Bank explore crypto merits with blockchain project on: May 03, 2019, 11:21:33 PM
Actually not only these true reputable industries have taken interest in blockchain technology, there are a couple more institutions that are interested in all the benefits of blockchain technology. Most of them would definitely come on board with time.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: May 03, 2019, 12:21:51 AM
Unfortunately it is true and it is so heartbreaking that at this day and age some folks would still listen to the advices of people when it comes to cryptocurrency investments without doing their own research and judging the cryptospace not based on any form facts but pure rumours.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Five important advices in cryptocurrencies investing ! on: May 03, 2019, 12:14:36 AM
These are all basic knowledge that every cryptocurerncy investor should know but i think there is one more thing that i can add. Due to the high volatile crypto market it is advisable to invest into a cryptocurrency that has an ecosystem which uses the token as a utility to help regulate the value of the cryptocurrency from dumping.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Masternodes/POS the future of mining? on: May 03, 2019, 12:05:59 AM
I agree with you perfectly that Proof-of-Stake consensus is actually the future of mining cryptocurrencies because of the low energy consumption and the low cost in setting up a masternode. You sure have to get your eyes opened when investing in them because there are a whole lot of scam masternodes out there.
