2661  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: December 14, 2022, 09:37:59 AM
Yes, you should invest on Bitcoin, I have been investing in crypto for a while now. But bitcoin is extremely volatile, but if you are willing to take the risk, first make sure you understand what you are investing in and have a crypto investment strategy.

Bitcoin today is up 4% and makes us smile again, those who bought yesterday can sell and profit 4% but I'm sure if we continue to hold and be patient then we can get bigger profits, don't sell now, I'm sure 2023 can better and maybe you can make new ATH again.

That is short term goals though we have our own decisions in holding a bitcoin but that is a 4% profit if we cant hold it any longer. What most the goal of the holder here is bigger than 4% and also holding it for few years as they are expecting the price to double or triple. Whats the best in current price is that it is best time to buy if you have an extra money and hold it for a year or more to see if we can get profit on it , it doesn't mean that you need to purchase a whole , even just bits of it as long as we can afford it.
2662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I became Independent Because of Cryptocurrency on: December 14, 2022, 07:39:45 AM
Now I am making 100 dollars plus form crypto. That is enough for me.

it is good that you are earning 100 dollars as student and making more by yourself , though what do you mean by independent ? are you supporting yourself ? or independent as in you are living on your own but still supported by your parent?

because being in university and earning 100$ is something not enough for your expenses .
but again congratulations to your investment as for 5 years now? just this year that you finally seeing your investment fruiting and bringing joy to you.

I don't know where he was living right now but here in our country tuitions are free so you'll need to pay only the miscellaneous fee which if he is earning $100 dollars per month he can pay but the problem is that how is he living right now, I am sure he is renting then he is buying foods and now is that the recession hit us so everything is expensive I am hoping that he can still keep up. I can define being independent as that you are really living on your own, without any assistance (financially) from your parents and if you don't work you can't eat anything at all.
2663  Economy / Economics / Re: This could be the biggest news in 2022 on: December 14, 2022, 05:53:04 AM
Crypto holding company by the name of Bitcoin Group are on the move to buy the world oldest bank for approximately 15 million dollars .

The name of the bank is Bankhaus von der Heydt which was founded in 1754, the deal is already signed but the reason for this post is to understand where this is going.

Banks aren't ready to buy Bitcoin but now Bitcoin is buying bank? This is the most mind-blowing news of the year, I don't know about you guys. Here you go if you want to read more

https://cryptoslate.com/bitcoin-group-set-to-acquire-germans-oldest-bank-for-over-15m/

It is big news because of bitcoin but the reason for this is I am sure that it is about the recession that we are getting into right now. All of us are affected by every business establishment and also banks are not exempted from this so either the owner of it sold it for its reason or the bitcoin group has the highest offer so they can't deny it. So far for this year this exchanges scandals are the biggest news and I am hoping that by the end of the year there are no bother scandals involving crypto so that we can start our next year great
2664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 14, 2022, 04:46:15 AM
Nobody is perfect, all of the casino has its own problems but they are just accusations which has a possibility that the user has violated the terms and conditions in the casino which i am sure the gambler is aware of it . Also just also keep digging up whats the response of the casino to see if what is their response on the accusation if you see that it is a vague response to the gambler then that is the time you conclude the the accusation
2665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Biggest reason why you dont make profit first on: December 12, 2022, 05:13:53 PM

Making profit from investment is depend on the capital. Investment is not a gambling that one can win a very huge amount with small amount (stake), for one to make big profit, you have to invest big as well.
Capital, strategies, knowledge - all of these really matters in trading.
Because even if you have huge capital but no knowledge about trading, you will never expect anything aside from losing your money too fast. But I'd learn something, we have to experience losses first before we make a profit.

As a beginner, we never think about earning a profit instantly but rather expect losses because that is the real thing to happen here. Learning from our mistakes sends us to better trades and results, that was the fact.

There are still people (I will not call them traders) that they will trade using only signals or if not copy trading which is prone to losses. As long as you have huge money you can do it, just pay someone to trade for you or follow signals but as always it isn't profitable because in the following months or years I am sure you'll be losing a lot or that signal group turned into scam. In trading, you don't need huge capital (but big is better) you can start small and enjoy learning through it. Invest more time in learning about it before investing big money
2666  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The right mindset needed for all traders on: December 12, 2022, 03:19:56 PM
It begins with the skills, then move on to perfection and lastly building the right mindset. The right mindset sometimes can be as simple as knowing when not to trade, knowing when to close a trade be it at profit or loss and knowing when to admit a strategy need to be reviewed. The right mindset is a conscious attempt to stay in profit and reduce losses. Every trader defines what a right mindset is based on their experience but everything still point towards discipline.

It starts with willingness and eagerness to learn how to trade because without it you cant gain that skills. Followed by learning and knowledge to know how to trade and after that youll achieved that skills if you already know how to trade, able to read charts and have your own strategy. Our strategy are always modified over the time depending on the market trend as it keeps changing we should also change our strategy because if not we ill be losing also trader are always keep learning even they already know it because of that you can improve more your strategy.
2667  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Payed trading person to follow on: December 12, 2022, 01:50:46 PM
I have been about to do copy-trading, but it does not seem reliable to me, because each operator who places his operations, for me it would be great if he put the reasons why he places those signals, we did not know if all they give is to luck or because they invent them, if we pay for a service we should at least know the reasons why they make those signals, it is the most logical thing that I see for some cases, of course this is what I think and ´I know that they do that on no platform So I think that is a flaw that we as consumers have always had, because if we see the why of things we can choose the best trader who does or offers the service.

I'd see it was impossible for them to explain to you in detail. I don't know if that still be their responsibility or if it was us to explore and discover how this has been made. It really makes us upset but as many people say following signals from other don't give us benefit. That is why we should have to work hard and make our own market analysis. There is nothing wrong with copy-trading but this never leaves that way forever, we should also have to create our own strategies if we wanted to grow and earn more.
Signal services are useless...

Some have their channels or group chats where they will explain why they took the trade or what condition triggered them to take that trade. However, still, it is very best if you have your strategy or not depending on those people since if you lose, you can't blame them, and at the same time, you are paying them to take a trade as most others said, you don't have control over your money in copy trading. You are just watching it and seeing it losing. Nothing is wrong with it, but being lazy and not learning to trade is not good, and it will not last in the long run.
2668  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are the Whales Control bitcoin price? on: December 12, 2022, 12:53:13 PM
we all know no one can controls the bitcoin price because bitcoin isn't like bank, stock and valas. but if the whales owned 51% of bitcoin, can do it?. if happen, does decentralization not exist?

First, there are no whales owning 51% of bitcoin, so you shouldn't be scared. Second, they cant still control bitcoin since it is already decentralized. No one can touch it, only its price. That massive holding can influence the price or the market, but to days date, no one owns it. Also, if there is one, that's only Satoshi. Also, if you are now thinking that those giant whales are talking to each other to control the price, it isn't impossible, but they are not doing it since they are not in that mindset.
2669  Economy / Economics / Re: Use your money wisely. Invest or Deposit ? on: December 12, 2022, 11:47:15 AM
Now the bank investment return is around 12% yearly now. $100000 is not a small money, since I don't have the use of it and can not stop my expenses at the time, I will rather invest in the bank expecially during this dip that is market condition. 12% of the savings is a huge amount. I worked for the savings so even though I invest in bank that shouldn't be a problem because my interest is guaranteed and I will be using it to cover up for expenses or increasing my investment. I think buying bitcoin or any other altcoin is not a good idea.

Depositing all your money in the bank is really a waste when you leave your money sleep, and do nothing else, it's like the mindset of an older adult with no will to move forward. Maybe the current interest rates of banks are higher than in previous years, but you forgot to take into account the inflation that we are experiencing, most items increase 20-30%, while the profit you get is only 12%. You may find that your money is not increasing but is losing over time, and if inflation does not stop, your money in the bank will soon go to zero.

You have a point about inflation. Also, as the years go by, the money you've stored is decreasing its value means that most of the items you'll purchase are more expensive than the previous years. Though you earn profit from the interest rate, it is still insufficient. Most of those investors and business owners prefer to invest their money than sleeping it in the bank as they can gain more profit from it, though here are the cons; since you'll be risking your money, it also has a chance of losing it. But remember, how can you gain a massive profit that can make you rich if you don't take the risk and just store it in the bank?
2670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Crypto Gambling this year? on: December 12, 2022, 10:36:51 AM
The OP should know that external sites are mostly biased because they are influencers and would want to please their paymasters. I hardly see a reviewing site on the internet that is trustworthy, especially when they are labelling companies, products and services as best, they will now use their popularity, SEO and other mechanisms on the net to get traffic for it, which is the reason any company could approach them for partial review for money, and they review them as best.

It is better to look inwardly and get the right lists from real people that tested their services. The gambling board of the BTT forum is the place anyone could get the best, unbiased and most reliable gambling platform on the internet.

the worst part of all this is that when a casino becomes a scam, these review sites keep posting positive reviews and hide the dark side of the casino scam, the review site's argument is that the casino is still paying them so they can't accuse the casino from being a scam because they are being paid, they see scam accusations coming from other people as something isolated and unimportant, it's only when these sites are not paid and they start talking bad about the casino, honestly I don't even waste my time believing it on something these sites post

I just recalled before that those review sites are legit that you've found on google, as they are not getting paid to advertise or to do good reviews. It's trustworthy and legit, but now mainly of those review site is unreliable, which is why you mostly need to find it your self like going here in the forum to check the feedback of the users and see if there are any scam accusation, it is more reliable here than in those websites that they paid. We can't blame them as they are getting paid only to advertise false content, let's be cautious and do our research.
2671  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The patience to hold is a gift on: December 12, 2022, 09:41:08 AM
Holding is very toughest work. Holders can see a big portfolio crash but still who have hold for the future. Holders can't sell in panic. Holders need strong mind. Holders need to have holding ability for long time. Thus a holder can achieve success.

Holders can still sell in panic, those newbies panic sell because first, they are scared of losing (you should know at first that this is the part of holding a bitcoin), and second, they don't have knowledge at all, they jump in because of the hype. Holders should train their minds because holding is a mental game and a waiting game as to when the price goes up and sell it all as well as the patience as this will take years or more depending on your target price.
2672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling techniques on: December 12, 2022, 08:09:52 AM

You are right, of course if you get used to this technique you can easily convert it into a martingale technique, and that can increase as you lose. I am one of the people who has stolen many strategies, I have bet up to x7 and believe me that the adrenaline that is activated is impressive, when you have a profit in a x7, at least I understood that you should stop, because it is a too risky technique even if you bet with little balance, you always end up using a lot of balance and risking more than you That is due, I think that is one of the things that I always take into account when playing, do not overdo it so as not to have very large losses.

I try to avoid strategies that require betting large amounts, because this greatly increases the risk of losing money. I prefer to allocate a certain budget for gambling and divide it into equal parts, this way I get an equal number of possible bets and this practically eliminates the possibility of losing my deposit. Of course, there are bad days when there are many losses, then you can just stop and get some rest.

Worth a try if you see that the strategy is promising but  difficult to continue as they require really  big bets and tend to lose. Your preferences are almost the same for players who bet low, because the more  we bet, the better our chances of winning than those who bet  once and lose. Although there are no  100% winning strategies in gambling, but there are people that can simply calculate that he have a better chance of winning the next round.
2673  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you use crypto trading robots? on: December 12, 2022, 05:05:34 AM
I recently came across this site: https://robotscrypto.fr/. I wanted to know if you use crypto bots to help you in your trading?

This site has quite a few, and it seems to work well.

I would love to have your opinion on this thank you! And if you have any crypto trading bot platforms to suggest don't hesitate!

I don't trust bots doing trading, that is laziness and that could lead to losses. Mostly of the trader I've known they've always laugh at trading bots as they said  that you are not using your brain in your every trade. Mostly those newbies that has just started their trading journey will be looking into this as they want to have a sort of passive income but trust me you will lose your money so it is better to do it manual since you can stop or cancel your trade anytime
2674  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can a rookie freelancer get jobs? on: December 12, 2022, 02:46:37 AM
As a freelancer that just got a digital skill like digital marketing, copywriting, project management, graphics design, content marketing etc with no real experience how do you get jobs. Nobody or if any, very few people entrust their work to a rookie with no experience whatsoever. The only way one can be a pro at a skill he just learnt is by doing the work consistently for a while.

So to people here who are successful freelancer today, how did you do it? How were you able to get gigs when you were new to the field? I know what worked for Mr A may not necessarily work for Mr B but I'd really appreciate your insight.

The first thing you will do is build a stunning portfolio, which is the key in today's competitions in this field. Your thoughts would be that the employers will hire those with experience but still, some employers prefer newbies and have no knowledge if they see something in your skills. I am not a freelancer, but I used to be, and the competition is very high right now. The skills of those freelancers keep increasing daily, so you need also to compete with them, improve your skills every day, always learn, and don't forget to pray that you can get that work or project.
2675  Economy / Economics / Re: Use your money wisely. Invest or Deposit ? on: December 11, 2022, 03:40:39 PM
Let's say if you deposit the money into a bank and the annual interst rate is 3%, you will get a steady interest income year by year. If you use this money to buy Bitcoin, let's say the BTC drops to $17,000, you'll buy less than 6 Bitcoins. In the long run, what would you do with this money ? And why ?
Deposit is also kind of investment hence now you need to think about how much risk you are afford to do. If I were you, definitely I will choose bitcoin for all my money (by ignoring the diversification principle of investments). I may sound like over confident about bitcoin but for someone who is into this crypto space for more than a decade and able to predict the market direction within the cycles of bitcoin market, I guess there would be no other option might seem attractive.

Bitcoin can be your deposit and it would definitely will yield good returns. You may divide your into 5 parts and may consider five different investment opportunities including bank deposits and bitcoins.

I will do the same thing if I'll have such an amount of money. Depositing your funds in a bank is never a wrong decision but investing it in Bitcoin for me is also a better idea. Since I've known Bitcoin for a long time, I know how it could strike high so through long-term investment you could have a high profit and you can maximize your gains easily. It will take time but it's all worth it unlike in banks where you could only get a small percentage of profit after the long wait. But it all depends on your target profit. If you want assurance with lower risk and not aiming for huge profit, you can deposit at least half of your funds in your trusted bank.

Diversify your money and don't put it all into the bank or in bitcoin to be safe. But if you already have this money, I think you'll be thinking of the high-risk one, which is bitcoin, because you need the money for investment as you are already settled. This is where you can see if you can handle well your money in investments. It is also best to deposit it in the bank since I am sure you'll need it in the future, and the other money is to buy it a bitcoin, then hold it for a few years, or check the price weekly to see how the price is going.

Eventually, they will also be reached.

2677  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The most ridiculous rules for female teachers on: December 11, 2022, 01:36:29 PM
I am not shocked; I laugh at this since the rules now and before are very far. They are not the same. Also, I am sure they are very strict on this, not only for teachers but also for women in the past decade, such as with no shorts at the time. (I have it should be the knee wouldn't be visible). The rules written were a tradition for women before, and they needed to do it, unlike now that there are rules. But still, some teachers wouldn't follow and we can see in the news or social media those teachers on their wrong doings.
2678  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My advice If you are here to make money on: December 11, 2022, 12:26:38 PM
Dont try to predict Market too much.
This can't be helped, we're in a speculative market and people won't do any other thing but predict. But sometimes, you're right that there's no need to predict a lot of the market.
It's stressful and we can do nothing whatever the market shows us. So, to avoid the stressful red days of the market, just keep yourself away from the market and don't think of it a lot.

When we predict too much in the market, it will create a lot of noise . You will then not follow your strategy even though it was met since you predicted too much. Just keep it simple, see only what you can see. This is mostly known when you keep trading for a few years as you think you need a new approach or strategy as you get bored with your current strategy. Learn to rest also and the best time is the red days . A lot of traders when on a downtrend will be away and take a vacation as they know that they will be losing money on that trend.
2679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much was your last big win? on: December 11, 2022, 11:04:29 AM
I have never experienced any winning before, I don't know if luck is not always on my side but I have tried all my best to win even at least my stake amount but yet I always end up losing each time and at this point, am considering to quit gambling totally even though I don't do it that often.

How many games you've played ? and also at what game are you betting. I heard a lot of people saying that they don't win at all but when asked how many games they bet they only say 5 or less which is you can't really win a single game if you quit at 5. Also, I think you've already won, but I am sure it was just a small amount, and you don't care at all since you want to win big. Since you want to win big, small wins should be celebrated, not only the big ones, as this will attract luck.

This is really a nice initiative. I hope this is free? and also I see a lot of people, I hope that they go in that seminar in their own will because if not we know that they will still not be continuing to learn bitcoin. Anyways thanks for doing this, and congratulations on that seminar I am sure it is a huge success, I hope that this will still continue or you'll be conducting part 2 on this as it would really spread awareness to those people who really want to get into bitcoin or they are just putting their money into banks.
