Restricted space => creates fee competition => dust will become non-economically viable to move around.
Restricted space => fee competition More adoption+fee competition => expensive fees Expensive fees => stalled adoption Stalled adoption => declining interest Declining interest => what are we even trying to do here? This, however, is not a description of how bitcoin will fail but how bigger blocks are inevitable. I suggest you go back and reread what Jorge wrote also. He describes well how the block size limit encourages attacks on Bitcoin Also, it is not on developers to be setting up fee markets. It should be the realm of, well, the market. Not all Bitcoin users are created equal. Not all individuals have the same financial pain threshold. Expensive fees might deter direct adoption of Bitcoin by less financially priviledged persons but has absolutely no impact for the faction of individuals controlling the largest portion of monetary wealth worldwide. Contrary to popular belief Bitcoin's immediate target market is NOT mainstream consumers. no it impacts the financially privileged as well, they can no longer speculate bitcoin will be currency. Nonsense. Bitcoin is not limited to its blockchain and the obvious end game for transactional uses are open payment networks like Lightning. The wealthy are mostly concerned with shielding their capital from dirty regulators hands and oversight. Bitcoin offers unparalleled value in that regard. oh ya i always forget about that complicated idea with no real implementation.... wtv i'm fairly certain we'll never get to find out what will happen to bitcoin if we limit its main chain scalability. 8MB blocks here we come!

what's nonsensical is the FED printing billions a month to support the US stock market and the USD is STILL considered gold The Federal Reserve debt note scheme is the mother of pyramid schemes ... nothing like it, in vastness and pervasiveness, has been witnessed before in all history. It is literally the biggest scam ever devised in humanity's history. USA use to be somthing special... really sad everything got all so fucked up. you guys had the "right stuff" and then USA got raped or somthing, not sure wtf happened but you had 'it' then somehow you lost 'it'.

My price estimate for next Bitcoin jump is $1600 with 4MB blocks and $3200ish with 8MB blocks: Lowball Bitcoin price prediction as a money transmitter in comparison to Paypalhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1243623.0It seems Blockstream has conceded to 8MB blocks and that's probably what will result from scaling conference. Those price estimates are sustained and not peak, so god knows what peak can be. this is fucking bullish + i think at the conference we're going to hear a lot of good ideas / things that are currently being worked on to scale bitcoin poeple are going to realize its not a simple matter of upping the limit, and there are actually are many possibility, so people's minds will change from "IF bitcoin will scale", to "HOW bitcoin will scale". we could see an impressive bull run with this. This needs a gif. wtv man watch it happen. >32,000$ in < 2 years thats nonsensical... 32000 will need at least 12 years what's nonsensical is the FED printing billions a month to support the US stock market and the USD is STILL considered gold markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent but that only because you can't stay solvent for very long strap on your moon boots we're going to mars!

Where do you guys see the price heading by NYE?
420490 Maybe 395$ that would mean a lot of ups and down going seemingly nowhere for almost a month. I do find myself going from bear to bull constantly these days, so maybe...
