2621  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitGold.com IS COMPLETELY SCAM on: August 27, 2015, 08:34:21 AM
I'm still waiting for the "free" sign-up bonus to come up in my account. it's pending since forever. if it's too good to be true... you know Smiley
2622  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DjVoodoo/Crazytragator sent me fraudulent Amazon cards and demanding payment on: August 27, 2015, 07:49:43 AM
guys, I told you how I would do it.

take the fraudulent codes to a trusted 3rd party and let them verify with amazon.

also, it doesn't matter if turtlehurricane used the fraudulent cards or not, as this is for amazon/law whatever to decide. I mean they would know if a user bought stuff with stolen codes and take action.

what's the status on the next version? can't wait for new features. What about a decentralized forum? Cheesy
2624  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: August 27, 2015, 07:41:50 AM
Too bad about Krumz' dead fowl, by the way. Fox? Dog? Butchering them for Josh so he can mail them to people who talk bad about Paycoin? I just lost a hen yesterday to heatstroke. Lost a few to Coyotes a couple years ago. Was lucky that they hit the bachelor pen and not the henhouse.

We should ask coinfire if they received some weird looking packages... you know...
2625  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: August 26, 2015, 07:45:56 PM
That is actually that Krumz idiot selling those. Hard to say which will lose it's value faster, fresh eggs or XPY.

Well, his first batch of chickens didn't fare well (actual pic from hashtardtalkv2.0)

it's fine, he can just send out some nice PNG's. that's the next level egg scam
2626  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY CPIG BTCLend xpyerr.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: August 26, 2015, 07:26:27 PM

diversifying is always good. like converting fiat to paycoin, right? they learned a lot from their former CEOpig
2627  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DjVoodoo/Crazytragator sent me fraudulent Amazon cards and demanding payment on: August 26, 2015, 01:28:04 PM
what I don't get is why DjVoodo doesn't ask Amazon for a clarification on said fraudulent codes? first thing I would do as a seller...

it doesn't really matter how your customer used the cards, if they're fraudulent it's his business to deal with consequences.

Best solution would be to ask a trusted escrow to investigate and ask amazon for a statement on the codes.
2628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] A Secure Ethereum Web Wallet (ethereumwallet.org) on: August 26, 2015, 12:38:25 PM
Indeed,
when i check https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=ethereumwallet.org
it tells me the following:

Quote
The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following Comodo's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform (use these instructions for InstantSSL). Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.

Let me purchase a different SSL. I will be back to you shortly. Would you like to have a few ETH or a few mBTC as a small thank you?

yep, a new SSL should fix your problems.

I'll take some ETH: 0x9af084c559597c65417d817075c037a0cba22a29

thank you Smiley
2629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] A Secure Ethereum Web Wallet (ethereumwallet.org) on: August 26, 2015, 12:16:30 PM
Here's what I get in Chrome android & windows of course

it's an issue with the SSL protocol and chrome's security I guess

Edit:
2630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wallet question on: August 26, 2015, 12:09:43 PM

2631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] A Secure Ethereum Web Wallet (ethereumwallet.org) on: August 26, 2015, 11:38:20 AM

2632  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you entered your wallet and you found 50BTC what you will do ? on: August 26, 2015, 09:48:49 AM
you found 50BTC transacted from someone that you dont know what you will do ?
for me i will refund it
and type a note :
dude, your money is not a toy...
tips are welcomed Smiley
--------------------------------------------
what you will do ?
and if you asked him for a tip do you think he will accept ?
or will send some of it only ?

There is basically no chance in hell he could write the adress wrong and it go to another adress unless he did it purpose so what I will do with those coins is what I usually do with my coins Grin which is hold , hold and hold till it BTC reach a GOOD amount then Iwithraw

yeah, I moved to my mobile for transactions most of the time. scanning a QR code prevents human error Cheesy not always possible, but I use it whenever I get the chance to
2633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC halving but price going Down on: August 26, 2015, 09:44:20 AM
the natural outcome of a halving is neutral. the value won't magically double just because the reward halved.

I think price will start to climb slowly because less ltc will be dumped on a daily basis by the miners. The only way price would magically double would be if the circulating coins were suddenly halved..

that's the positive way to word it. but what if miners drop out due to less rewards and stagnating value? hashrate goes down and remaining miners can dump as much as before
2634  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you entered your wallet and you found 50BTC what you will do ? on: August 26, 2015, 08:19:28 AM
diversify. I'd take half of it and invest in 2-3 projects I care about and would go on a little shopping spree with the rest. Smiley

2638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin XT has code which downloads your IP address to facilitate blacklisting on: August 26, 2015, 06:35:16 AM
locking out people from the blockchain is unbearable. I hope XT won't see consensus...

too bad inmates can't post on the interwebs(idk maybe some can). it be frikkin awesome for homero to post here from his cell.(im thinking ahead) i think he'd kinda enjoy it in a weird sorta way.
hed probably start crowing about  how he was the king scammer and  how he  maticulously planned the most awesome crypto scheme ever and suckered in  the likes of
rich arabs  with millions to splurge  and poor greedy  peons who spent their last dime and maxxed out all their credit cards.
i know everyone here would get a charge outta that.  well i would anyway
Keep dreaming if it makes you feel better. Josh will NEVER spend a day in prison or otherwise incarcerated. But, enjoy your fantasy.

how much you wanna bet? lol ~ if he moved to Dubai that will not save him ! :-) *pitchforks&torches lit*

last thing I read he's back in the states. they had some "issues" with authorities in Dubai and there was some drama IIRC

He can write (i.e. con someone into writing for him) a book. I'd buy one as long as it's not spell checked or edited in any way.

the last part " not spell checked or edited in any way" is important. Garza, if you read this, make sure to write your book without editing Cheesy
