Dont know if this is a legit one or not but checking out Manny's Facebook profile then there are lots who had been asking about the cancellation of the said fight.

If this is true then its just unfortunate for the fans on waiting up for some time for a postponed event.Dont know if those are just honest reason or just simply wouldnt like

Lets wait for the announcement and everything is still a rumor and hadnt  been confirmed yet.

2682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About the popularity of Bitcoin on: August 10, 2021, 06:57:25 PM
will they continue to use paper money in the future?

Paper money would never be gone as long government do exist then its an absolute thing for it not to happen thats why this kind of what if situation is on impossible to impossible which it cant happen no matter what.

Lets just say nor focused on on those blind person you do mean on how they would deal with online payments.? Try to consider out on how they do make out some mobile banking nowadays and yes it cant really

be avoided that there are situations in life on where there are people who cant really possibly deal with a thing due to various condition which it makes impossible but doesnt mean that we cant really find a way.
2683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu anyone? on: August 10, 2021, 06:08:55 PM
Just recently (needed the money) I sold all of my doge.

I made a lot of money out of it but nothing significant (40 USD purchase turned to 170).

Now Doge is too expensive to buy 1111 doge so I’m looking for a cheap coin with potential.

Shiba sounds okay but literally 50% say it’s a scam and 50% say it’s legit. Can you guys chime in please?
  Huh
Dont see if this would be still that on hype or popular as of this moment but since its your money then its your choice because there are lots of meme coins out there. If you could risk out

your bucks in Shiba then go ahead but i would say that it wouldnt really be that worth but since its your money then go ahead.

We do have different decision towards our investment so its up to you but meme coins arent really that good and a hundred bucks wont really that much though.
2684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: August 09, 2021, 11:27:06 PM

It's hard to conclude who is the underdog in this fight because until now the odds are still not available. This fight is a championship fight, both are champions fighting for unification, so this should gain attention from the real boxing fans especially for the Filipino fans who really love boxing.

All we see are just predictions on who will win and some are telling that Casimero is the underdog but they could not provide what bookies they are using as their basis. We will come down to the last day of the fight before we see the odds, it's killing the excitement as not everyone has the time to bet a day the fight is happening, or even before the day, sometimes, we love to put an advance bet so we will just relax and watch during the fight.
When you are really a fan of  this upcoming fight then betting wouldnt  really  be that an issue even if you intent to bet on the last day before the fight happens because this would be the
best odds that you could possibly get.

About on the fight outcome then this  would really be still speculative approach for fans but basing off with statistics  then we can say that  Casimero does have the edge but bookies ends up for
Casimero to be underdog?

Dont know on whats their basis but lets take advantage for those who do love  to bet with Casimero.
2685  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go down below $20,000. on: August 09, 2021, 10:59:22 PM
There were many people who were wishing to see Bitcoin price going down below $20k to accumulate even more. But the price didn't even come close to $20k. It went down to $29k the least. After that, we know what's happened and happening recently.  Grin

When we were in the bear market, I was expecting to see the price going down to $25k the least so I was also surprised to see this sudden rise.
As expected there would  be neither those people who do create FUD  to make things go lower and there are some who had  just panicked on seeing the price is going down and having the impression that it would

go even lower into the floor without considering that a market wouldnt really just stay below the ground on a continuous basis since what comes down should really go up because thats how the market works.

Now we are playing 46k and tendency to hit up 50k once again after a very long of sideways movement on several  months.Lucky for those who had accumulated bitcoin when it hit that low of 28000+.
2686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is stop loss and how it works on: August 09, 2021, 10:29:26 PM
Stop- loss order is a tool  you can use in centralized cryptocurrency exchange  to sell or buy  a  coin when it reaches a specific price! This tool is design to limit investors's losses in an open position! There is no guarantee however wether the tool will work in a very high volatility  market! Stop-loss should be able to keep your losses to bearest minimum if it set according to percentage losses you  are able to afford!
You can do this manually to lessen the possibility of losing more money, stop loss was created for you not to go beyond that level so if the price hits your stop loss level, you have to sell right away and do buy something that you can possibly earn to get back what you have lost. Stop loss is very helpful, don’t forget to set up your stop loss price, this can be a big help.

Many traders do not use a stop loss and close unprofitable positions manually, at the moment when the price falls below the support level, and then returns to it for testing. But this method of closing unprofitable positions can be used if the trader is constantly in front of the terminal. and it can track price changes in a timely manner.
Even myself wouldnt really see for it to be that relevant specially when you do make shorter or active trades because it would really be just easily to be tripped or eaten if price volatility
would really be that high but depending on how much you had set or what time frame you've been engaging.

I do only see this to be relevant for 1d TF with price swing type of trading which had done by some people but most of the time it isnt really that been used since we do have
different takings and the way of using SL's.

It will really from person to person on how it would be used and on when it would be used.
2687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: August 09, 2021, 09:28:25 PM
Here in the Philippines, most people are not yet vaccinated since some did not go to their respective schedules of vaccination. When the delta variant suddenly hit our country, our government announced another ECQ which prohibited the public from leaving their respective premises without any proof of showing their vaccination cards.

Two to three (2-3) days before the implementation of the ECQ, people flocked all of the vaccination sites in hopes of getting a free shot. The bad thing is, all of these unvaccinated people stormed through the gates without observing all the guidelines of social distancing, etc. So, the only way to get people vaccinated is to literally restrict their freedom!

If the spread of the virus is not stopped, restrictions will definitely be introduced again. Any restriction on mobility, that is, restriction of freedom. I think that the idea of creating a lottery with prizes for people who get vaccinated is a good idea. In my opinion, it is better to encourage vaccinations, not to force to them through restrictions on freedom.
I dont see for it to be a good idea but somehow there are people who got really interested and make their selves vaccinated but overall i dont really see the point on  why people would be risking out their lives

when it comes to side effects just for a lottery ticket.I cant really just see the reason on why it would be that something a good reason for you to get vaccinanated.

This is just my own point of view since until now im not vaccinated no matter what gimmicks or prizes that could a citizen has the chance to hit up.
2688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know the difference between Bitcoin and bitcoin? on: August 08, 2021, 09:29:04 PM
Doesnt really matter if "B" or "b" would be used and it would really be varying on the sentence which i do completely agree  with Pmalek comment above;

Quote
You would understand that the point I am making is that the noun with a lowercase "b" is used when you talk about the currency and the quantity of that currency. When you talk about the blockchain, the network, or the technology, you use the uppercase "B". That's the theory at least.

Everything is really just the same on general perspective.Does it really matter or would needed up some discussions about capitalization?
2689  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do you believe on signals? on: August 06, 2021, 09:09:36 PM
I agree with you we don't need to pay those signal groups since this just a waste of money, doing a research is somehow the answer towards our needs on tradings since if we just rely on those self proclaim trading coach then there's no good future for us in future in the long run.
Oh, I never thought that there are signals that needed payment, eh, for what? They obviously gain profit already because of the actions of their followers while leaving them behind after their leader reach their target price.
Usually this is via subscript or per month basis.

Groups like these do exist. Dont mind about they are making money because they arent really that real most of the time.
2690  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: August 06, 2021, 07:49:30 PM
^

Most people in today's rhythm of life have so little free time that they don't have enough of it to deal with even their own problems, let alone solve problems of a social nature.

I wonder how you're going to prevent slap tournaments and convince people not to watch that kind of competition?
Different lifestyle
Different time being spent into things
Different preference
Different views and perceptions
Different interest

Doesnt matter what tournaments would be molded of and what things been created neither its out of your interest but theres no way that you can
stop those who do see slapping tournament would look appealing or interesting.

It doesnt really require some serious rules but only to hit up the face of your opponent and take him down.
2691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Have you given up on airdrop? on: August 06, 2021, 06:45:34 PM
I personally have been away from airdrops for a long time, no one actually pays and everything looks like a real scam. As for the airdrops that pay most of them, you have to submit the KYC, even that the price is not worth submitting the important documents that we have.
It isnt really worth on the first place because you wouldnt know if those coins you would received would end up on having some value but it do vary on personal choice because we do have different takings on each project we do encounter. Some might able to risk out on doing KYC and some cant really just see to be worth it.

Basing on exposing out your information then i dont see the point on why would someone would be doing that unless those people would be using fake identities (which not that recommended)
and would able to push through on such abuse.

Majority is already turning back on airdrops for a long time but there are still people who do really make out some engagement despite of the risk and odds on making money
in exchange of thier identity.
2692  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance squeezes users on verification on: August 05, 2021, 10:59:41 PM
It just likes the saying "Not your node, not your rule". Binance is more like a Centralized exchange right from the beginning but the recent requests form from different country's regulations authorities are what causes their decrease in the withdrawal limit of non-verified accounts so they also don't have any choice.
The upgraded verification message was sent to all Binance members who are yet to verify her account and I don't see any reason why it will make Binance lose its fan base.

They have strong platform so I also don't think they will lose their customer base. Their offering of SAFU alone will give their traders peace of mind when it comes to their funds especially those who are staking or putting their money in locked/flexible savings. I don't think a lot of people can maximize their daily withdrawal limit, if in case they don't want to complete their KYC. But if you really a big timer, their KYC approval is relatively fast than other trading platforms.
Losing users completely is nearly impossible specially to those old users but when strict KYC procedure or requirement had been asked out even for basic users then those numbers will surely drop to the floor.

For now that limit is still considerable because the price of bitcoin is still high and not all users would actively be withdrawing such amount on daily basis.

Just like on what others been expecting that i wont be surprised if they would go full kyc in near future as regulation becomes more stricter.
2693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does it take for a game to "hook" people on: August 05, 2021, 09:57:11 PM
For me first of all is the gameplay, if you enjoy the gameplay of course there's no way you would be hooked for that particular game just like bomb sweeper like game, I don't know but I do like that game for unknown reason, probably because there's thrill and you are the one to choose your destiny? The next one of course is the prize, the higher the prize the more people will be hooked for that game and lastly promotion, this is the powerful one I think. Who doesn't like promotion? but of course with low wagering requirement.
Enjoying the games will be one thing that can hook gamblers back to the casino more often than they can realize. It feels like when we play games or do something too often, and if we do not do that, something is gone from us. Yes, the thrill will be there inside the games and that makes us always curious about the games and finally, in the long run, that can make us addicted to that games. If the casino can update many times and always try to be the best casino, that will hook people to stay at that site since they find a new thing that they do not get from the other site.
Games offered and bonuses will be the primary things that will hook up players and make them stay to play on the site or gambling place. This is something which is hard to attain

considering that gambling industry does have fierce competition and it is something that gambling owners should really think off the best way for them to retain their players

and would able to make revenue on longer runs or duration. Games should be catchy and same goes with the design too.
2694  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you been grateful for today? on: August 05, 2021, 08:53:39 PM
I think people post about gratitude on social media to remind someone not to forget to be grateful. As the OP said, he forgot to be grateful and saw the Facebook post instead so he realized to be grateful.
Cant really be avoided that there are really times that we do really forget something or to look back when we are already experiencing on things that we had wished before when we arent still earning decent.

We do divert our focus into other things which causes for us not to mind on where we had started and its true that there are times that we arent that grateful into something that we do earn

without realizing or trying to look on bigger picture that we are earning more compared into others or able to get in while early. Its a kind of persons behavior and quality on certain things
and not all would really be that mindful.
2695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ordinary people feel afraid of Bitcoin? on: August 05, 2021, 07:44:52 PM
Ordinary people feel afraid to invest and  Trade Bitcoin because it is risk no one know about market volatility and its price is unpredictable so ordinary people afraid to loose his money in Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a virtual currency with a completely uncertain invisibility, no precise documentation or or documentary. Many people call Bitcoin a hidden coin because its market value fluctuates all the time.No specific criteria can be used to control the investment. So many people do not want to invest in Bitcoin for fear of losses.
Neither doesnt really tend to take some risk or totally dont have any idea on what it is but if you are really serious on making investment then this wont really be a viable reason for you to take.

There are several factors too like being too illiterate when it comes to technology on which it would really result into hesitance or being afraid on engaging into things that they have firstly

heard of but we know that people are different. Some would take the risk and some wouldnt really tend to touch it all and would just observe.
2696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ethics of boxing and gambling on: August 04, 2021, 11:46:05 PM
~snip~

I guess the general point is right, boxing is rather the game of endurance than a pummelling and there are certain rules and security measures. Nevertheless, this doesn’t deny the fact that boxing is among the most traumatic kinds of sports (if not the most) and leads to serious long-term injuries. Yes, boxers become rich stars, so one could say it all pays off, but if in the end, one has brain damage does fame really matter?

Professional boxers are very prone to long term brain damages, and when that happens there would be no amount of money and fame that could fix it. So I guess that really doesn't matter anyway as long as they're earning tons of money while they're still in their prime.
The most important thing for a famous boxer to do is to have a sustainable income after the retirement so they could at least support a treatment to a possible long term health effects in boxing.
I've seen a former pro boxer who eventually became a wife beater after his retirement. It was later found out that he's suffering from a mental abnormalities.
Lets put up some links about mental issues or abnormalities.

https://www.good.is/sports/boxing-star-depression
https://www.ringtv.com/620707-ryan-garcia-battling-mental-health-issues-withdraws-from-javier-fortuna-bout/

This is true and its not really bad to have those motives on earning as much as they can when they are still able to do so.
2697  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Beauty Of Real Trading on: August 04, 2021, 10:52:34 PM
Well, I think the beauty of trading is when you really enjoy it. lose or gain, you enjoy it. to be honest, I also really enjoy it, because it makes the adrenaline unstable. it's just, I think, the best condition of trading is when your plan works, and it makes you a big profit.
Or in short, does have the passion on doing trading because things wont really be that effective if you dont have the passion or interest on engaging into it or simply you've been forcefully doing trading

just to make out some income but dont minding about on the things on what must done to have an effective and profitable trading career. This is an opportunity on making profits but of course

it would really be needing efforts and of course before you could attain those situation then you would still need to pass up lots of trial and error.
2698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long Term Investment Suggestion on: August 04, 2021, 09:43:10 PM
For long term purpose, investing in the top 5 coins in the coinmarketcap would be the best and the safest thing. Invest in bitcoin , ethereum and binance coin.
All of them are great potential coins so if you are planning to invest in a long term then go for these coins.
There's no such thing about being safe when it comes to crypto investment but somehow sticking on top 5 in current marketcap or ranking isnt really a bad idea either. Its up to your on which one

you would really be holding but always think about the risk that not all to those top wont really be going down because thats really a very wrong idea.

We do have different takings and decisions towards our investment. So this will really be on self preference when it comes to this.
2699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies price and their effect on gambling industry on: August 04, 2021, 08:35:43 PM
We all know that there are games like Dice, Bustabit and other very popular in crypto casinos. The minimum amount that people can bet is usually 0.00000001 BTC.
The value of 0.00000001 is more than 70x high compared to 2016 year. So, the current 0.00000001 is equal of 2016's 0.00000070 satoshi. How does this price increase affect the crypto business? Do you see less profit in bitcoins and or in USD? Or even very significantly higher? Its understandable that years of marketing had it's effect on business but if we somehow make equal statistics, compare the fixed amount of average bettors of 2016 and 2021 year, how do the statistics look? Or how are old but still active bettors doing on your casino right now?

How much of your reserves are kept in Bitcoin and in USD/Euro? Do casinos trade with their coins when a serious rise or crash happens?

Would like to hear opinions mostly from the representatives of different crypto casinos that also operate on this forum.

It would make sense from a business point of view for cryptocasinos to cash out after substantial rises in the bitcoin price, but then again that is mostly going to be the profits that they have creamed off from losing players anyway. If they have too much cryptocurrency around they may be susceptible to lose a substantial amount after any big price drops and it always pays to be diversified. Naturally casinos will have volatility in the amount of winners and losers, combining that with the volatility of the underlying currency makes them very unstable - I bet the owners are more than happy to convert it into more stable formats but with a big enough "float" that they can survive a few weeks of bad losses (worst case scenario).
If i would be the owner then i would definitely make out some conversion if there is some considerable price rise of bitcoin which it would really be converted out to stable coins or fiat directly which is an act on securing your profits on said period.

When it comes to those current players playing on the current bullish run then usd value would be the same even though the amount of coins had decreased out.So its up to the owner if he would make
out active conversions or would wait up for certain amount of time and since we dont know on where it is heading then it is really still a risky decision to make.
2700  Economy / Speculation / Re: Drop from $60k to $30k was part of bull run cycle? on: August 03, 2021, 11:47:05 PM

This chart looks really accurate, as the Twitter user said, it is a bitcoin cycle indicator. It shows the different phases of the cycle for Bitcoin since the beginning.
Another thing that I am surprised about here and amaze because of using a Fibonacci retracement and extension which will help to identify a pullback of a certain asset or best idea for price level for taking profits.

Currently, if we will base on the chart, we are in the Mania Phase, which is expecting to happen to start this month until the month of September.

What are your thoughts?

https://twitter.com/misconfig_exe/status/1408544229173858305/photo/1
Its neither both because we have seen lots of instances where pullbacks specially deep ones is a solid indication that it might really be having some potential bull run after that or something trying to

readying up itself on a good run but we know that it isnt a sure thing because pullbacks could neither mean taking profit time or typical sells or manipulative act etc.

We should be mindful on taking profits while we can because we wont know on how long the market would be staying up into these lines.
