I'm confident that would be very possible but the question is, Are they willing to adapt blockchain technology and no one stands opposition unto this? Buying grocery items is only one of the example applications where we can use cryptocurrency, actually I'm imagining right now a scenario where the QR code of my digital wallet are scanned and now ready to go with the stuff I bought ~ simply amazing, isn't it? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Furthermore, I've already read a post here before that you can now actually use btc for buying in a convenient store (in Malaysia I think). So if crypto was able to implent in a convenient store then what more into a larger scale like a supermarket, right? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I just really hope this concept will be put in to reality in the near future.

Can you please explain me why you are merited some of reply on your thread ? Because of they support you ?
@OP ~ I think he is pertaining to this pic ( http://imgur.com/pf65Qjn). Honestly, I'm also bothered by this. I think this is not good practice for spend your smerit and it will prevent you from become merit source.
I'm also a Filipino, but no offense, I agree with Coolcryptovator this time because I see his point. For me there's nothing wrong for giving merits to someone who agreed on your opinion or someone who complemented you but since you are now applying to become a merit source then be ready for the changes (if ever you will be accepted). As a future merit source, much better if you will now practice better judgement and being more careful in weighing of post quality. Sir don't get me wrong, actually I understand that you only want to show appreciation for those good respondents but if you insist to continue this then mods or other members of this forum (especailly outside our local board) might have a bad impression to you, might say that you are inefficient or even emotionally-biased merit source; That will be a stain in your good reputation and I'm sure you don't want it to happen, right? Just a reminder, a good merit source always based on the construction and essence of others' post not mainly depends on whether it agrees on his own perspective or not. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Nevertheless, I do support your application believe me or not. Actually, I admire you because you stepped up in order to give recognition for those quality posters in our local board and to give inspiration for others at the same time so good luck to you and I hope you will be accepted ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

You have to keep in mind that you have to share and post a lot (!) when you take part in Facebook campaigns. So you are spamming others Facebook walls and a lot of your "friends" will unfollow you.
Hmm, I don't think so. I joined bounty campaigns many time before and yet I'm not experiencing to be unfollowed 'til now. Completely agree with that and that's why I think giving stakes only based on friends number isn't the best option
But you can't blame why Bounty Campaigns work the way like that. Of course it's natural for an ICO to want their project make a traffic as huge as possible, right? That's why giving of rewards on that kind of campaign depends on your friends simply because the more people who can see their advertisement, the more chances for their coin to be sold. Actually, I don't understand why you are pointing out the difference of real and unreal friends. In advertising, personal connection to your friends doesn't matter a lot (IMO), the number does ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

I do believe because that's all a small investor (like me) can do. My money is all I had and I'm scared to put it in trading or other risky stuffs that's why I prefer hodling. Actually, I already realized that day trading is more profitable because I believe that every single fluctuation in the market means money but since I don't have enough resources and confidence for becoming a trader then I don't have any choice but to just wait for a big opportunity to grab ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) . Does anyone believe in HODLING cryptos anything other than Bitcoin and Ethereum?
To be honest, hodling altcoins will have you a lesser chance of gaining profits compare to trading because majority of them are not stable and meant only for fast buy-&-sell. So if you want to hodl much better if you'll choose between the top 5 coins in the market.

Actually the wallet I am using right now is online based but I'm not worried at all to be honest. Even though my private key is not in my hands, I'm still confident that they will not steal the money of all of its users simply because they don't want to be imprisoned and I'm very sure of that; they might face embezzlement or even estafa for doing such act. I don't know about the punishment for those violations but it was a tough one for sure and besides what's the point of stealing if in return you will lose more money (by not able to gain profits any longer) and have a miserable life ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . I know that the tendency of getting robbed by the company who runs the digital wallet we used is always there. To avoid this, make sure that the wallet you are will use is legal and trustworthy before investing in ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

Bottom line is, without feminization, shitcoins will always be made, by greedy Men. Only the feminized soul of compassion makes the genuine, non-scam coins.
What a BIASED conclusion! Yeah, you have a point somehow because technically speaking men dominated the crypto industry so if a certain scam was made then there's really a big chance that the mastermind is a male. In spite of that, gender is still not a valid factor to consider why scams occur (I mean there's no strong correlation between the two). Hmm, it smells like you are scammed before (obviously by a man) that's why the hate inside you made you jump on those wrong conclusions, am I right? If yes then better for you to stop blaming and work to become a wiser investor instead ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . There are only 3 genders. Male female and nullgender. There are 300 genders for the people who fluctuate between male and female often. It is moreso the timing of fluctuation of genders, than a gender in of itself.
There are two genders, plus a whole bunch of confused people. Genetics doesn't care about your gender identity--that's your issue. If your gender is "fluctuating" then you need to seriously seek help. Absolutely! I'm not a sexist or whatsoever but I agree with The Pharmacist. God created man and woman ~ nothing more, nothing less.

Take time to edit your posts. Mahalaga talaga na dapat basahin muli yung nai-type na post bago i-submit, hindi lang dapat siguraduhin na maayos ang grammar and spelling ng words but also make sure na coherent and may sense pag binasa. Kadalasan kasi sa mga nakikita ko especially newbies dito sa forum (not pertaining to all) eh 1 to 2 sentences lang ang posts. 'Di ko naman sinasabi na dapat mahaba lagi every time na magpo-post, pero mahirap naman ata pagkasyahin ang idea mo within that number of sentences, right? Another, iwasan din dapat natin ang repetitive posts as much as possible kasi hindi ito magandang habit dahil magmumukhang spam lang ang post mo sa mata ng karamihan. Make your post unique kahit papaano, hindi yung nagpost yung isa ng "Thank you, very informative ang post mo" tapos ikaw naman eh "Sadyang makakatulong ang post mo sa nakararami, salamat sa info".

According to my experience, it is not easy to get merits on BTT. I have got 9 merits so far but I am dying to get one more merit to be a member.
I know it's not easy to rank up (I know the struggle dude) but now look what you are, you finally become a Member so congratulations! After all of these, can't you still see that Merit System is working and is not a hindrance at all? If so then ask yourself again ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . I admit it is important to maintain the quality of this forum But I am not sure Merit system is the answer for it. Will BTT introduce any other system in future instead of the merit system?
I respect your opinion but if merit system is not the right answer then may I know your suggestion? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) If you don't have or you have one but less feasible then much better if you will now start accepting and getting used to what we have right now.

What platform you are pertaining about? A "platform" related to ICOs or this forum itself? I got a little bit confused ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . If this forum is what you're talking about then no offense sir but I think this thread does not belong here in the Altcoin Discussion, there is a proper board for that kind of questions which is Beginners and Help ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0). Keep this in mind, there is nothing wrong of asking questions but it would be much fulfilling if you're the one who find answers to your questions, right? Just give a try first and good luck ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

With btc's current state, I can say that it's not bad at all if you will panic buy right now and no longer wait for a more bloody trend; actually you can already gain lots of profit from that one after btc finally pump up. Grabbing the present opportunity is the best choice (IMO) because there's no assurance that tomorrow will still be favorable on your side. So if I were you I will buy and buy while this dip lasts and just use my extra savings if ever the price fall down again.

What is bitcoin? This is the first cryptocurrency that Satoshi Nakamoto opened to the world in 2009.
We already knew about that ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . It is interesting to know how many people have known about bitcoin since 2009 and how long have you been investing in bitcoin?
Though I already heard the word bitcoin when I was 2nd year college (2014 as far as I remember), I still consider myself new here in crypto world because I'm scared to engage with btc that time due to its connection to deep web and just finally deal with it last August. In short, I'm not yet having my first year as a crypto investor but I'm proud to say that my life status already improved. Also, like the so called "veterans" here, I experienced lots of dips and worse cases 'til now and yet still kicking ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thank god.

Losing my phone is a mini-heart attack for me that's why I really take care of this all the time. If I lose this my social media, bitcointalk and digital wallet (it is secured tho) accounts will now go to those "lucky hands" so I can't really afford to lose it.
To give solution for this, I made a list for all of my usernames, pins and passwords of my accounts in a piece of paper and place it to a safe place so that I'll have a backup. I just really wish that the "lucky person" who will get my phone is not an IT expert, it is much safer that way because there's a big chance that he will just do Factory Reset to remove the screen lock and access my phone — meaning, all datas will be deleted and the system will go back to its default before he can have it.
I like your idea of having an extra phone. Honestly, I think of that already, sooner or later I will buy 2 more phones so that I will now have 3 in total: one for gaming, one for my crypto businesses that I will only use in our home and one that I'll use on public areas.

It's very obvious that you don't have a strong basis for your accusation (just pure intuition) but I still agree to you somehow. I don't like to speak in general so let me tell my experience here in our country. There was once a documentary report televised here all about crypto (I think the only one 'til now). This makes all of crypto hodlers here, like me, hyped but we're shocked right after we watched because we all agree in one thing ~ it was biased. The whole documentary only focused on the negative side of crypto: its threats to current monetary system, the possibility of getting scammed and debunking how they work and lastly the people who suffer from it. We are also clueless why they don't even show even a single positive trait of crypto, so disappointing ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) . But again, it's very hard to conclude that media is against cryptocurrency. This can be only a coincidence or maybe intentional, we're not so sure if media was really manipulated and stand against crypto.

No offense sir but I think that would be a very bad idea. I just want to emphasize that this forum is designed for all crypto enthusiasts not for the bots. Also, the essence of this forum is not only in order to earn from signature/bounty campaigns but for us, humans, to have some knowledge and keeping an update on the latest hapoenings in crypto world. If the only reason why you suggest this is just to earn with less effort and less time exerted (in short, earning passively) during campaigns then much better if you will do mining or run a business because that will be more worth of your time for sure. I am thinking that even a not really good one it could be better than many posters in the Alts section It already came from your own words that it is not really a good idea. To give you a glimpse on what will happen if bots will be allowed in the forum, here's example http://example=https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2838860.0 (Note: there is no concrete conclusion about this, maybe a bot or maybe not. Depends on what you believe in)

Why I can't access the link given above? I feel bad because I'm really eager to become a part of that beta testing ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) . By the way, I'm only using a smartphone right now and internet connection is definitely not a problem (I think so) because I have a stable one. I don't really know what's wrong, I hope someone could help me regarding this.
