Неудивительно, что Кучерявого не выпустили, ведь он предложил всего лишь 250k баксов в качестве залога. Все-таки это слишком уж маленькая сумма, учитывая коллапс FTX. В этом плане ему явно не следовало жадничать и нужно было предложить как минимум несколько десятков млн долларов. Для сравнения, в прошлом году экс-CEO Bitmex отпустили под залог в 10 млн. баксов. Кучерявый уже в тюрьме США. Его быстро этапировали, чтобы не дать наговорить лишнего. Общается он только с адвокатом и прокурором.
