261  Economy / Economics / Re: Global financial crisis on: October 04, 2018, 08:48:14 PM
I'm expecting a new crisis to arise in the next 4-6 years, i think what's happening in the loan and reposition industry creates a pathological state.
Banks are still feeling too safe for what they're doing, their mistakes will sooner or later bring on a decline.
Also considering austrian cycle theory, i'd say we're in the boom. Soon gold and solid cryptos might be the go-to when it comes to keeping your money safe.

How long do you guys think we have until we face the next crisis?
No one can predict exactly when the next crisis is going to happen, many have predicted that a crisis of enormous proportions was going to come and that countries will need to adopt gold as the main currency and still it has not happened, what we do know is that things cannot go like this forever and that at some point a crisis will happen, what we do not know is when that will happen and how big it is going to be.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market is going down, is it a good time to hold the coin? on: October 03, 2018, 01:38:24 AM
Now that market is still not yet recover, the best thing to do is hold your coins, but sometimes it depends on what coins do you have because some coins have no potential growth. So before buying and choosing a coin/s make sure that it has a good potential that can gives a good profit to you in the future.
holding is not always good strategy for us,sometimes if we still hold and price continue dropping, our assets value could decrease alot.it could different if we sell it first and then rebuy it.
But in order to do that you need to know that the price of the coin that you are selling will keep going down, and in the case of many altcoins I do not really see it going down that much anymore, that was an option when the value of altcoins were very high, now that is very low you do not have that option, so you can only do two things to keep holding your coins or buy coins at these cheap prices and average down the price in dollars that you paid for each coin.
263  Economy / Economics / Re: When the government forbids cryptocurrency on: October 03, 2018, 01:29:03 AM
Th government already forbits cryptocurrency in some countries around the world. If so, i don't think they can stop the usage of cryptocurrency.
The banning of cryptocurrencies in a country is not going to stop its usage, what it's going to do is to make people afraid of using cryptocurrencies because they're going to fear the repercussions they could face if they are caught in the act of using cryptocurrencies, but as the economic situation worsens people are not going to have any other option but to begin to use cryptocurrencies.
264  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the opinions on bitcoin’s future on: October 03, 2018, 01:18:40 AM
Everyone's opinion is different about Bitcoin and its future, but I remain optimistic that the future of Bitcoin will be very good. And I hope there will be more countries that accept Bitcoin as a legitimate payment tool, so that the development of bitcoin can develop quickly. And although there will be a lot of regulations made by the state, for example they ban Bitcoin, I still believe Bitcoin will be able to expand widely.
If there is one thing in which almost everyone in the forum agrees is that the future of bitcoin is going to be very bright and that its value is going to be so high that many people are going to have great difficulty buying a single one of it, the only ones that disagree with that vision are those that are invested in the current system and that benefit from having a fiat currency.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your opinion about cryptocurrency market now? on: October 03, 2018, 12:48:58 AM
Crypto market is now very ugly we have seen for 8 months we are facing a bear market this is not very good. but that won't continue to be in the bear market !! we will see soon the market will recover soon
Do not think like this it is at a time like this where you can make a lot of money but you need to take advantage of the opportunity, how many people had years to buy bitcoin for a price below 1000? And they did not take the opportunity, how many people are going to have the opportunity to buy bitcoin for less than 7000? Everyone here in the forum, and I am sure that many are not going to take the chance to do it.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Very Unpredictable on: September 29, 2018, 02:46:02 AM
Altcoin investment is very unpredictable. Trading in mercatox for example; I wont pointpick a name of a coin for respect also, but I wonder why the coins there that are listed just by the voting strategy defeated a coin that's been listed through paying the exchange. What I try to mean is I invest on this certain coin there that is listed there because they paid mercatox. Then I just ignore investing the other coin there that are just being listed there because they win the voting process. And I also do a thorough research before I invest like their website, social media sites, team and whitepaper, so in your mind I think you'll better invest to the other one that pay the exchange right? And that time they are still roughly at 5 gwei each the two coins.
Now a 3 or 4 weeks later, the one blooming in price instead is the coin that won the voting. And the one Im investing is still stagnant. God damn it. I hate trading anymore. So tire trading already, no luck on it, urghh..
I'm sorry to say this but if I was in your shoes I will have chosen the coin that won the voting because that means that there is a significant demand for that coin among the members of the exchange and that they want to trade that coin, the one that paid is only wasting the money that they were given by their investors and nothing more, because if they had a good project they will be included without paying.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it the best time to buy cheaper crypto while Bitcoin is at high price? on: September 29, 2018, 02:39:43 AM
So many crypto currencies are coming UP . They are much cheaper  than Bitcoin for now. It is so hard to decide  which to buy . Some are in good promos, to buy or invest to it while it is cheaper and sell when the price Will getting high. Is it a good idea to buy while we can not afford yet Bitcoin?

I think it is not a good idea. Buying other coins while the bitcoin is at peak will be a high risk for you because youcannot be sure if it will give back your capital. The coins that doesn't progress more is sometimes lead to the downfall of it. It is also hard to invest it due to the high risk and cheap value. So I think think twice if you are considering this idea.
If you are really trying to buy altcoins when bitcoin is at its peak then you are good doing a good business but only if you invest in good coins that are not going to disappear in a matter of months, I say this because eventually the market is going to recover and as we know altcoins have a tendency to grow faster than bitcoin so you could multiply your bitcoin many times over by buying out right now.
268  Other / Archival / Re: The Founder of Bitcoin on: September 29, 2018, 02:30:46 AM
Anonymity is the essential purpose of bitcoin and so does the creator of it. If he reveal himself that would put him more pressure particularly during this bitcoin crisis of deeper price decline many investors would him into blame as he could not make any action on how to make the bitcoin price more higher. Many greedy investors would hunt him down not just the government, they will hunt him not to arrest him but to make some bitcoin code distortion that would favor the interest of the government and other greedy investors and whales.
Many people have tried to discover the real identity behind the name of satoshi nakamoto, but it is not really important to know that, satoshi created bitcoin in such a way that we can verify that many of his assertions are true, so we do not need to trust in him, if you have the knowledge you can look at the code and see that everything is okay.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Your top picks on IDEX on: September 29, 2018, 02:21:21 AM
For trading on IDEX, I will give you some ideas of mine:

BPT   - Blockport, marketcap $5.2M
ELIX   - Elixir, marketcap $2.7M
CARD - Cardstack, marketcap ??

or if you want a well established project then

IOST - The Internet of Services, marketcap $145M
The most important factor when it comes about what you want to trade in an exchange especially if you're talking about a decentralized one are not the market caps but the volume of the coin, there is no point in buying a lot of coins when there is no volume, you are going to just lose your money if you try to sell them or you are going to become a bag holder.
270  Economy / Economics / Re: We can totally eradicate poverty if we TRULY want to. on: September 29, 2018, 01:59:57 AM
I have seen many proposals similar to that and while I appreciate the feelings behind the intention if it was that easy to eradicate poverty around the world don't you think poverty should not exist anymore? The fact that poverty is still a problem in the 21 century means that is probably impossible to eradicate and that is something that will will need to accept.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Whitepaper is copied,What do you think about the white paper plagiarism? on: September 28, 2018, 11:44:19 PM
I have a few thoughts.

1. It's not good to copy

2. the reality is, nobody cares...
It is incredible but I have find out that many people do not really care if the white paper has been plagiarized, which is something amazing to me because if I was thinking about investing in a project and I find out that the project had done something like that I will immediately take off that project of my list of possible investments and yet I cannot figure out why people do not care about such a thing because it is a very clear sign that the project is a scam.
272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you still believe in btc price predictions? on: September 28, 2018, 11:37:29 PM
Those people who believe bitcoin turn to 1,000,000 dollars are thinking to much. When the 2018 came I believe bitcoin price become 50k dollars before end 2018 but now it's okay for me to back the price of the bitcoin like 20k dollars is enough for me and ready to 2019 to reach 50k dollars.
Lot of people does not have any idea how to predict the future price of bitcoin. They just predict in the air. No calculation, no analysis, no knowledge of the market and give price for the future. That’s why I think nobody should believe in predictions. Do your own technical analysis of the current situation and then decide the future price and take steps according to your analysis.
Even those that use technical analysis to make their predictions do not really have an idea if their predictions are going to come true or not, that is why you should never be 100% sure of your predictions, there are many things that could happen that could change the market and could make your analysis completely invalid, you need to remember that to be successful in this market you need to adapt yourself to the conditions of the market because if you don't then you are going to lose.
273  Economy / Economics / Re: Any help about how the world is run economically? on: September 28, 2018, 11:32:13 PM
We cannot all be equally rich - because the earning and spending tendency of people tends to vary. Even if we had a point where everybody starts with the same amount of wealth, inequalities will appear over a period of time. Some people will earn more because they are capable and entrepreneurial - you cannot fault them.
Correct, it seems that some people want to achieve some level of uniformity between all people when it comes to their income level or even their wealth but that is simply impossible, what we need to try to achieve is that those that have the least can have a decent life with their incomes and have the chance to eventually get wealthier with hard work and education.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predictions if Bitcoin ETFs are approved on: September 28, 2018, 11:25:11 PM
There are several groups trying to create cryptocurrency ETFs.What will happen to the value of bitcoin if Bitcoin ETFs are approved ?
If that happened we will probably see a small bubble forming because people are going to be very optimistic about the future of bitcoin if that happened, but that growth is not going to last and then like always we're going to see a crash and we will go back to levels similar to the ones that we have right now, that is why I do not understand why people want ETFs approved because were not going to get a lot of benefits out of it.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam? on: September 28, 2018, 10:48:19 PM
You need to be very careful and recheck all your actions. Use strong passwords, 2FA
Not only you need to use strong passwords, you need to avoid to reuse passwords at all, I see that some people use very strong passwords but they use the very same one for a multitude of websites and services and as soon as a hacker gets hold of one of those passwords then he gets access to almost all your life and your coins.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that the HODL approach is good bitcoin? on: September 26, 2018, 03:14:18 AM
I think the HODL approach is the best way to follow. Actually i don't know any other way. I believe that the bitcoin and the cryptocurrency will live forever and every new day the usage is rasing. So before it become too late every should have bitcoin or some altcoins.
There are going to be only 21 million bitcoin and there are about 7 billion people, so the amount of bitcoin that each person is going to hold in the future in average is very low, a person that holds one bitcoin is going to be way above the average in the future, that is why I do not understand why people worry so much about the amount of cryptocurrency they're holding, if you're holding one bitcoin it is possible that is the only with bitcoin that you will need.
277  Economy / Economics / Re: Differences between the developed countries and developing countires on: September 26, 2018, 03:05:40 AM
Lets get discuss about the differences between the developed nation and the developing nation.

First of all employment is the thing which makes the countries stand out from each other in well developed nation there will be enough employment option will be made by their government according to the population on their country which can increase the better standard of living in that countries but the developing nations are struggling to find the job opportunities for their people.

The biggest difference that I see between the countries that are developed and those that are still in the process of developing is the education system, in the countries that are developed you will see that the education system actually works and a person that is poor can progress in its society as long as he makes an effort in school and gets a good job, but in countries that are just developing the education system is terrible even when the government invest a lot of money in it and so people never get out of poverty for lack of education and opportunities.
278  Economy / Economics / Re: Dollar rises in Indonesia, what is the economic fate? on: September 26, 2018, 02:57:38 AM
In Indonesia, the dollar rises while the Rupiah weakens, if the dollar rises why Bitcoin Prices do not rise.

Look: The dollar is rising, in Indonesia it can't overcome the problem of a stable dollar, now in Indonesia is experiencing Chaos, many people and even Students are Demonstrating against the Government, so that the dollar price cannot go down,

What about the economic fate in Indonesia, will it continue to experience chaos?
We know that the price of bitcoin in terms of fiat is mostly denominated in US dollars so if as you say the dollar is raising against the local currency of Indonesia then the price of bitcoin is rising as well, I do not know the precise conditions in Indonesia but it's likely that something similar to what happens in other countries could happen there as well, the dollars are going to become more difficult to get and people are going to try other ways of preserving their wealth including bitcoin and that will make the price to go up.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins which is good today to buy on: September 26, 2018, 02:41:44 AM
This is a right time to buy altcoins as the prices are down. I would suggest you to buy ethereum.
I second this, right now you're going to find out the best opportunities to buy altcoins for prices that are ridiculously low, people are afraid to buy cryptocurrencies especially altcoins but in a few years people are going to lament not buying those coins for the price is that we are currently seeing especially a coin like ethereum because I have no doubt that in just a few years we are going to see ethereum trading at more than 2000.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be Taught in Schools? on: September 26, 2018, 02:27:01 AM
Many things we can't learn in the school it's fact. If crypto course in the school then also I don't think it impact much. Because we get just normal basic info and can't learn practically. This types of things we can learn with good manner just while doing. In the schools who gonna allowed to take risk or allow to dive in the market.
One of the problems that I see with a lot of people is that they think they are going to learn everything that they need to know in school, they do not understand that that is just the bare minimum, if they really want to become good at anything they will need to do their own research, just look at cryptocurrencies, you're not going to learn this in most schools around the world and yet it is going to give you some of the best benefits of your life.

both of guys were correct . if crypto would be a subject in schools , i think they will only teach thier students the basics of using it like creating a wallet account and identifying your private and public keys but schools do also have a level (e.g lower level , high school level , college level ) so the higher the level you are studying , the more advance courses that you will get . so my point is  , we can still learn the advance part of cryptos if we are on college or higher level .
But that will only be true if at some point the topic of cryptocurrencies is taught at schools something that is still not yet the case so if you really want to learn more about cryptocurrencies you have to do the effort yourself, and to be honest I like it to be that way because right now I have a big edge over most of the population around the world and as soon as that knowledge gets to schools I will lose a lot of my edge.
