2601  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which exchange is best for trading? on: May 28, 2021, 07:15:16 AM
First before considering which exchange is preferable for trading you should seek which of the exchange has a better academy that can possibly put you through before trading your hard earned fiat on any of them. Also you should look out for exchange that has more coins listed for trading on their exchange. I might recommend a few exchange to you but doing your own research will keep you at the top of the game.

  • remitano
  • coin base
  • kucoin
  • binance
Take your time, do you findings get knowledgeable about trading and the risk involved before taking the risk
2602  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do I accept cryptocurrencies? on: May 28, 2021, 07:06:45 AM
Coinbase commerce and bitpay could be a nice gate way for crypto payment. It's API is reliable and has a user friendly interface. Although they are both non-custodial wallets but reliable for cryto transactions since they are both fast and swift.
You can still DYOR since it's far preferred you get a collection of information then find that which suits your taste better.
2603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to adjust and work with the bet365 live streaming on: May 27, 2021, 02:16:42 PM
streaming on bet365. For those who have never used bet365, in order to watch their streams, you need to register an account, deposit money into it, and for some sports, make a bet on the match you want to live stream.
Do you mean to say if a newbie dosent deposit and place a bet after creating an account he/she can't access the livestreaming option of bet365, but I feel in actual sense livestreaming is meant to be free since data is been consumed all the way or could this be another avenue to generate more fund from the site just asking for clarification since I haven't streamed a match using bet365 and might likely consider using it if it's features seem appealing, attractive and affordable
2604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Goldxbtc.com fake gambling website.. on: May 27, 2021, 11:49:09 AM
This is really a tempting offer and a whole lot of persons has lost fortune from scammers who disguise themselves in this format. But from the images it would be difficult to dictate if such a person is really a scammer or not and so many might give in to his offer since it looks very real and welcoming.
2605  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to be a bookie on: May 27, 2021, 11:42:06 AM
Would this possibly cover the web designs, graphics and content? And if so how much of a dollar would this possibly cost and how long would this take to get accomplished. Because if the cost gets reasonable enough it should be given a thought since going about the process from the scratch is tudious and demanding. If this could be a by cutting process and really affordable then is worth it
2606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: May 27, 2021, 11:29:48 AM
Outside having the exchange hacked it's more profitable to stake your coin since it's not necessarily been traded on any exchange. 10% ROI is not really a bad ratio considering that you only staked your coin on the given exchange. For me outside the risk of been hacked it's a good take for investors. But as regards safety I would recommend you hodl but since life generally involves risk and the ROI is what the stake its worth giving a try
2607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran bans Bitcoin too on: May 27, 2021, 11:23:43 AM
I believe FUD should be a major factor why Iranian government had to make this decision on banning crypto. But considering the influence on cryto market I don't believe Iran has much to play in the industry.

The fear of uncertainty and doubt has made various nation panic over the how fast cryto currency has grown in the past. Although cryto is currency facing a big dip but many still believe it would retrace back thereby making new trend that might likely shake many nation's economy.
2608  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you see yourself quitting after this bullrun? on: May 27, 2021, 11:13:41 AM
It's all depends on how much of a profit I am able to accumulate after the bullish run. Quitting my day job should mean I have the resources to fund a business of my own that would cover-up for the salary l just relinquished.

But I am certain for sure a whole lot who own reasonable amount of crypto currency in their wallet would consider this after the major bullish spike we are actually expecting sooner than we can imagine
2609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man lost £20,000 in one night after becoming addicted to online gambling! on: May 26, 2021, 12:35:55 AM
Been addicted to gambling is one part of gambling that gambling sites should help curtail. If gambling sites do kyc verification I believe it should be with the motive of knowing their customers better as well as helping them manage risk. When it comes to addiction one can't help his or herself and as such they are prone to making decisions the would end up regretting.

Gambling addicts should learn to open up to people they can trust so the can be guided and counseled. Lately the level of gamblers who commit sucide after betting their entire life savings is on the increase and if nothing is done it might mean loosing posing danger on the life of gamblers because more would still get addictive over time and would still risk beyond what the can afford to loose

2611  Economy / Economics / Re: We exited the bear market earler than expected on: May 25, 2021, 07:53:28 AM
We exited the bear market earlier than everyone expected.
For now we can't say for sure if the bearish trend is over since it hasn't made any attempt to retest back it's altime high and until this position is broken and a new trend begins from there we still have a bear market.

The prices might only start to surge from here. Many people said that the Korea FUD, the Elon FUD, and the China FUD will kill Bitcoin. But what it actually did was speed up a 3 year bear market into a 3 week bear market. Cool
Irrespective of how strong news affect the trend of every tradeable commodity it can't kill it down completely. Bitcoin still remains a decentralized currency and has such has no central regularly body. Individual and government tweets can only cause either a positive or negative spike in which after such a correction moves sets in and once the correction moves gradually overwhelms the intrusive move a new trend sets in. For now Bitcoin is still bearish
2612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP is Back on: May 25, 2021, 06:52:22 AM
XRP has indeed a nice project.  So many including myself gave up on XRP long ago but having grown above $1 which it hasn't done in the past three years in conjunction with the court victory I feel it's really time to grab a quarter of the coin. It's really time to make profit considering the access to U.S SEC document. It's a big start and a welcome development y shows a great sign of positive returns in the near future.
2613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet365 just achieved a big milestone. on: May 25, 2021, 05:54:14 AM
Online gambling broke the camel's back after the compulsory lock down due to covid-19 pandemic. Since then a whole lot got involved in online gambling since it happened to be more convenient for gamblers across globes. Also since there are no physical contacts and individuals don't necessarily have to gather at a spot before placing a bet most gamblers made tremendous use of this gambling option which yield a lot of fortune for gambling sites. I would say a big congratulations to Bet365. For now online gambling has come to stay and there are more possible profits to made
2614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos: Internal notifications, message inbox vs Email. on: May 25, 2021, 05:42:26 AM
Different gambling sites dish out information through various means. Some through SMS notification while a few others give out information through emails either way the most important thing is that information is been given out. It's not wise to stay more than a day without logging in to your casino or any other gambling site because bonuses are been updated without pre-information and many people loss out of bonus offers and might even loss some gifts or free spins that would have made them get some earnings but losses them because the failed to enter their login to get updated.
2615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Cricket Match-Fixing Scandal on: May 24, 2021, 04:52:46 AM

An investigator went undercover pretending to be a businessman looking for insider information about fixed cricket matches at the highest level. The Al Jazeera reporter met a member of an underground match-fixing syndicate in a hotel in India. The entire meeting was videotaped with hidden cameras. The individual is a member of D-Company, a crime organization involved in drug trafficking, illegal sale of weapons, racketeering, human trafficking, and illegal gambling and match-fixing.

Al Jazeera discovered that the crime syndicate collaborates with many players from various cricket national teams. The gang makes bets that the players on their payroll will underperform in specific game segments known as overs. It’s possible to bet on the total number of runs in those overs. The players get bribed to bat badly so that the criminal organization can profit from making bets that the total number of runs will be below the score offered by the bookies.

Different activities go only regularly I various sporting activities. so many sports industry now gamble off their games with a mind of making more returns placing more preference to the gambling other than the game itself. If the investigator had gone in his real identity I believe a proper cover-up would have been done to his out their pit holes . I personally haven't really done much research on most of this happenings around gambling in general but as an eye opener this is to me i think paying kin attention to how various sports industry handle their games and the rate at which the carry out their activities would be of great concern to me now and not just getting entertained and gambling away my hard currency not knowing the games has been Manipulated
2616  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this a good plan for learning tradning ? on: May 24, 2021, 04:30:39 AM
Trading generally is a good venture irrespective of the market you choose to trade be it crypto, stocks, currency pairs etc. Life has evolved and many people tend to get their source of livelyhood from online activities in which trading happens to be a key industry for most of this persons. Giving this a try for me is really encouraging. Been prepared for what ever you would encounter in your early days of trading is another thing to watch out for. Trading isn't a holy Grail and as such you should be expecting lots of losses before you would then appreciate your profit margin over time. Welcome to the hood.
2617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 24, 2021, 04:23:45 AM
Tesla only succeeded in causing a dip fall in Bitcoin price but can't distroy Bitcoin completely. News plays a big role market price of any commodity. Tesla halting the use of Bitcoin in it's industry had a very big impact on Bitcoin price but if a positive news poops up or everything goes back to normal after a long while Bitcoin would certainly regain back it momentum and rise back even though not with much profit it might likely go back to do a retest on it's previous highest point so far based on market capitalization

Compulsive Gambling:
United States Gambling Addiction Statistics

The North American Foundation for Gambling Addiction Help reports that approximately 2.6% of the U.S. population has some type of gambling issue. That adds up to nearly 10 million people in the United States who struggle with a gambling habit. This issue adds up to approximately 6 billion dollars each year, which impacts the U.S. economy and citizens.1

Gambling costs American taxpayers. Public funding for problem gambling went up to $73 million in 2016, but despite those costs, gambling remains regulated by each state, and is not federally regulated. Ten states (and the District of Columbia) do not offer any publicly funded gambling assistance. These funding discrepancies mean that public treatment services can vary widely from state-to-state, and the level of care in publicly funded programs also varies greatly.2

The U.S. federal government has largely left gambling regulations up to each state, which means that gambling may be illegal where you live, or it may be advertised on every street corner, as it is in places like Las Vegas, Nevada. The result is a patchwork of awareness campaigns and treatment programs that vary widely in their responsiveness.

States that discourage or prohibit gambling tend to not offer awareness campaigns, and as a result, people who gamble through their phones or computers may be missing information about the dangers of gambling. Awareness of the problem is key to making changes for the better
https://skywoodrecovery.com/gambling-addiction/negative-effects-of-gambling-addiction/statistics/

With this statistics alone in the US I can only imagine the world statistics when as pertaining gambling addiction and most of this countries don't have regulatory agencies as compared to the United States. So many gambling addict's suffer depression and a whole lot have attempted sucide but the bottom line remains there are no such thing as therapist in some  countries, most of which aren't concerned about how their citizens go about their day-to-day activities let alone getting involved in how the survive. For such countries gambling might not necessarily be legalized and there are no therapist to assist when addiction sets in. I just wished gambling industries could also assist where government regulatory agencies aren't doing much on helping their citizens so we can as well reduce the rate of sucide across the globe
