2601  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Almost lost all of my coins in an exchange last week on: January 30, 2021, 04:46:03 PM
Third email: Successful login from new IP..... to protect your account withdraw is disabled for the next 24 hours.
(Thanks God for this function with the 24-hour disable withdraw.)
If I'm not mistaken, all exchanges have a feature like this, and also most of them it required 2FA that it's hard to make transaction once your account on exchange gets compromised or hacked.  Good to see that this was saved your assets back and you able to retrieve them.

That's why if we have a plan to leave a huge amount on exchange make sure you had already doubled or tripled set the security level in your account and if it will compromise, you have a chance of getting them back.  Might be also good if you leave only a small amount on the exchange if ever exchange has an exit scam, isn't hurt for you.  We know the golden rule of saving crypto assets, "not your key, not your coins".
2602  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange with phone number and best customer support? on: January 30, 2021, 04:24:38 PM
We have different exchanges and even one of the largest exchanges didn't have good customer support.  Once we have a technical problem, commonly we contact them at their email contact, not the phone number, probably they only hired 1-5 customer representatives to answers all queries and they can't able to accumulate if there are too many of them.

Have you tried this exchange?
https://cex.io/contacts  --> Support phone number: +1 845 834 8017 (Toll-free)

You can find it on the CMC exchange, and find the "Contacts Us" button below the homepage.
2603  Other / Meta / Re: (Help!) Forum zoomed out. on: January 30, 2021, 03:38:35 PM
Here is the clear image that you might figure out what they said above.

Go to the forum tab and click the 3 dots above and then adjust the zoom to maybe 100% will fine at me and it depends on you which font size you have preferred.

EDITED: Is your problem has been solved now?
2604  Other / Meta / Re: Always remember your edit botton on: January 30, 2021, 03:19:30 PM
I tend to agree with OP, the best practice is we should always preview or read back after posting your reply.  Because sometimes we didn't notice that we had a typo error or the context isn't clear to read.

But you can edit your post anytime you want if there's an unclear statement that I want to correct, I will simply put it below my post, "Edited:"

Here is also my tip for newbies that until now that I've used.  Use this Grammarly app that will auto-correct your misspelled sentence and wrong grammar, it's a tool based on AI that you can use in the English language.  But you can't fully rely on this of course.

At this point no need to hit the preview button if you're sure of the content you have posted.
2605  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Netflix Sale on: January 29, 2021, 05:20:24 PM
Since you're here, can you tell us how much the subscription of that account, it's monthly or yearly subscriptions of Netflix, or else, it's a lifetime account and we don't need to re-subscribe?

I currently subscribed to someone else in my local and he has a thread there.  Yes, that is very cheap as low as $2 per month you will have an account on Netflix.  So now, I'm curious about what you have an offer and it might be good if you publicly disclose here your service offered.

Probably you can do the same.
2606  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is up $4500 in 30 munites? on: January 29, 2021, 04:55:35 PM
What's gong on?
One of the primary suspects was Elon Musk and suspending Binance from withdrawal by their users.
Based on this article said, "Elon Musk mentions bitcoin on his Twitter, after which the coin goes up by 20%".  So, we can conclude that this dude (the richest man on earth) has a very influential person for most investors, and probably he is a part of those big whales who holding a huge amount of Bitcoin, who knows.

Not only Bitcoin, as we can see, also Dogecoin was pumped recently right after Bitcoin was been spiked.  I suggest holding your asset as long as you can because I have doubt that the price will make another ATH again and break the $40K price.
2607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin inheritance on: January 29, 2021, 04:02:38 PM
Inheritance determine who has the legal right of claim to your property after you are gone.it has to be legal right to claim your bitcoin wallet after you die. The Arrangements you've made in your Will while you are still alive to legally leave your property to whomever you like.
Even if you didn't have a Will of statement it will automatically inherit your property to your family, if you're a single or childless person, it will go on to your parents and if you have, it will automatically be a part of your children, in equal share.

But the problem is Bitcoin to be inherited will surely have a problem in the future if you will be lost the key, which is the only one how to access your Bitcoin.
Regarding this matter, the solution is to have always a safe metal vault to store your important credentials documents where you and your family only know.  You keep it there the private key of your Bitcoin wallet address and write it down into a piece of paper to explain how to access your wallet.

Or, hire a trusted lawyer about this matter.
2608  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Brute force a blockchain.com wallet on: January 28, 2021, 04:56:30 PM
I didn't understand why OP mentioned brute force in his wallet seems he had a wallet ID and the 12 words seed and assume also that he has the email address associated with that account.  If you had all of this information, it is easy to access your wallet without having brute force which is impossible to work with, and I'm afraid that you might get into trouble waiting for a response from their support since they had a horrible contact service which you need a patient.

Reaching out to them and just be patient with the response is the only way you can do now, isn't recommended for me to brute force your Blockchain wallet.
2609  Economy / Exchanges / Re: May i get in a trouble in the future? on: January 28, 2021, 04:15:18 PM
I tend to agree with those replies above that OP seems trying to get a promotion here in the forum or no matter what is the purpose of OP's question, it seems not convincing at all.

I visited the site, it required me to log in (which is I didn't try), even the gambling site itself I can't trust but that is a different story here.

I need your opinion  Huh

Okay, let's assume that you've convinced me and I answer this question and here is my suggestion.

First, try to withdraw the Bitcoin that you received from the gambling site, because as I can see from the screenshot, "You received Bitcoin from an external account" I didn't see there saying it came from the gambling site.  Sometimes gambling companies didn't use the same wallet that easy to recognize, they generate different Bitcoin addresses.

If you will able to withdraw, you can use the Bitcoin mixer and transfer your Bitcoin into a clean wallet that under your control, not on Coinbase.
2610  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I am being mercilessly scammed by somone from the bitcoin world on: January 26, 2021, 11:58:56 PM
This is the reason why I mostly ignore the messages on my emails that use in my crypto exchange account, but not on my Bitcoin wallet because I'm using an open-source wallet that didn't have the required email account.  I don't even check emails that content link because I'm afraid that it might have a malicious link that will lead to a hack.  It seems the same as that, don't click the link given by the email because we don't know if that email comes from the hacker, the best thing to do if you have doubt never click those messages that you received.

I suggest you transfer your fund if there is one, just use a wallet that doesn't require an email address.  Electrum wallet for your Bitcoin will surely safe if you downloaded the right wallet, https://electrum.org/#download.
2611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I sell or hold on my bitcoin? on: January 26, 2021, 11:48:45 PM
Our goal is to earn more, become profitable. Selling at a good price, holding waiting for a better price.
That's a perfect mindset upon having Bitcoin, we are here to gain more upon investing in Bitcoin not just losing profit.  Just wait a perfect time and sell at a good price.  This is the reason why we always say, invest of what you can afford because in investing in crypto there's no time frame when you will get profit on it.  You will not earn in just a couple of days hoping that your profit was there, long term investment is far better than short term investment.

So the OP question is, should I sell my bitcoin?
One straight question, is your profit was there? If so, then that is the right time to sell but if you can wait for more for I said the perfect time much better.
2612  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what have you learn? what do you need to learn? on: January 26, 2021, 11:37:40 PM
I felt the same as you, I'm also starting here in the forum since 2017, from scratch and nothing until I slowly learned and developed to be a good member.  Before, someone in the Legendary member called me an idiot and spammer because my English skills are not so really good.  But I still here ready to learn and I know everyone who's in here were do the same.

People think the forum is a way to earn money are a mistake perception, if this is this first goal, they will never improve.  This is a better place for those people who want to learn crypto and blockchain technology itself because learning techy stuff is really hard to achieve but good thing we forum that anyone will freely give informative advice.  So, we are here in on community helping each other and I'm fortunate that I found this forum.

What do I need to learn?
IMO, I wanted to learn more about Bitcoin stuff just like, wallet and the process of the transaction.  It's a very complicated thing if you have Bitcoin but you don't have knowledge on how to store it safely.
2613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for Trading on: January 26, 2021, 10:59:13 PM
Pretty basic things and common suggestions when it comes to trading tips but the hardest part is on how to imply or apply it on oneself.
I tend to agree and if everyone doing this, I don't think who will be the loser after all.  If this is will easy to apply, well I don't think the same easy to get profit.  In the world of trading, there will be always a loser, as they say, when there is prey there should be a predator and it seems bad with this cycle if our path in trading will turn out as a predator and it is also impossible if everyone will become prey.

In addition to your suggestion tips, OP here is mine.
- Stick to the plan and use trading chart and patterns-

All of these are pretty common to hear on this forum, I always repeatedly seen tips like these but it really hard to acquire even on your own.
2614  Other / Archival / Re: 1000 Bitcoin Hero Members Association on: January 26, 2021, 10:45:39 PM
I am planning to setup 1000 Bitcoin Hero Members Association. Those who will join the 1000 Bitcoin Hero Members Association will get an
exciting opportunity to ..................... . You all Hero Members are doing a great jobs for the Bitcoin Community. Therefore, you all deserve something exciting. I will explain details to all those 1000 Bitcoin Hero Members, who will PM me for further information.
I prefer to join if this has transparent information, not just sending a PM by you, just publicly show the full details and might everyone get interested about you Hero Member rank Association.

I tend to agree with the above, that it should Legendary and Hero rank Members, Legendary members will deserve than Hero members because they had ahead rank than the Hero members.

Can you share here publicly the full details and purpose of your building ASSOCIATION that wanted to have?
2615  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Having Difficulty on blockchain on: January 25, 2021, 11:55:40 PM
Just search first what is the status there regarding using cryptos like for example Bitcoin.  Because if you belong to the country that using crypto isn't allowed, there's nothing you can do is to use P2P exchange or else forget about crypto just not abiding by your law.

But then if your country didn't prohibit trading in crypto and if you are willing to pass KYC/AML on any centralized exchange, that's not a problem of having a quick buy and sell, there are too many reliable platforms where you can buy and sell crypto like for example Binance.

Then if you avoided KYC/AML process, I suggest P2P trading platforms like Bisq that you need to install and Hodl Hodl decentralized exchange.
2616  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Creating a trading bot on: January 25, 2021, 11:14:59 PM
That's a very tricky question and it depends on your knowledge upon creating a trading bot.  It's a lot of code that you should be input ad making this third trading boot isn't easy.

Here is the link regarding How To Build An Algorithmic Trading Bot With Python.  If you know how to create an algorithmic trading bot that's good and you might be encounter difficulties because as a software developer isn't easy to maintain your apps clean and smooth to use that must compatible with any exchange.

Why not you will use the existed trading bot, this might save your precious time and focus on studying trading while you are new.
2617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: who controls the bitcoin price? on: January 25, 2021, 05:27:44 PM
In my opinion, the market for Bitcoin is controlled by the demand for Bitcoin. When the demand for Bitcoin increases, its price goes up.  And when the demand decreases, the price of Bitcoin goes down.  You may understand what I mean. I do not believe that any third party or person can control the price of Bitcoin.
It should be like this.

More supply, less demand = the price goes down.
More demand, less supply = the price goes up.

IMO, no one controls the price, the price in the market is just very volatile.  Since Bitcoin is limited in circulation supply, the demand will follow the level of inflation and the reason the price will moving every now and then.

The whales or those big players who invested in Bitcoin and who have held a large amount of Bitcoin will have an effect that's not too much, it's severely happened.
2618  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can't such a school or online class be arranged from this forum? on: January 25, 2021, 04:44:13 PM
It's a pure discussion either regarding cryptocurrencies and it's functions with blockchain technology or talking about forums discussions.  It's not you think that this is an online class.  I highly advise you to read first the pinned post of this section before moving to another, most importantly, this Newbies - Read before posting thread that very informative for most newcomers on this forum.

It might also help you if you are convenient to watch a video than reading, see this YT tutorial, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nT5HPhO2MA8 (the video not mine)

My suggestion is, read more and understand before start posting.

Anyway, welcome here in the forum, the pioneer and first crypto community.

The Youtube video was created by user @Steamtyme.
2619  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Portis wallet on: January 25, 2021, 03:46:14 PM
has anyone used it? can anyone comment on potential security issues? i don't have a hardware wallet and i'm wondering how secure this would be on an iOS or PC browser.
I also didn't hear this wallet and due to curiosity, I have a bit of research and it seems they are very active on their social media platforms.  You can probably visit regularly and seek new announcements regarding the progress and improvement of the wallet.

I didn't use this wallet, I just share what I have found the information towards them.  Here in the forum, there's a scam attempt targeting this Portis wallet extension..  So be careful of using this wallet.
2620  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: January 25, 2021, 03:15:56 PM
For me, yes it has.

I remember this tweet of Elon Musk about Ethereum two years ago and the Ethereum suddenly climbed up fast in the market.
https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1123033196642201600

And then the Twitter massive scam using the account of Elon Musk, there are too many victims of that tweet so if you think he isn't an influencer person people will not invest and no one will become a victim of what the scammer Twitted using his account.

It's natural that big names become influencers, even big celebrities also do the same as Elon Musk.
