Masks don’t work dude, unless it’s a P100. Why on Earth you would want to use one, is another story. I'm as anti vax as they come, not just anti COVID vax but anti all vaccines as they have harmful chemicals and you can't sue the company if you are injured by it. But because he was Covid negative, and since covid protocol would not allow his regular Dr's, those familiar with his specific conditions, to see him or be involved in his treatment, he was quickly discharged and put on oxygen. 8 days after his 70th birthday after being discharged from the hospital 4 times, he sat up on the edge of his bed and told my mother, "I can't breathe!" The irony of his last words, in June of 2020, "I can't breathe!" He then fell over and bled out from the aneurysm in his left lung that had grown to the point of rupturing since it was first detected in October of 2019. His Oncologist felt that it was more important to continue his treatments at that time, but wanted to look back with a bronchioscopy in February or March... Our hospitals were never overwhelmed, but the medical industry lost its collective mind! My father never had Covid-19 as my wife and I were very careful to avoid exposing him or my mother as we both went through it in May. He never had it, but it killed him just the same. So if the bank is robbed or in case of some inside job (keys stolen/copied by an employee) you're getting 0 (well possibly some fraction of your possessions if they're insured and you keep the receipts or some other proof of ownership. Otherwise you're screwed. |

Yes, because the unprotected are filling up the hospital beds and people that need other procedures are being delayed. Not to mention the fact that no vaccine is 100% effective. Get the population to 90% vaccinated and this nightmare goes away. But what shall we do with the 10% left not vaccinated? Even 1% is dangerous. They will be clear and present danger for the vaccinated. Yellow stars and concentration camps?... So, get your ass prepared for booster jabs every 6 months for the rest of your life! Infectologists (and I tend to trust the pros not some random conspiracy theorists) claim this is the last big wave we're facing now. In spring next year the virus will most likely: 1. disappear or 2. transform into some sort of a seasonal flu or 3. will be present in some regions not globally so stop being a pandemic. But before that happens Delta will get most of you unvaccinated friends and death toll will be huge (4.55 million right now prolly not enough to make you change your mind and start treating it seriously. |

Agree with everything you said except this sentence. Vaccines only work if they help us reach herd immunity. If we'll have 30-40% of population vaccinated what are we going to achieve? Nothing, just 30-40% peeps more or less protected from the virus. Reaching 80-90% will most likely stop the spread completely. At least we'll be talking about some local hot spots not a pandemic. |
