2621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minor Protection From Gambling on: June 10, 2022, 05:56:43 PM
What if the kid using a filter to make him looks like an adult and then the video he used to fake the biometric verification? I think it's kinda possible if the site only ask the biometric verification without ID. We're in 21st century and technology are improve really lot every year, anyone can use any tools that appeared in the google. There's nothing to stop this, except he's.
That cant be. That was only possible if you will be asked to upload your own selfie or video but this was real time as on what is stated. There will be no options for editing other than the capture button on the center. They are then going to compare it to the image shown in the i.d's, so there is no way that the kid can fake this out. This is a new kind of technology, means it is more intelligent than the previous ones.

My salute to the German country for implementing such a thing. I guess minors being involved in gambling is now rampant there and this is not good. That is why they are doing what they can to stop this problem. it's a big help for the parents.

Yes, the real-time verification process is unedited and cannot be filtered. I hope that countries that struggle with the same thing will also ask for a verification process to control the increasing number of minors getting involved in gambling. No matter how parents monitor their children, the exposure to gambling ads is everywhere on the internet so the government or gambling sites must also do their part to be responsible for solving this issue.
Yeah, with having the current technology advancement today then its really hard for your child not able to see these things no matter how strictly you would monitor out your kids or children which it wont really be assuring that they

wont really be seeing those things thats why i do agree into that real-time verification process at least on  where it could really lessen out the tendency of minor involvement with gambling.
With easy access and easy getting those cards from parents or does have money wont really be that a problem which make dealings even way more easier.
2622  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for June on: June 09, 2022, 10:56:07 PM
June hasn't actually started any badly, has it, thus i expect us to finish as strongly as the month has started, lol, not too high though, but something within the range of 35k, or maybe even higher, who knows. But i just have this hunch that we wouldn't be going too down this month, or maybe even for the rest of the year. Bitcoin is still at a good price to accumulate more Cool, not that there is ever a bad time to purchase some Bitcoins anyway.

27k-28k looks to me like the "lowest of the lows" we can get this year, that is what i think.
Im not expecting that much on which i do even see that the price is still moving just on the same behavior when it was still on May.We arent making such significant movements in towards it price thats why im not really making

myself that hopeful for some bullish run for this month so that you wont really get yourself to be that frustrated and there's no way that someone could predict on what would be happening in June but there's
always a possibility or probability that we might be seeing some significant movement or rise yet we've been moving sideways for a while now.
We can't be hopeless, yes. We are still in the 2nd week of June, probably there be a lot of changes my come (significant changes) but I won't say it is huge. But for now, it was not too clear to see such thing, we've never heard interacting news that would catch attention for the people to make more buys and create some hypes.

My assessment is that - June can be not far from the previous month's trend. The price may jump high but drops can be also inevitable.
Everything could really be possible thats why its always be that recommended that you should make yourself get easily panic nor freaking out whenever there are price declines or prices do really goes into

the opposite site for this month but im not really that hopeful nor expecting that there would be some pumps for this month.I dont see any fundamentals or news around which might cause for such

change in trend and this is where we do all hope considering that the market had been moving sideways quite a while already but im already get used to it.
2623  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin drops to $8k on: June 09, 2022, 10:19:32 PM
Lets assume Guggenheim's Minerd speculation on bitcoin having an ultimate bottom of $8k if it hits $30k referencing the "[U.S. Federal Reserve] being restrictive.”, Currently bitcoin price is below $28k and from the look of things this speculation might and might not be accurate but what if bitcoin price falls to this very dip.

I am asking what will you sell to buy more bitcoin if this speculation ever happens or will you choose to  sell off all your bitcoin due to FUD.
You will only get loss if you sell at loss,so the best dicision is to hold and wait for the another bullish season, i think if btc drop down to 8k$ we need to be calm and stop looking on our investment portfolio and to have peace of mind we need to think about the last ATH which reach up to 60k$. Most of the new investors  loss because they do panic selling when the price drop 90% without knowing the fact that if we buy some more big earnings will come when bullish season start again.
You wont loss nothing if you dont sell and that should really be the thing in mind because if you do freak out whenever the price declines then you would
really be ending up with this situation.

If bitcoin would drop to 8k then its a good opportunity for you to get in or accumulate cheap coins because these times arent something that very common or
usually happen which means that its a good time to get in.

Dont expect for some bullrun or recovery afterwards because you cant assure that everything would be happening in the future
but there's always the chance.
2624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: June 09, 2022, 09:52:51 PM

We all know already that he has the power, but now he is more faster and his punch are really that firm. But I would agree that it has to be tested on the higher weight class. Just maybe he will carry it but if he is not a natural featherweight, maybe he will encounter boxers that can withstand his power.

Anyhow, I'm not familiar with Japanese anime, but I'm sure he is a hero in Japan now, him and his brother both won in this fight and could be the next big Japanese superstar. But they should conquer the US and fight there.
He might already have that in mind on stepping on higher division which he could really test out his power.Sudden change on weight wont really be something simple yet this would greatly affect speed considering on the weight added and mass but adjustments would be there and he is really that aware of such changes but its not really that a bad idea on stepping up one higher if he do sees
that he could easily fit out or capable on beating people on higher rankings but we cant be sure on what would be the outcome if ever he do tends to step up
but just like others been saying that he has the power and speed.
2625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I Crypto on: June 09, 2022, 08:57:18 PM
I'm opening this back up because I would love to hear more stories on how you guys use crypto and the part crypto plays in your lives.
Back into those early years when Steam is still accepting Bitcoin on purchasing steam wallet codes then i do actively make use of my coins to buy one but they had removed it and now
i cant see anything on where i could make use of my coins but honestly im not really that too interested on spending it but rather accumulating as much as i could since we know
the potential is something clear in near future where it could possibly make some profits on just simply holding thats why whenever i do tend to buy then i do purchase it out
on casual way where you could simply pay with fiat.
2626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 08, 2022, 11:07:03 PM
It could be on basketball, boxing or horse racing, or any kind of sport, after being in a particular sport for many years can you see or tell if a fight or event is fixed, there are upsets but in the back of our mind, there's a possibility that the match or game is fixed.
It's really hard to tell because if there's a fix, these people who are doing it are professionals. It's just a guessing game, if you think a certain team is heavily favored that everyone is betting on them, just fade the public and put your bet on a team that you think has no chance of winning.
^ And also, we saw them in live coverage on our television so it is impossible if the game is scripted just because it is fixed there is already a winner.
I don't think this really happens in that kind of sport but I think just a coincidence and that is right, they are professional in that sport and we know if there are changes while they are in the match. Players also build their reputation not to become fade in the future, so I don't think there is someone willing to risk their dignity.
We are dealing with professional players and if there are some arrangement or agreement on making it a fixed game then this is something that these fellas could able to do so and of course it wont really

be that obvious as much as possible because if they do get caught then they do know on what would be the consequences. We know that fixed matching is possible or could really happen.
You cant say that you could definitely point out if its fixed or not thats why whenever there are some irregularities of their performance then people would always
be coming up with some nasty comments.
2627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs seized by police on: June 08, 2022, 10:23:13 PM
Bitcoin related to crime was seized and auctioned away by many countries for many years. I don't feel that much has change since then, maybe only the fact that newer coins/tokens were "added to the list", including the NFTs (but I already said tokens).
Not surprising. They would really be including anything that they want or like or something in related with crypto which is automatically considered to be part of it which means lets be more careful.

Anything could really be seized up and there's nothing we can do about it and expect that government does really love on confiscating everything as long it do violates.

They know that it wont be easy due to decentralized and anonymity aspect of some coins/nft etc. but its not impossible.
2628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin drops to $8k on: June 08, 2022, 10:12:36 PM
Every entry you take is an opportunity, but it's always depends from how you play the business, short or long both have that capabilities to give a decent amount of profits, though, in some point people aimed for low value but still afraid in taking the risk, if you see Bitcoin fall to $8k fr sure instead of buying more will look for more low and with that actions, the bear will continue to dominate, it will take time and if there's no additional big investors, the time frame will take longer.
It's hard to doubt a deeper price drop if bitcoin drops to $8K after hitting ATH $69K. But so far $8K is a tough expectation to come true as we believe it will get plenty of support from institutional investors where prices probably won't drop too deep. For now expecting bitcoin to go up to $8K is something that probably doesn't make much sense to me as most people might think that collecting during a downturn is the right way to make a profit. This strategy has been considered, so there is very little hope for it to drop to $8K although there is always a possibility.

I hope bitcoin never drops below $15K again in the future, so that's good support to hope it doesn't touch again if bitcoin's price drops during this year or next before hitting a new ATH.
Institutional investors may have little to nothing to hold back on if the market really want to correct back to $8k we have seen how Bitcoin market have acted in the past when the os a dip cut down in price, the price can go down to -25% within a few hours this action used to be the highest surprises I have seen over the time and in history.

Take what happened in 2018 after the first all-time high of 19k and see the price it crashed back to in a few days.
-5 - -10% a day is a casual movement in the market
10-25% Nearly normal but theres some events happening in the market.
50-60% its a trend change

But in overall these are typical movements that we do have in the market. In terms of increase then it could increase on opposite manner too.
Market is really just like this on where it could move into two possible paths and intensity would really be depending on certain conditions or factors.
2629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 (September 17) on: June 08, 2022, 08:52:21 PM
After the fall of the legendary and future Hall of Fame Nonito Donaire from the hands of a much younger Naoya Inoue, I can see GGG is next. Although GGG has better odds than Donaire, I still believe the latter has the better chances of winning due to his power and he did hurt Inoue during their first fight. Canelo Alvarez already took GGG's best shots for 24 rounds. Now GGG is old and slower, I really really doubt he can outbox nor hurt Canelo Alvarez. Canelo Alvarez will stop GGG this time. Watch out on boxers entering their mid 30's as their bodies will start to decline (Lomachenko and Crawford).
How about on how Canelo performed or fight against Bivol? You could really still see that sloppy punches from Canelo which i do even see that those things are just the same with GGG. Cheesy
Fighting out Murata was still considerable but of course there would be some huge changes.

You could actually make out some differentiation between the two but i would still go for GGG on this one. There's no doubt on Canelo's power but
withstanding it wont really be that much of an issue.
2630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first gas station to accept Bitcoin in my region on: June 06, 2022, 11:08:19 PM
I hope the government don't wake up anytime to go against it , those people act funny sometimes because they have always seen bitcoin as a threat to them. Some countries are adopting bitcoin , maybe your country may also adopt bitcoin one day since bitcoin is not totally ban there
For now the cryptomarket in Nigeria isn't regulated. For now the government have considered it among the list of digital assets that can be used as a form of investment. The government haven't authorised to use it as currency as a asset to exchange value. So, it is important to cope with the government policies. Maybe this could cause them with some issues. The step taken forward is really big and the same coming from a country like Nigeria shows how how people are getting into cryptocurrency.
I'm glad someone did something like that although we don't have to expect that the government will turn a blind eye here because I know one day they will come to that gas station and will gonna ask some questions. But I hope their government would support it though since it's in business but we just don't have to expect that they will since anytime that would change their mind. But for now, let's just spread the good news that Nigeria took the initiative to use Bitcoin as a way of payment for that gas station.
Whenever a business do accept or implement something and since these are regulated then its understandable that owners would make out some research first of bitcoin was on positive, neutral or negative situation into their country

which means that if they do accepted it out then its neither neutral still or already on that positive side of things.Everyone could accept nor adapt  nor integrate it and it would vary on every business or merchants out there.

its really good to look at that you could really make use of your crypto on paying up your gas but honestly i would rather keep my coins for long term perspective.
2631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 (September 17) on: June 06, 2022, 10:20:06 PM
To pump us all,  Grin here is the official fight trailer by DAZN:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4WThfLmqQY

Seems that fans are still rooting for GGG to win even if they say that he is past his prime already. But we can see that he can pull that trigger with a good win against Murata. And then Bivol upsets Canelo in their fight. But the two are true Warriors and I assume everyone is very excited. Even the press conference for sure will be crowded by fans of both fighters, just imagine the atmosphere.
Unanimous decision by Bivol which i could say that it was really just right yet Bivol does have that unbreakable guard which is something that cant really be beat up easily.
Bivol neutralizes Canelo's counter punching and also he had some tough chin so its expected that he had able to handle it out.Its not surprising that people would
really be going along with GGG for this upcoming fight. We've indeed seen on how he performs on vs Murata which it isnt surprising on whose the favorite.

2633  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TA or FA which is a better choice for market speculation. on: June 06, 2022, 08:11:46 PM
Do not forget that most often this choice depends on the situation on the market. Often this really requires a more careful approach, because the situation is rather ambiguous.
Its indeed situational and just like on the condition or situation where there are big news or events in the market which it could really be in result on not following those indicators in terms of movement
which neither it would really be making out some reaction or not specially on Fuds or even on positive news that could happen along the way. Some might really be putting much attention to it
thats why they do ignore technicals on the time but there are people whom do really stick with that.

Just test both and you would find out which one will really be effective. It all matters on how you do use and make decision through it.
2634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Something Like This Happen To You on: June 05, 2022, 08:48:55 PM
Depending on budget, I prefer going for big wins and usually chase bonus rounds that pay bigger than previous bonus round. Especially on No limit City slots, max win multiplier can go insane like 60kx,100kx but it is one in millions odds hitting max win. Stopping at big balance is not my type, I usually go for highest possible level I can.
As long you are aware of the risk and as long you are willing for those balances to be lost completely then i dont see anything wrong with it as long you do spend the money which you are
really that prepared or accepting it to lose then this is what matter the most. Even if you do tend to chase up some insane multipliers with having those balance of yours then i dont see
anything wrong with it.

Chasing wins is a common behavior but dont tend to chase losses or trying out to break even because its an another story
which would make the situation even more worst.
2635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to buy - end of bear market incoming on: June 05, 2022, 07:06:59 PM
Fortunately for us we have been in this market long enough to know this information, but there are many newbies that simply look at the price of one of the coins they wanted to get months ago and now that they see the price is low they think of this as a golden opportunity they cannot let go, however we know the truth, a great deal of the altcoins that experimented a huge drop are never going to recover, and this means that we need to be incredibly cautious when buying the dip when the coins in which we are interested are not within the top 10.
This is true for altcoins, there were quite a few coins that, after their price was quite high, after the bear market, could no longer regain their previous levels. This is the reason why I try not hold for a long time, altcoins in which I do not see much perspective, which I use for speculation. And having a bitter experience, even with those altcoins in which I have more confidence, I am also very careful, because a long hold can lead to the loss of my money.
That's a good point. Altcoins should never be hold for long because those coins you usually hold don't fly to the moon. It's a casino where few people win. Even if you look at the creation date of this thread, many altcoins have lost half their value since that time. That's why you can now buy a lot more coins.
Altcoins have fallen by more than -80% of course Buy Back can be done if you still have capital,
bear market is something that is common in the crypto world, because this is part of the cycle

Even if the fall -80% I still be more careful on what we are seeing right now because we don't know what will happen since there's no contributing factor for us to look up for a bull run. Also as long as the market is unstable and we see some crisis occur maybe this will stop people to hodl but we don't know on what will happen in future so I guess its up for people who have golden balls to figure out if he will became rich if he hodl or not.
I can tell you roughly scenario of what will happen. In the future there will be a bull run and whoever did not buy the coins cheap will buy it expensive, then another bear market will happen and most people will lose money. These cycles work regularly and will not stop until it stops making money for the manipulators.
Market does really have that common cycle thats why you should really make yourself to be that wise on making out decisions whatever the condition you are facing on.Expect that there's a bearish market and there's a bull market

which does basically means that you should really be that prepared on acting out whether its bear or bull.Be wise and be having that risk management whether you are placing yourself now and wait for recovery

or would just simply wait up and regret later on when prices tends to make some u-turn or recovery later on.We dont know on when but it would surely happen.
2636  Economy / Economics / Re: What can an average JOE do to face the global food crisis? on: June 04, 2022, 07:55:44 PM
There are not really a lot that you can do..... the food prices has already increased substantially and I think there are not a lot of people in the position to buy bulk at these inflated prices. Even if you buy in bulk, most food items have an expiry date... so you will have to use those food items within a few months..or it will spoil.  Roll Eyes

I buy certain food items that last longer in bulk, like Rice & Flour & Tea & Powered Milk & Oats & Red Wine ...etc. Most of these products will last a year or longer.... so I am hoping that everything will return to normal....way before they reach their expiry date.  Tongue
The wise people are investing in food business - the high inflation all around the globe has put everyone in so much trouble. So saving is very helpful.
Save money, save water, save food and save your health. You can do some real magic - if you save yourself from the toxic stuff and people.
Easy to say but acquiring these things wont be simple considering that it do need something for you to be able to achieve on.

Save money? You do need different source of income
Save water? This is a global thing aspect
Save food? Cant avoid high increase of price
Save health? This vary since not all are really that mindful about the condition.

Common sense would be the key with some extreme effort when you are trying out to prepare on something.
2637  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What have been your crypto trading experience on: June 03, 2022, 10:27:57 PM
at least you have to minimize the loss so that it doesn't become a big loss. All traders can indeed experience losses, but the profits obtained must also be greater than the losses that have been experienced. Experience is indeed the best teacher to be able to learn better. Master the technical analysis and fundamentals, then the trade will go well and understand what to do. Never trade without having the knowledge, it will just be a waste of money.
Exactly my point, it is literally almost impossible for any successful trader to go on straight  successive trades without losses. There is bound to be lots of losses and as a matter of fact, losses are what makes trade what it is, so it is very normal, very natural and acceptable to experience down times in trade but what is not acceptable is having losses greater than your profits, it exactly means there’s something wrong about the trade which you are not applying or doing right.
Successive wins or simply no losses do only happen in dreams which cant really be possible once you are in reality.Even professional traders or veteran ones do really experiences losses which is something inevitable.

The thing on here is that people should really make use of their skills and knowledge on lessening out the odds of losing and that what matter the most because perfect trades doesnt exist.

Experience would be similar into each other and success will vary on how you do make decisions and analysis on it.
2638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best UI/UX Gambling Platform? on: June 03, 2022, 09:10:00 PM
1. Rollbit.com
2. Roobet.com
3. Stake.com
4. Fortunejack.com

These are the sites i do really like the most in ranking if we do base up in UI/UX. Design and theme is really something that could give out some
boost of feeling whenever you do hang out with these site from the design alone because it cant be denied that if our eyes is seeing something
fancy that suits up our interest or preference then thats on of the factors that make people stay.
2639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bought anything with btc? on: June 03, 2022, 08:13:32 PM
So, guys the thing is, do you use bitcoins as an investment or ever bought anything with bitcoins? Maybe a different approach? Do share experience with us
Most of the time or usual the case im accumulating bitcoin as much as i could since we know the potential profits that you could get in the future but of course it isnt really that bad on spending some of it for the sake of interest

and some contribution on circulation.Back in the past i was actively spending my coins on buying Steam code wallets which it was easy and fast i could say on real experience.

It is really depending on someone if they could afford on spending up their precious coins or would simply stick with their fiat on buying something.
2640  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 02, 2022, 11:18:03 PM
I think we can give financial advice to anyone.
But we must also emphasize that investing also contains risks and explain that investing only uses the money we can afford so that if something happens to our investment, it will not make us suffer a lot of losses.
If we can do that, I think they will understand and will not be so greedy in their pursuit of profit that they will not try to spend more money if no information can benefit them.
But if you decide not to give them financial advice, that's also okay because we leave it entirely up to them and hope they can do their research before deciding.
Giving financial advices to anyone is never a mistake, but relying on your words alone can create a huge mistake on the part of the person you are giving advices to. But if you are also a responsible investor, you should never take it easily as you also have to do your part through researching and building good strategies that will make you profitable. But if you're only here for quick profits because that's what you've understand from your peers, and that you go into an adviser that is not also reliable, so definitely you will end your crypto investments being rekt. In this case, all are responsible on your losses.
Listening to others is bad and as also being an advisor is easy or just saying those common sense word but on the time that you are on the actual situation then applying  those things wont really be that simple for you to follow

Any investment do accompanied with risk therefore its just understandable that you would need to be doing research and analysis before making such step.It might not be simple but doesnt mean its impossible.

Having a good grasp and take that risk management is something crucial when it comes to this field and this is should how an investor do behave on.
