Land investments that is viewed by people as everlasting can loose value due natural disasters or insecurities. The dollar that is generally perceived as a stable currently can loose value like the ruble. Bitcoin has been relatively reliable but it cannot be viewed as an everlasting investment. This is because the political, economical, scientific and social space of the world cannot be predicted. If you had told a Ukrainian real estate mogul that he would be a refugee in Poland, he would have said it was impossible.

Kada govorimo općenito o stanju u Africi, pomalo je površno za sve njihove probleme kriviti kolonijalizam, koji je završio oko 1960, dakle prije više od 60 godina.
To bi bilo isto kao kada bi mi za sve naše društvene probleme danas krivili prvi i drugi svjetski rat. Glupo je porediti ratove koji su trajali par godina a nisu mimoišli ni Afriku, sa mnoooogo dužim periodom kolonizacije, genocidima i masakrima koje su kolonizatori sprovodili. I sad to još pokrivati tamo nekom infrastrukturom i gradovima, kao da bi oni trebali još biti i zahvalni za sve to... slična situacija i u Indiji, ili mislite da su kolonizatori svi bili pošteni. Malo proučite i pročitajte kako je u Africi bilo kad nije bilo kolonija, bili su jako bogati jer je Trans-Saharski trgovački put iz Europe išao prema istoku, sve je to prestalo nakon pada Konstantinopolja. Nisu to bila samo neka divlja plemena, Malijsko Carstvo je trajalo jako dugo, od oko 1200. do 1640, Etiopija i dan danas postoji i jedina nije bila kolonija, za Egipat svi znaju, Europa jedinu prednost koju ima je plodna zemlja a nema gotovo nikakve sirovine, što je poznato svima... a nismo ni mi daleko od još jednog dark ages perioda, onda da vidimo koliko smo civilizirani  A kad smo kod plemena, pa zar i mi nemamo plemena...Rimljani su ovaj naš prostor zvali Ilirija, a to su samo bila plemena koja su govorila sličnim jezicima kao i mi danas  Ja ne govorim o ratovima koji su trajali par godina već o periodu plemenskih podjela i sistemske korupcije koja u Africi traje još od stjecanja neovisnosti, što je za većinu afričkih zemalja počela oko 1960, pa govorimo o periodu od više od 60 godina. Da, kolonizacija je trajala duži vremenski period ali ja nisam ni rekao da je kolonizacija bila isključivo dobra, i da nije imala štetan utjecaj na afričko društvo (a dogodili su se i mnogi zločini u tom periodu) ali slika nije isključivo crno bijela i ne može se za sve probleme današnjih društava u Africi kriviti isključivo kolonizacija. To je vrlo kompleksna priča. Kao što znaš dobro povijest Afrike vjerujem da znaš da su sama afrička plemena međusobno često ratovala a onda zarobljenike u tim ratovima prodavala europskim trgovcima za roblje. To ne opravdava trgovce robljem, naravno, ali također pokazuje pravu stvarnost i kompleksnost tadašnjih odnosa. Činjenica je da je danas jako malo uspješnih priča u Africi, a razlog za to nije isključivo kolonijalizam koji je završio prije više od 60 godina, već korupcija i nepotizam današnjih političkih vođa u Africi, koji žive za sebe i pune svoje džepove umjesto da pomognu svojem narodu. Što se tiče Ugande, sjeti se samo Idi Amina, i što je on radio svojem narodu. A takvih diktator i korumpiranih vođa imaš na svakom koraku u Africi. Ono su danas glavni uzrok zašto njihove zemlje nazaduju i ne razvijaju se. Da li misliš da je normalno da u glavnom gradu Ugande Kampali ljudi koriste struju i vodu, računala i mobitele i žive u zidanim kućama a samo par sati vožnje dalje, ljudi žive u krajnjoj bijedi i spavaju na zemlji, žive u zemljanim kućama a nisu nikada vidjeli ni struju ni vodu, mobitel ili kompjutor? Je li to zbog toga što je Uganda bila kolonija do 1960 ili zbog loše i korumpirane vlasti od 1960 do danas? Meni je jako teško i dođe mi da plačem kada vidim kako ljudi žive u selu gdje živi moja sponzorirana djevojčica. Kada bih mogao, pomogao bih im svima da izađu iz te bijede ali kako kaže jedna kineska poslovica, pomozi jednom čovjeku i spasio si cijeli svijet. Užasno mi je gledati tu korupciju i bešćutnost vladajuće elite u Ugandi prema svom narodu, izborne prevare, zatvaranje političkih protivnika, mučenja i zlostavljanja političkih protivnika. S obzirom da sam zbog svoje djevojčice životno zainteresiran za Ugandu pratim sve vijesti o tome, ali najviše vjerujem onome što čujem od samih ljudi koji žive u Ugandi. Svatko od nas ima svoja razmišljanja i koncepte o tome što su uzroci problema u svijetu, Africi, bilo gdje... Ipak, nabolje odgovore dobiješ kada razgovaraš s ljudima koji žive tamo ili su bili u Ugandi. Ljudi tamo su već i zaboravili na kolonizatore i nitko ih više ne spominje, to je daleka prošlost. Ono na što su ogorčeni je njihova korumpirana vlast, i svi zločini koje je vladajuća hunta napravila prema svom narodu.
