So, after yesterday's bear talk here on WO we can still witness $18k+ and lil pump underway. No 20-25% correction is possible until $50-70k in my opinion. Go BTC go. Cool

Is this whole bitcoin thing now in full FOMO mode? Asking for a friend.

My FOMO indicator is still at an all time LOW...

Family > Only 1 has asked me about it.
Friends > Only 1 has asked me about it. (same friend from last bull market)
Acquaintances > NONE

It does feel like May-June 2017 again!....

It's called institutional FOMO... these guys don't ask their family members before they buy...  Grin

Lost my job due to Covid some months ago and to be honest -still to this date- i haven't spend a singel second on finding a new job because i don't have to anymore.
Isn't it neat? No longer *have* to work, more I do it cuz I want to, and I don't hit the bitcoin stash. Changes ones' outlook a good bit.

Going to buy a brand new car next year.  Already playing with the Mercedes configurator, ending up with the new updated E class coupe with all kinds of options, total cost over 80,000 Euro..lol. Next year i'll press the buy buttom that's for sure. No AMG ore a Ferrari, those cars are actually kinda useless in the Netherlands ore just for the show, i prefer for daily driving a premium comfort car. Within 2 hours i can either drive to Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Germany ore even take the ferry to England, lot's of things to do.
Very nice. I've been exceptionally impressed with the Maybachs of yore, only problem is they are best enjoyed in the back seat, not so much the front. I like to drive, that's just me but if I was being driven around I would give a MB a thought.

The other thing to think about is an airplane. Back in the day I wouldn't be able to afford a 152. Now a Beech Sierra or a Dutchess  is starting to sing at me in the back of my mind.....

Enjoy!

Or better a helicopter? No airport/runway needed, great maneuverability, easier to get a license? You can park it at your local grocery's parking lot? Not sure about the latter though...  Grin  planes are cool for middle/long range...

let's hope you will only need one or two bitcoin to pay for your mercedes next year.

It seems to me you'll be able to buy at least 2 of such mercs for 1 BTC next year (November-December).  Grin

Great choice been looking at the new E classe (not coupe) as well. However I'd never (not really never BTC at $100k will make me change my mind)  buy a brand new I prefer 1 year old cars. A car loses ~35-40% of it's value just by driving off the dealership's lot.    Grin

Not selling anything until $50k. I hedl for 2 extra years since the price was $20k so this extra hodling time should be properly remunerated.  Cool

Closing in on $18k...  Cool
2668  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 17, 2020, 05:46:06 PM
Congratulations everybody Bitcoin's market cap has reached a new all-time high. Cool

Fake news! RIGGED!

Oh cmon lil baby don't be so bitter... I can understand selling at $600 was a huge mistake you'll never forget and keep suffering and blaming yourself till the end. Damn it's even bigger than mindrust selling at $4k.  Grin
2669  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 17, 2020, 12:41:31 PM
Not bad... not bad... ATH next!  Cool
2670  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 17, 2020, 10:46:27 AM

Taking the 1 Bitcoin without any hesitation because i don't like having a fat ass lying in my bed every night.

Yeah, these asses are FAT. Almost artificially fat. Not even a sat for those. OK, maybe a tiny fraction of a BTC. But 1 BTC? They WISH!

I see most WO guys are not into big booty girls... I personally think these girls are fucking hot!  Cool  I'd love to give both of these sex goddesses a ride in my Lambo (next year) ...  Cool
2671  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 17, 2020, 12:37:09 AM

Holy shit... but wait every hodler will have a long queue of such hoes looking to get into his lambo (and pants)  Grin

I don't post too much but today I couldn't help myself.

A memory came up on my FB wall today, something I posted 3 years ago.

The price of BTC, I must have been pretty excited.  Three years ago this day:  $7,971

It only proves that we're lagging behind on this bullrun. Back then an ATH was how much? ~$1000-1200? And around this time we were already at ATH x7! So we should have been at $20k x7 = $140000! It looks improbable we'll reach $140k this year but what about May-June next year? Why not?  Cool

But we are on a 4 year cycle, not a three year one.  Your number would be for Nov 2021 I think?

Not really... I predict $250-450k for November - December 2021  Cool

Yeah, feels good baby BTCBTCBTC go go go!  Cool  ATH this year guaranteed, possibly even in November. Bossian is hovering his cursor over send button (LFC 0.05BTC bet) ...  Grin

We'll salute to him on the $500k party on board of the MS Satoshi.
Preceded by a minute of silence  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Bawb, I'd definitely hodl for some more if I were you... ATH this year is inevitable... $16250 is dirt cheap man...  Cool
2679  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 12, 2020, 09:57:16 PM
Bob is never going to sell at these prices. His sensible thoughts tell him to but his capitalist, ambitious thoughts tell him it’s too soon Wink

I think Bob will sell around $16400 which would be like... I would guess... tomorrow?

Edit - Oh......... dump  Undecided

Yes, yes, everything going according to plan...  Wink

I anticipate a fight at 16205.  Hopefully I am wrong... But it doesn't matter ... we are going where we are going.  The less parabolic we are the longer the better.

We are nowhere near to being parabolic yet... we'll get there only when we'll be approaching six digits...  Cool
2680  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 12, 2020, 09:56:00 PM
AYH? Next target $17k?  Cool

no.  20k.

we are due for a big upswing soon.

We have not reached July 2019 mining profits.

we need to be at 28-30k to equal the July 2019 high from the mining viewpoint

we need to be at 78k to equal the dec 2017 high from the mining viewpoint.

17k is not much

all these nice numbers are but mere stepping stones to the real take off that will happen before dec 2021.

Agreed. But to reach 20k we'll still need to pass 17k right?  Grin
