2622  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: PAYS EVERY THREE HOURS on: September 07, 2015, 07:23:42 PM
Seems like a bit of a flop, just the one investor oh well, sure they'll pop up again.
2623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRF] Graffiti [UNDERGROUND] [FREE DISTRIBUTION] [MARKET OPEN ON BLEUTRADE] on: September 07, 2015, 07:11:53 PM
It's a shame with the momentum GRF was gaining, the coin should not die due to this, I'm holding for the long run.
2624  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who would you want to be? on: September 03, 2015, 12:13:44 AM
Satoshi as I would have quite a few Bitcoin and would think it a great idea to give out a thousand or so just randomly on the forum.  I mean who needs a million coins.
2625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much BTC have you gambled? (anonymous on: September 03, 2015, 12:09:01 AM
Not a massive amount, around 0.5 no longer do I spend a lot of time gambling I just don't think I am that lucky.
2626  Economy / Exchanges / Re: here is a website offering me to paypal to btc exchange on: September 03, 2015, 12:02:18 AM
Yeah best to use somewhere else if you cannot find any positive feedback, outside of the feedback the reasons mentioned above aee reason enough to wait a while before using this site to see if they establish themselves or are just a scam.
2627  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i solo mine with a rented rig ? on: September 02, 2015, 11:57:28 PM
I have used them many times in the past to mine altcoins and have never had any issues, if there is downtime they compensate you for the difference.  I think solo mining Bitcoin will be quite expensive unless you are very lucky.
2628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 02, 2015, 11:49:46 PM
I think gambling is a personal choice, it can be wrong for someone with an addictive personality who will lose much more than they can afford, it can also be a good thing for tbe occasional gambler who loses only what they can afford.

I know someone who was heavy into the horses and made big money only to lose it all, it has the power to make or break lives.
2629  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Wich exchange have you been? on: September 02, 2015, 11:43:42 PM
Bittrex  is my main one, then c-cex and then sometimes yobit.  Used to like Cryptsy but then it seemed like the other exchanges added more new coins so migrated over to them and left Crypsty.
2630  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: anyone rolled 10000 ? on: September 02, 2015, 11:38:36 PM
I have never rolled it and I was using this faucet heavily for a few months before realising that signature campaigns would be more fruitful, somebody has to have rolled it?
2631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest on your own risk on coins with a self-moderated topic. on: September 02, 2015, 11:35:43 PM
True, when you see a moderated thread it could be for many reasons.  If a comment you made has been deleted and it was a legitimate comment you can always copy and open a new thread to see what the general opinion is.
2632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FREE MONEY on: September 02, 2015, 07:15:08 PM
Lol always funny to see a thread headed free money.  There simply is no such thing.
2633  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin future in few words ? on: August 31, 2015, 10:30:32 AM
Bitcoin if not itself but a coin inspired by Bitcoin will  become the one world currency.  Would like to see it being Bitcoin.
2634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What you want to see more in Bitcoin? on: August 31, 2015, 10:07:51 AM
On a purely non technical side I would like to see more people, a larger userbase and a few more main retailers using Bitcoin.
2635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many of you feel ashamed for recommending Bitcoin to family & friends? on: August 31, 2015, 10:03:26 AM
I mentioned to a few people, shouldn't feel ashamed as everyone has their own choice to make and I can't see any harm in giving people information.  It will pay off in the long run I'm sure.
2636  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best exchange site? LTC to BTC? on: August 29, 2015, 10:45:43 AM
I tend to like Bittrex for altcoins to Bitcoin.  Although try using it on your desktop as trying to use the mobile version is quite frustrating.
2637  Economy / Economics / Re: We've started mainstream adoption - Pension considers Bitcoin investment on: August 29, 2015, 10:36:47 AM
This is good news, pensions allow to choose what risk level you would like so I would guess this would fall into the high risk level, I would definitely update my pension if this were available in my country and not just Canada.
2638  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate womens to use Bitcoin? on: August 29, 2015, 10:28:44 AM
Had to laugh when I saw the op.  I would think trying to educate women on Bitcoin would be pretty much the same as trying to explain it to a man.
2639  Other / Off-topic / Re: Think of something that makes you excited on: August 28, 2015, 12:37:46 PM
The potential of Bitcoin and fact that we are here quite early on excites me, looking forward to see how it all pans out.  It's an exciting time.
2640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BIP100 gives miners too much power. Everyone should reconsider it on: August 28, 2015, 12:34:01 PM
Miners make the rules. That's how the system is designed.

The problem is that the design didn't anticipate 2 or 3 mining pools being a majority.
I agree, it would have been expected or assumed that there would be many many miners and not a few large pools dominating.
