I guess when you talk about rewards you mean some other system similar to the merits we currently have on the forum?
I remember someone recently mentioning the introduction of a ''like'' button (can't find it now), similar to the system on social networks, so that members who may not have enough merits could in such a way show that they like a certain forum post.
Is your idea going in this direction?
Then the whole idea should be better presented and explained, so that the admins could seriously consider it.

Reputation and respect anywhere, in any community, comes through a certain amount of time, effort and investment of your time.
Obviously, many do not have the time and patience to build their reputation and gain respect and want to achieve certain goals much faster.
I don’t think forum members should focus too much on things like trust and reputation but on gaining certain knowledge and skills that can help them later in life.
In this way, they will be able to help other members more and contribute to the community, and as a result, respect and reputation will come.
Obviously we will always have members who are more willing to help the community and members who prefer to achieve some personal goals and this is quite normal.
I don't think we should completely copy the examples of other members (role models) but find our own path, based on our own ambitions and plans.

Zapravo mislim da to pravilo o broju znakova nema previše smisla.
Nečiji post od 1 rečenice može biti kvalitetniji i više pomoći nego neki post od 10 rečenica.
Dužina posta nije nikakva garancija kvalitete zapravo i to je potpuno krivo postavljeno u većini signature kampanja na ovom forumu.
Manageri bi zapravo trebali ne samo brojati već i čitati sve postove kako bi mogli odvojiti kvalitetne od nekvalitetnih postova.
Za to očito nemaju ni vremena ni volje pa su uveli ovo pravilo o minimalnom broju znakova da si "olakšaju " posao.
Koliko to zapravo pomaže konkretnoj signature kampanji drugo je pitanje.
Možda je vrijeme da se osim broja znakova uvedu i neki drugi kriteriji recimo broj "kvotanja" određenog posta,  broj merita za određeni post i sl. i da oni koji su bolji po tim kriterijima dobiju dodatne bonuse kod tjedne isplate.

Don’t forget that the last South American nation to win the World Cup was Brazil back in 2002, almost 20 years ago.
South America has very good football players but historically, since 1950, only Brazil and Argentina have won world championships, while many more European nations have won world championships, such as Germany, Italy, France, Spain and England.
It can be said that Europe is much stronger than South America because Europe has more strong football nations that always have a chance to win the World Cup.

I would like to share my personal experience here.
In the last few years, I have suggested this forum to three of my friends.
Two of them did not even manage to register to the end due to evil fee rules.
When they saw the message that because of the evil fee they had to pay some amount to be able to post on this forum they just started laughing and said there was no way they would pay any money for the right to post on some forum.
A third friend managed to register and luckily didn’t get the message that an evil fee should be paid but as soon as he started posting on this forum he was severely attacked by other members for a couple of unintentional, beginner mistakes he made like restarting an old thread that he simply gave up and said he would never return to this forum again.
I am also a member of other forums and the same problem exists there, the declining interest of young people in forums.
This is obviously a trend that can no longer be reversed and forums are slowly becoming an outdated way of internet communication.
However, I believe that a large number of new members have dropped out of this forum due to the evil fee and the hostile welcome of older members.  

There’s no big secret here, really.
This forum is completely open to anyone, new and old members, and there is no discrimination.
If you have any knowledge or experience that can help other members, share it freely.
If you don't have a lot of knowledge and experience in the crypto area but you are interested in some things, feel free to ask and you will get an answer.
I only advise you to avoid participating in discussions on topics about which you know nothing and can't contribute anything with your knowledge and experience.

While I was still a young member on this forum I participated in several bounty campaigns that paid off in some tokens but in the end I got nothing out of it, the tokens were worthless, so I soon gave up on such projects.
Although I have a lot of friends who follow me on social media, I don’t remember anyone ever asking me about these bounty projects I was advertising.
From my personal experience, I conclude that most bounty projects are actually a waste of time.
It is obvious that members who can't participate in much better paid btc campaigns participate in such campaigns.

Za sada ću ih staviti po strani i ne mislim ništa prebacivati na Binance u neko skoro vrijeme, dok se ne vidi kako će ova priča na kraju završiti.
Previše je tu nejasnoća i nepoznanica, za sada.

U biti, vjerujem da je sve u redu, jer nikakve ''nemoralne'' ponude do sada nisam dobio od bilo koga, ali naravno nikad ne znaš, možda im jednostavno nisam bio dovoljno ''zanimljiv'' 
Ali nije ni čudo da se događaju ovakve stvari jer ozbiljne su cifre ovdje u pitanju a još uvijek ima dosta ''neiskusnih'' korisnika koje je lakše prevariti.

Da, na žalost nemam baš dobra iskustva s tom zadnjom nagradnom igrom.
Puno bolje je bilo kada sam organizirao nagradne igre u kojoj su mogli sudjelovati svi članovi lokala bez uvjeta, a trebali su pogađati točnu cijenu btc na određeni dan ili sat ili kada su sami članovi zajednice svojim glasovima birali najbolji post na našem lokalu.
No, čini mi se da je u zadnje vrijeme interes za merite ''pao'' na našem lokalu jer je većina članova dostigla svoj ''željeni'' forum rank pa bi neka ''monetarna'' motivacija vjerojatni više pokrenula ljude da sudjeluju.
