Hi, Mining pool fee lowered to 0.2% and minimum payout to 10 Musicoins at 60 minutes interval. Hi, feel free to join the Musicoin pool - http://neonpool.ddns.net if you feel like distributing the hash power a bit more. Send me a message if you are facing any issues related to pool connection or payouts.

Hi, I am a relatively to altcoin scene and have setup an experimental mining pool for Musicoin. Feel free to try it out and let me know if you are facing any issues. Pool payouts are configured to 60 mins with minimum 50 coins and pool fee as 0.4%. I would suggest you to point to a different backup pool also in ethminer as I am not sure of my pool's performance thresholds. http://neonpool.ddns.net/

Very active dev. Looking forward to your progress. Fingers crossed you stick around. Thank you! A few things I'm working on at the moment: - A potential visual balance bug brought to my attention by BBoBB
- Compiling the newest version of Qt 5.7 (released 6/16/16)
- Creating a slack channel page in the wallet
- Employee registration page
- Login panel for Admins / Employee's
Where do we send our CVs? CV's? lol - Employee registration page

Ohh!! lol I'm trying to run a private pool to do PoW mining from some of my servers. Can I keep the staking ON in the wallet where my private pool is connecting to for PoW? If not, how can I turn off staking?
You can disable staking by adding staking=0 into your Syndicate.conf & restarting your wallet Okie. Thanks!

Is the POW phase still going on? Can I mine this coin now, or only staking is happening now? I've setup my wallet and its running with the miner ON, but not seeing much activity.. Wallet address: GiveKE3M64ZMi2qA2mFvkNrQSkWQ4CinEM
The good news is, the POW "phase" is forever :-) 2GIVE is a hybrid POS/POW -- the POW is all based on TXFEE's which are a generous 1% of any SEND. Do you have "setgenerate true" turn on in the console or did you download the RC3 client and set the option for it? Currently the seed nodes are sending 100K blocks around which drop 1,000 coin rewards every 1/2 hour -- and we're just over half way through the "airdrop" where where are moving ~250M coins to Bittrex 1M coins at a time which creates a 10,000 coin TXFEE block reward. Good luck!! -dvd POW idea looks good! I'm running the self compiled Linux headless daemon with gen=1. Will keep it ON and see if I will get lucky Block Expertsxtc.inter.com

How to setup solo mining with hodlminer or cpuminer-opt? Can I simply start hodlcoind with rpcuser / pass configured in hodlcoin.conf and then start hodlminer pointing to 127.0.0.1:8332 with user and pass?
To solo mine put this in you hodlcoin.conf file. server=1 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=8332
And then use this as a command to start the miner hodlminer.exe -a hodl -o http://127.0.0.1:8332 -u user -p password --no-getwork --coinbase-addr="your hodl address" Thanks!

If I configure 2 miners, will it affect my current efficiency of solving the pow? Will the miners be trying to solve the pow in parallel (thus reducing my efficiency by half) or the second miner will kick-off to solve the block only when my first miner gets into the queue?
It won't hurt your efficiency at all. Thanks for confirming. I will configure 2 then..

Thanks for replying. I believe I'm on the main chain as I can see my miner in the miner queue (neon1) I've got a hashrate of around 80khps, how many miners should I configure to get the best efficiency out of my hash power?

How to find the total pow hash rate of Steem network? Is it "total_pow" field in info?
