It was a terrific goal from Maatsen on his debut for Burnley. I know that the scoreline does not suggest Burnley actually dominating against Huddersfield. But the truth is Burnley actually dominated very well against Huddersfield in this match. Apparently had a lot more chances and very well-created chances to push ahead and increase their goal difference in this match. Nevertheless, Huddersfield's goalkeeper did a good job. Even though in the end it was only one goal separating both teams, it was Burnley who were in the driving seat of the match. Never at any point in the match did it feel like Burnley might lose. It was also really enjoyable to see the passing and chemistry between the players. It felt like they knew what their teammates were trying to do. |
