finally got a respond after 3 days! Now they wanted additional information.
I sent this information now, I hope it won't take again that long.
Good luck with next response. they activated me now finally. Will see when I get finally my bitcoins... I've had delays in the past too, but in the end btcQuick came through. I've got an order pending too (1hr and counting...) It's a decent service, but claiming "5-30 minutes" might be a bit too bold, since it leaves people waiting around thinking, "Any minute now..." when in reality, there are probably all sorts of variables btcQuick can't control for, like issues with google checkout, individual banks, etc. Anyways, just gotta keep your fingers crossed and hope the price of bitcoins deosn't tank during the delay. you talk about 5-30minutes. I waited just for the verification 3 days + they told me on the 3rd day I had to sent additional information... I ordered yesterday and have still no bitcoins, this service is really slow. I hope this won't happen in the future, otherwise I can just order thrugh bank transfer! (its faster) We are still awaiting payment confirmation from Google Checkout. You may want to call Google Checkout and find out why your order hasn't been authorized yet. We cannot send you your bitcoins until we have received notification from Google Checkout that your payment was authorized. Thanks, -Ascension Hello, it says in your Panel, that you already received the payment... . And I can't find any Contact Information on my google wallet account. Maybe you call them? And can you explain me, why it took 3 days to verify my account? Was it because of google authorization again? Payment Received means that we have received a notification that a payment has been submitted. when the payment has been confirmed the order status will update to Payment Confirmed. Once it reaches this status the order is put into the queue to be fulfilled.

Hi my order (7005), still hasn't come in yet.. it's been almost 2 days.
We helped this customer with their order yesterday and got it resolved. thanks, -Ascension I am that customer and it has not been resolved. I have not gotten anything in my email, and the status in my account is still stuck on "payment received" I got your order mixed up with someone else. Your order is still pending payment confirmation from Google Checkout. We have received notification that your payment has been submitted but we have to wait until the payment has been processed before we can release the bitcoins. You may want to call your cards issuing bank to see if they can shed some light on why the payment hasn't cleared. thanks, -Ascension

You can always try our service. 7.5% (as low as 5.5%) over Mt.Gox and you get your bitcoins in 5-30 minutes. The fee you pay goes down as you purchase more. The other benefit is you don't have to leave your house.

There is a exchange called BitStamp that will solve all of your issues. Their customer support is far superior to Mt.Gox, wires take 1-2 days, getting verified is very easy and takes little time. So far I have yet to see their API go down. I would recommend trying them out as Mt.Gox seems to be spiraling downward.

I guess btcQuick service reps don't post/check here very often...
We check this forum ever day. Most of your customer service is handled via email and telephone. Microguy did receive his order after he called Google Checkout and resolved the issue.

According to the discussion thread on your current Reddit ad, it seems that btcQuick is dispensing Bitcoin in the form of sending private keys to the recipients, rather than creating a transaction and sending it to a bitcoin address. This seems very shady and involves additional third party risk trusting that you will not scam people by using the private keys later. As an investor, I would like to see this policy changed. Can you please comment on this aspect of your business? I understand your concern. To date we do not have any customers who have had issues with this method of delivery. The two most common places people redeem their private keys, mt.gox and blockchain.info, both sweep the keys by default to reduce the risk involved with using private keys. We are almost ready to implement a new form of delivery. We will still be using private keys but during each order the customer will enter a password to encrypt their private key. This password will not be stored in any database. Upon delivery the person will enter their password and their private key will be de-crypted and displayed. For now we do not plan to deliver directly to bitcoin address's as this method is more prone to unwilling participation in third party transactions. Thanks, -Ascension

can someone from BTCQUICK answer the question about the MSB and FINSEC stuff. So i don't have to call them and ask them myself to check before investing into btcquick. Thank you, hope for a reply soon.
We are consulting with a lawyer to discuss the implications of our business and the FinFEN Guidance. thanks, -Ascnesion
