261  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BITSTAMP SEPA account "no transfer" countries/banks' list (upd 2014-02-24) on: February 26, 2014, 03:29:06 PM
Ulster Bank is UK and IE. But HQ in UK.

Also, NatWest (UK) are fine. 2 large SEPA withdrawals to my natwest bank account went smoothly.

How long does it take on average to withdraw FIAT via Sepa now. I requested a withdrawl last friday and it still hasnīt appeared.
The last withdawls i made 3-4 months ago , were transferred to my bank accout in 1-2 days?

Last time I withdrew, it took around 5 days I think. But that might have been over the weekend, can't really remember.
262  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] New faucet rotator on: February 26, 2014, 03:09:20 PM
All of the new Bitchest faucets was now added to the rotator, under the new tab "B". They seem to work like Coinbox faucets (some were even old Coinbox faucets that just switched over to Bitchest) but they currently pay a bit more (in most cases 50% more).

Bitchest, haha great name.

We've added advertiser email notifications! They're optional, so if you'd rather not receive notifications of when your campaign is activated and expired, just leave the email field blank.
I am here on your thread mostly for just saying I have nothing yesterday and today we are all out this message again and again for me  Sad

When was the last time you successfully viewed an ad? And can you PM me your IP address?
23 February mean 2 days ago

If you can PM me your bitcoin address or IP I'll have a look

267  Other / Meta / Re: Questions to theymos about the $1,000,000 forum software project on: February 23, 2014, 12:29:01 AM

Prediction: If these Slickage people try to write a new forum from the ground up, it will be almost universally regarded as worse than the existing forum.

That is not a very good prediction, that is pretty much universally expected. theymos has even talked about this being a possibility.

Money well spent then...
268  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: mystery deposits of 1 satoshi appearing in my wallet on: February 23, 2014, 12:28:18 AM
Excuse me for bothering you but I think I didn't get the point of doing this - is it about attacking the blockchain? Than how they attack it? how is it possible?

No, it's simply about advertising their website.
269  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] VisitBit - PTC Advertising w/ Geotargeting - From 0.000001 BTC/visit on: February 22, 2014, 03:06:02 PM
Could you please consider adding a "pause campaign" button for advertisers? Sometimes it can be useful to stop a campaign for a certain time, e.g. if the advertised site is down for a while.

Yeah that's a good idea. Although, one has to consider the fact that at present, there are no user accounts/logins on visitbit. I'll need to think a bit longer about the implementation. Perhaps providing the advertisers with a unique URL to manage their campaign.
270  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp - wanted to withdraw money and was hit with these weird KYC questions on: February 22, 2014, 03:00:00 PM
It's not a big conspiracy folks, calm down.

272  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CoinAd.com, a Paid-To-Click that pays you in Bitcoins! on: February 20, 2014, 05:50:57 PM
Again under DDoS, and just received this email:

Quote
A competitor asked me to perform a DDoS attack on your website.

I can stop the attack for $70 USD. That's my offer.

Also, VisitBit was DDoS'd last night too.
273  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] FaucetSurfer *** OFFICIAL THREAD *** on: February 20, 2014, 05:40:54 PM
Do you try any of these faucets yourself?  I was curious so I went through half of these faucets and ended up with 2 viruses, 10 blank pages, 7 dried up faucets/broken.  I put in my address for at least 10 of these and 24 hours later I have received a total of 0.00000000 BTC from these.  I totally get lead generation and affiliate registration paths...have you made any money off this site? Do you think the money you've made is worth the reputation hit you'll take from the whole user experience under-performing? Help me understand the value in this and how to get a better experience from your site.

Yes actually, I've tried ALL of the faucets personally. Not once have I picked up a virus, not once have I picked up a blank page, and I'm aware of a couple at the moment that are dry, but I'm waiting to see if they refill first. And, I've been paid out by at least 31 of the faucets on there. If you find any that are unscrupulous, not paying, or anything else dodgy, by all means let me know - I'll then investigate and remove them if necessary.

This guy's been spamming the forums constantly for about 2 weeks now. Avoid.

Added some FAQs. Some users were confused about how they cashout, what their balance is etc.
276  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] VisitBit.com - PTC Advertising - FROM 0.000001 BTC PER VISIT!!!! on: February 18, 2014, 05:51:53 PM
Advertiser payments seem to be back online! Hurrah!
today three time I was on site every time message we are all out very bad day for me  Sad

Yeah, the blockchain.info outage affected our ability to sign-up advertisers, so for that day I think there was only one new advertiser, and it was restricted to certain countries.
277  Other / Meta / Re: Questions to theymos about the $1,000,000 forum software project on: February 16, 2014, 02:52:31 AM
I'm sorry but anyone, anyone, trying to justify spending ONE MILLION DOLLARS on forum software should have their internet access revoked... among other things. Absolutely ludicrous.
Internet access is a right, not a privilege.

I wasn't speaking literally. Didn't think I'd have to state that.

let's stay positive about things everyone.

Positives: I imagine the forum will be quite decent after the work is done.
Negatives: The fact the sum of money involved reminds me of a scene from Austin Powers.
Negatives: Seriously, one million dollars? (more?)
Positives: Wangbus can hire an awful lot of hookers, and buy an awful lot of cocaine now.
