Why is it always about price? Why should it not?? I mean what's the problem in that? Have we reached to a stage where a person can fully live on cryptocurrencies alone? I guess not! So what's the problem in talking about price points? It makes sense from a real world perspective and you can assume your wealth based on a standard parameter. That's what everyone wants. Price point is the biggest factor for any cryptos. The transaction volume and blah-blah-blah doesn't really matter if a price of a coin reaches to zero. Why do you think stablecoins are so successful in crypto market? It gives the convenience of a standard parameter like fiat and security like crypto. If you remove the price point from a cryptocurrency, nothing else will be strong enough to hold its ground. You are definitely right on this one because if price movement isnt something that should be talking about then we arent seeing for this market to become this big and its true that there's a significant importance on which people do keeps eye on the price because if they dont see about potential earnings and benefits in holding for long term then people would less interested to it which is understandable. It does not seem clear to me what this new rule mean. It does not seem to be a ban on using sports personalities,,, just to not let them target Under 18s (which for me is a very very fair rule).
Role models like it or not live in a different time,,, but they can post their half naked bodies on IG and Under18s can see that easily (or use Google on their own of course).
This people are creating different rules just to jeopardize our passion but who cares about it. I think they are trying to reduce the influence of sport celebrities on teenagers and gambling addicts. Yeah, the saving part is the most important thing before even thinking about making an investment into a cryptocurrency. I think that one shouldn't invest their some amount of salary right after they get it. Rather than that, saving money for some time is always better. After that, you can invest maybe not all but some amount of your savings into a cryptocurrency for a long term. It is really like sacrificing it for some time (maybe a year or more than that etc.).
I totally agree with your opinion, the real purpose of investment is saving, so if we save, we definitely shouldn't save all our income in bitcoin, but we also have to invest in other places like gold, and leave a little money we have for daily needs. Today, my goal in investing in gold is when I need an urgent need, I can immediately resell it for my needs, while bitcoin has an uncertain price. Would really be just common sense that we should have some savings and at the same time we do have other investments on where we could rely on in terms of other sources of income which would help us to survive this daily living.Gold is good but people tend to switch into other place like crypto because of the possible profits that you could make but we know that diversification would be always be the best. We could save more that came from our investment and we could invest came from our savings and vice versa. |

The biggest issue limiting most government consider and majorly the reason why bitcoins adoption has been slow is in my opinion the anonymity involved and the inability for government to directly be a party to your transaction.
If there were no such issues, gaining widespread adoption will not even be a topic for discussion as it would have happened already or almost done being adopted I think.
Can the governments of the world let bitcoin become fully in use in their respective countries without pushing for lesser anonymity and a way for them to monitor the system?
No government will approve that they can't get to control or at least regulate it. Everything will have an eye from the government, so most likely its anonymity will be lessen eventually. As from being decentralized going into being centralized, that will always be the case just like those decentralized exchanges that are forced to ask for KYC, otherwise they will not permitted to operate. Same thing with bitcoin, if it aims for its widespread adoption, then the government should always take part on it. We would really be going into that path considering that crypto is really getting some attention now then government would really be targeting platforms or services which are engaged nor get involved with crypto since this is the only way that they could really be able to deal with and not totally able to touch up literally or technically so they wont really be having any options which would be ending up to this.
