261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs on Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2021, 05:27:05 PM
Bitcoin has no smart contract implementation and each block only holds 1MB max so NFT is not viable. Bitcoin is Bitcoin and it is always the original chain. If you want to implement smart contracts on Bitcoin, you need to fork and create another Bitcoin.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meeting about Bitcoin and inviting people to it on: March 26, 2021, 02:36:52 PM
It is a good thing to meet and talk about Bitcoin, but please only inform them about the technology features, applications and details of the future of Bitcoin, do not give any solid investment advice on Bitcoin. to avoid losing the naturalness of the conversation.
Meet as many people as possible because there will be many interesting questions in the crowd.
Prepare some bitcoins during the meeting and let them experience them if you are rich enough. I am sure this will be the most practical way to prove the theories you told them.  Grin Grin
263  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Is Protecting Human Rights Around the World on: March 26, 2021, 02:04:03 PM
Money has no right or wrong, they are just a tools for people to use.

I think bitcoin is not related to human rights. Like the statement above, bitcoin is like money, a tool for a human to buy, hold, or use as a safe haven. Maybe bitcoin gives anonymity to people who do not want other people to know how much money they had, and even the government does not know about that. But that does not mean that bitcoin protects human rights because whether you like it or not, we still live in a country with a government that will control all of its people. When people use bitcoin, they will have something that the government and the government do not control will not know about their money.
Can you imagine that a person usually keeps too much money in the bank without being kept eye on by the main bank and the government? I have seen the bank lock a friend's account because he has more money than the average person in his account. What do you think when the bank does the same to you. It is their supervision and makes us uncomfortable. Bitcoin can help me keep my money as much as I want and no one can use it outside of me.
Bitcoin is very resistant to inflation and is worth increasing over time.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: March 26, 2021, 01:54:04 PM
I like ADA because it is a strongly decentralized cryptocurrency, coded regularly and has fast transaction speed.
Although the project has existed for a long time and has not had any projects deployed on the ADA blockchain, it makes people interesting because of the purity of the project.
ADA holders can stake to receive back annual ADA profits. This is an advantage for long-term ADA holders to profit over time and hold ADA longer.
- What you feel is strong, it doesn't bring me too much surprise and love because ADA's growth rate is so low every year, sometimes I don't realize its dull movement, holding a little when good news comes and waiting for a pump will be better than believing in the long run. Don't knowingly downplay your options but you should know how many new tokens crypto is releasing each year, too much and too good in terms of quality and profitability, love is an issue, money and profit issues are more sensitive, love cannot make too much money
Sure, my love for cryptocurrencies did not bring us wealth quickly but they did give me a thorough understanding of the project and a virtue of patience. My lesson about holding altcoins is to choose only cryptocurrencies that have a great influence on the community and attract the attention of institutional investors. I won with ADA but also lost most of my investment trying to spread investment with other altcoins. A better understanding of cryptocurrencies and hold long term is better than trying to go around the market and lose money.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Supply Be Manipulated? on: March 25, 2021, 03:40:37 PM
I think Bitcoin will be held with a volume of 21 million. This number is given by Satoshi from the original Bitcoin version. Despite going through many forks and many different types of Bitcoin such as BCH, BSV, BTCD ... but Bitcoin was originally the chain with the highest value and most trusted by everyone. The above shows the power of people's trust in Bitcoin. I think that if Bitcoin were to interfere with more than 21 million it would make the value of Bitcoin drop rapidly and people would leave Bitcoin.
266  Economy / Economics / Re: Food Prices Are Soaring Faster Than Inflation and Incomes on: March 25, 2021, 03:25:51 PM
The world has more money and everything that matters to human life becomes more scarce, for example, food, land ... Maybe we are in a new Supercycle.
Currently, there are many countries with food prices rising and they cannot have enough income to buy food for their families. I think this situation will be more terrible in the coming years if the governments do not have policies to regulate this problem.

Bitcoin represents human will and it penetrates the financial barriers that governments create.  Over the years, countries have accused Bitcoin of being involved in money laundering, arms trafficking and a host of other crimes, but upon investigation and discovery it was the US dollar and the classical finance (the banking system)  it is the tool of the crime.
Bitcoin is more trusted than ever before and most clearly demonstrated that its value increases over time in spite of national rumors and bans.
I think Bitcoin is the product of the spirit of freedom, the will to cross borders and connect people.
I certainly agree about the importance of bitcoin for the population of our planet as a product of the spirit of freedom and the spirit of unification, but still I would not deny the reality of some negative aspects of the use of cryptocurrencies by different people with bad intentions Wink Although of course it is clear that all sorts of crimes involving the use of fiat currencies are incomparably greater due to the scale. On the other hand, such negativity should not be automatically linked to both fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin or FIAT are both man-made currency and they represent labor and goods. Bitcoin is a store of value similar to gold and silver.
Money has no right or wrong, they are just a tools for people to use. So if you consider the morality of money, it's really zero. But if you consider the fairness in creating properly, not being manipulated, Bitcoin is created by computing devices, the Bitcoin network is decentralized and better than the state authority creating FIAT.

270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Tether the Best Stable Coin on: March 24, 2021, 03:59:50 PM
Currently, the USDT / USD rate is too high compared to other stable coins. USDT is the most popular stable with diverse trading pairs on many different exchanges. USDT is supported by a diverse range of blockchains and it can be said that people prefer USDT on TRON blockchain because of the low and fast transaction costs between centralized exchanges.
If I consider the past of USDT I would not agree with the view that this is the most stable. I prefer USDC even though they are only in Ethereum format.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking is not for Muslims on: March 24, 2021, 02:40:32 PM
Bet is gambling while staking in the blockchain is the key to your property to receive another asset that has been produced over time.
Betting can lose all of your money, but depositing profit won't if you do it correctly.
So the deposit does not violate the rules of your friend's religion.
272  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you explain NFT to a 5 years old child? on: March 24, 2021, 02:36:54 PM
A 5-year-old child should only learn to toilet in the right place, eat properly and obey adults to grow up naturally and healthy. They don't need to know too much about technology. Let them grow a little bit more and evoke them both blockchain technology and NFT.
NFT is the post-bitcoin craze and it's pervasive in all the papers so a person who doesn't understand the NFT can read through them even though the pages are not entirely correct, they just report the news.

274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: October 26, 2020, 03:26:21 PM
Paying with Bitcoin at supermarkets is a bad idea because confirmation times are so long, waiting makes things worse. Bitcoin is not such an instant means of payment.
We can withdraw money from Bitcoin ATMs located near supermarkets.
The use of credit or cash is better because of their reliability. After all, they are just one currency like any other. The purpose of the payment is the same. I realize that paying by credit card can help accumulate incentives. This will be an advantage over other means.
275  Economy / Economics / Re: China is looking to get rid of the US dollar on: October 26, 2020, 03:22:17 PM
With Russia and China getting more bolder and bolder and doing more and more dictatorial stuff, it looks like world war 3 will not be that long away. Obviously it won't happen right away and right now, and obviously China and Russia will not care about how many people they will lose, hell Russia famously won a ww2 fight with 2x or even more losses all because they didn't cared about how many death they have, as long as they defended.

Germany didn't found any opposition when they started to get Jewish people in camps, world didn't cared enough, but when they attacked other nations world got involved. China is literally collecting and murdering their own people right now and world is watching but these military stuff and economical stuff may actually get a bigger opposition from the world if they continue like this.

They are implementing dictatorships because they have only one party leading. they are trying to solve economic problems and disrupt dictatorships from America. All nations have the right to make their own decisions about economic, cultural and social matters. China, Russia and other countries in the world are trying to get rid of the dollar. They have their own currency and they can compete equally with other countries.

Regarding politics in China, we only listen to the West one way. The Chinese side has rejected related issues such as organ harvesting and the extermination of emerging religions.
Clearly, over the years countries like the West (especially the US) have taken advantage of the masses and made them protest to overthrow the government. China is trying to establish order in its own country.
Looking back at the color revolutions in Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, we see how the consequences of the democratic flag from the US hurt these countries.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi really a threat to centralized finance? on: October 25, 2020, 03:39:02 PM
On a level playing field, yes. If developers build truely decentralized applications on Defi and regulators do their job well/legally/morally,  CeFi or centralized finance will cease to exist and true DeFi will flourish. I think this will likely happen in a Just Society with people strongly following Just Law.
Humans are still greedy and it will be difficult for them to reach the absolute level of creating an alternative to traditional centralized finance. The infrastructure of blockchain is growing stronger, maybe in the future, we will have new and better DEFI projects but the pump and dump phenomenon will continue to happen at DEFI.
We need more attention from developers and more money from investors to make the crypto market, DEFI strong enough to escape manipulation and organic growth.
277  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Is Trump leading the Anti-Bitcoin crowd? on: October 25, 2020, 03:32:35 PM
Bitcoin is not a big deal for the US economy, it will be a place for the dollar to have more liquidity. Many places in the US and around the world accept Bitcoin payments. Why are they banning Bitcoin when Bitcoin is mixing fiat and crypto. They have a huge market to increase dollar liquidity so why cancel them. We all know the majority of Bitcoin was bought with Tether Usdt and the Americans created it.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi project like game pump and dump on: October 25, 2020, 03:19:55 PM
Pumping and dumping are how people invest in DEFI. Projects that exaggerate and proliferate quickly make others interested in investing in them. The more people entering the project, the value of the project increases rapidly. Sharks have joined DEFI projects when they first launched, they have the advantage of going ahead with large amounts of money by participating in owning and exploiting DEFI. The latecomers will buy at a high price, when the volume is large enough they will sell to make a profit.

People still know what the market is doing, but they try to follow trends. Because of that psychological factor has made the market worse. Right now DEFI has been overblown and projects are dying. There is no organic growth in this market, it takes us a long time to improve it.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal customers will be able to use BTC, ETH and other cryptos to pay merchants on: October 24, 2020, 09:49:51 AM
Paypal allowing Bitcoin to be on their system is one of the great news. That would make Bitcoin more known and it is like a way of recognizing Bitcoin legal all over the world because Paypal is fully responsible.

Paypal will have a new regulatory framework for Bitcoin because bitcoin is essentially a technology and it only lacks the legal element that Paypal has. I wonder how Paypal will implement the regulations on Bitcoin transactions when making global payments?
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Tether (USDT) be really called decentralized cryptocurrency? on: October 24, 2020, 08:46:56 AM
Tether is a centralized currency and it is issued by the Tether company. It is only provided on different blockchains. Tether's value is stable as it is collateralized with dollars in the banking system.
A decentralized coin in the stablecoin system will be the DAI.
