2701  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fairspin.io | Blockchain Casino to Play & Earn on: November 18, 2021, 04:51:02 PM
There are so many countries that are blacklisted for their gambling sites (Fairspin.io), in fact I see the Fairspin.io blacklist consists of countries with the majority of gamblers, if they don't immediately make official support to the blacklisted country, it will make their gambling site go down, few fans want to play on their site.

They should immediately carry out the Jurisdiction process against the countries that are on their black list, if they really want to do a growing business and have a lot of customers, otherwise they will sooner or later go bankrupt and the site shuts down, reason: their customers are limited.
It's a common practice for a gambling platform to blacklist countries, or perhaps it's their providers that don't to work with citizens from certain Jurisdictions, probably because of the gambling bans in those Countries. So in that case, there is nothing much fairspin can do.
2702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: November 17, 2021, 11:42:26 PM
huh, I forgot we're gonna see Xavi making his debut next weekend (and also Dani Alves? ),, couldn't have asked for an easier game, Espanyol are literally 3 points for free for Barca, especially at the Camp nou...off to a great start, barcelona fans (;
Being a derby, I still believe Barcelona will have to sweat for the three points but who knows what Xavi has on table

Dani won't be able to play until January. I thought that signing free agents is allowed during whole season, but seems that I was wrong.
It probably has to do with the contract that he had with Sao Paulo. So the rules won't allow him to register until the transfer window reaches.
2703  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fairspin.io | Blockchain Casino to Play & Earn on: November 17, 2021, 11:16:07 PM
It's unusual thing for betting website with Curacao license to have so strict kyc verification, so can you please confirm that we can't play and use website without this kyc rule?

Secondly, when exactly will you perform KYC? That is probably a question that a lot of people will ask too.

The information about KYC in even in the OP

  • To prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, our casino uses special tools such as the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) program. Before starting to play, you will be requested to register and verify your identity. In terms of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) programs, we also monitor the player’s activity and follow the Risk Management program.

AML Policy > https://fairspin.io/en/aml
KYC policy > https://fairspin.io/en/privacy-policy

It says for me that access is denied?

It seems that part of my region is blacklisted so I can't access Fairspin unless I have to use a VPN to see the platform.

They are blocking so many Countries in various way. Quoting from their terms and conditions

Yeah its convenient but does people are really that lazy for them to make out some simple research on checking out the mempool if its clogged or not?

As long the site is having that dynamic fees or doesn't charge up way more than on whats the current market fee then it should be find.

Do your part if its not available because asking this very basic thing is not really that something necessary.
It seems basic to you and me because we know how to calculate Bitcoin transaction fees, but there are some people who have no idea what sats/vbyte means and that's what you will see in most mempool explorers.
2705  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Paybis exchange? on: November 17, 2021, 09:34:19 PM
Could I convert my Neteller USD (Gambling Funds) into btc or any crypto on this site and withdraw that crypto to my own wallet?  If so, do you need any KYC or not?  And what are the fees for this?
Surely you can, but obviously you have to undergo KYC verification.
Read their Anti Money Laundering and KYC policy - https://paybis.com/policies/aml/

Commission for such a conversion is between 4-5%. Check out the site for details
You can also find other alternatives on BestChange.com - https://www.bestchange.com/neteller-to-bitcoin.html

I ask the esteemed management to remove this topic because without providing any documents, it has damaged our company's reputation.
Thank you.
According to the forum moderation policy, scam is not moderated, that means scam accusations are not moderated alike. So, no moderator or admin will remove the topic if that's your wish.

Instead, try sending a PM to OP about the issue. Maybe he will get an alert on his email address since he has been offline since around about that time he created this thread.
2707  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitmain.shopping Review For A Scam Website | Be careful it is a SCAM on: November 17, 2021, 08:55:54 PM

Their prices are incredibly low and many can fall in this trap.
...
Another thing is - ''(Buy 3, Get 1 Free) For example: If you buy 3 units of this product, you get 1 free 🔥 If you buy 6, you get 2 🔥 If you buy 9, you get 3''
These are one of the red flags. For anyone who uses their brain while searching these websites can figure this out and avoid scam but guess what. Greed and the urge to buy cheaper units clouds some people's judgement.
2708  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: November 16, 2021, 11:58:57 PM
Based the thread from Pmalek : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.0

The fee withdraws 0.26$ "Depends on network congestion" so how much they use + take the withdraw fee from your transaction. If they following the average fee on the network, then would be cheap.
Yeah, I actually like how flexible the fee is when one is withdrawing as it depends on how busy the respective network is. but, let's assume optimal Bitcoin transaction fees spiked overnight to $25 and yet one has been used to an average of $2. This would definitely mess up some folks who make small withdrawals

I think it would help if there was something displaying the current estimated transaction fees so that one is aware right before they hit they withdraw button.
2709  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: November 16, 2021, 11:28:20 PM
My suggestion is regarding withdrawals.

I did a bitcoin withdrawal but am not sure about other networks, there was no indicator showing estimated transaction fees like I have seen with some casinos. I don't know if I missed something but wouldn't it be awesome if you added an estimated transaction fee right before withdrawing so that a person is aware of roughly how much they might spend in transaction fees.

Certain networks like Ethereum have outrageous fees, and you don't want someone cluelessly withdrawing $15 only to receive $5 of ETH after having $10 chopped off  Cheesy
2710  Other / Meta / Re: How to access/ search old/ archived Bitcointalk forum? on: November 16, 2021, 10:51:05 PM
The old Bitcoin forum was sourceforge, and it was referenced in the first post by Satoshi on this forum. The website is down now however.
Weren't old the posts in the old forum migrated here?
At least that's what I thought all along.

If you just want to get data about old topics, use the url address bar in main topic link and change the number at the end.
Example : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5149708
That would be so tiresome
Op would end up with links to deleted threads and offtopic posts.
2711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin transaction fee fixed? on: November 15, 2021, 11:59:22 PM
Another case depended on your speed transaction, faster transactions mean higher fees could be paid.
This part is not accurate.
Transaction speed depends on;
1. How quick a block is confirmed
2. The size of unconfirmed transaction in the mempool.

John could pay a very low fee, when the mempool is almost empty and within seconds a block containing his transaction gets confirmed, while at another time Bob would pay a very high fee but the next block that could contain his transaction takes 40 minutes to get confirmed.

Who of the 2 do you think will have achieved a faster transaction?
2712  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Electrum Wallet on: November 15, 2021, 11:44:12 PM
1. Electrum wallet is a noncustodial wallet, meaning even the people who created the wallet cannot  access or "freeze" any Bitcoins sent in an address generated using the wallet software.

2. How do you know that the funds were sent in an electrum wallet?  Roll Eyes
Because it's impossible to know by just tracking the funds. Electrum is not an exchange.
2713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Do you play the Bybit contests ? on: November 15, 2021, 10:43:54 PM
I'm not sure I can post a link here per forum rules.
It's not against forum rules to share links on posts, so long as;
1. They are not referral links
2. You are not spamming
3. You are not promoting a contest that encourages spamming, e.g. encouraging members to reply the thread for rewards

In fact, many services share links of trading contests and promotions. So fear not.
2714  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit campaign is starting again. on: November 15, 2021, 10:30:03 PM
I don't know why you spend your time and energy writing about 1xBet.
1xBit has officially stated that it has nothing to do with 1xBet.
I think that before someone starts writing nonsense, they should check whether the source of their information is trustworthy and what it is based on.
Well, I just mentioned 1xbet being a scam casino too and as usual, a 1xbit ass licking dog came out backing senselessly. I didn't even talk about 1xbit  Grin

But since you think you are smart, you should have used Google before I told you to do so.

Go ask your scam bosses which company owns 1xbit, and then we shall proceed from there.
2715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Do you play the Bybit contests ? on: November 14, 2021, 11:51:38 PM
Care to add a quick summary of what it's all about, or even links to the terms and conditions of the game/contest in the ANN?
It would positively increase the number of interested parties rather than just a non-clickable pic.

Marcelo should just move over to Manchester United since he has a good    and great understand on the pitch with Cristiano Ronaldo,I don't know why I'm having the feeling Ole Gunner Solskjaer time will be up soon at Manchester United and Zidane will be in charge soon.
Marcelo and Zidane at united?

I mean, well, we can fantasize about certain things we would wish to happen to a club we love, but this fantasy is a little too much. I don't think Marcelo will come to Premier League. He used to be good, but he's old now and has been injury prone.

He's probably going back home to Brazil.

This kind of reminds me of how some United fan we so confident that they would sign Ramos at one point.
2717  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit campaign is starting again. on: November 14, 2021, 10:35:16 PM
Not sure whether participants are still getting red-painted, but there's 3 accepted members in the latest campaign that are still untagged (not anymore after this is posted tho).
Tagged.

If you come across anytime. Just keep bringing them up here.

I'm not sure about this but 1xbet is a reputable fiat gambling site in my country and I've used it more times than I can remember because of their fast payouts and betting options. I never had any problem with them they are also top sponsors of some European clubs so I doubt they are running Illegal business.
1xbet is scam too. Just because they sponsor top clubs doesn't make them angels. Some clubs even pulled out.

As of May 2021, 1xBet has amassed over 1,290,0000 search results on Google for the term "1xBet Scam"; retaining its reputation as one of the world's most controversial betting firms and featuring on Russia's payment processor blacklist.[23] It provides an affiliate system to delegate its advertising onto unwitting clients.

Man guys, why all the hate for a simple suggestion? I'm in yesterday's top 10 wagerers and I don't see any of you in there, so if I like betting small does that make me a less serious gambler than you? I bet small at all my sites and I'm willing to bet I have higher levels and more wagers than most people commenting about this.

If it doesn't suit the owners, let them respond. I play, I use, I like the site, if my suggestion is bad, it's okay Smiley I mean some of you are advertising sites where you play free rolls for 3 satoshi, and laughing about whether it's worth betting under 1 cent  Roll Eyes

For me it's not about looking down at the gambler, it's about stretching the dollar to give as much fun as possible, I see myself as an example. I bet tiny amounts but a LOT of volume.
Why would I hate on your suggestion?

Maybe you misinterpreted what I said and took it personal, but my explanation was trying to make you look at it from a casino's perspective and to show you that the minimum is already low enough. If that is hate or "looking down to you" then I have nothing else to say to you.
2719  Economy / Exchanges / Re: please help me on: November 12, 2021, 05:19:51 PM
He is from Indonesia,
From his story, he wants to help his friend withdraw 1000 BTC which he bought in 2015 and is currently stuck at Indodax due to loss of access. As far as I know, the exchange changed the domain in early 2018 from vip.bitcoin.co.id to indodax.com.

Don't know what initiative so he needs another exchange to withdraw indefinitely. I think with that amount of BTC, he'd better recommend his friend to come directly to the Indodax office so that it can be transferred to a personal wallet instead of wanting to send it to another exchange which will make it more difficult for them if new problems occur.

@OP, Indodax's office address is written at the bottom of their website page (footer).
Don't let your friend think he or she has been mentored by the wrong person.
I tried to translate the story using Google Chrome, but I was unable to.

So in other words, his friend has the 1000 BTC in indodax, and he wants to withdraw the Bitcoins into another centralized exchange's wallet? Or is he looking for a way of converting the 1000 BTC to fiat but daily?
2720  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: November 11, 2021, 11:32:44 PM
3. Need to find a way to lower the minimums. Currently I noticed the games I tried have smallest min as 100 satoshi, which is 6.5 cents right now. This needs to be lowered to at least 10 satoshi (but I would argue 1 satoshi like most other good crypto casinos).
But I think it's low enough. Since you are making valuations using the USD, what happens if BTC's price dropped to let's say 5K?

10 sats would be = 0.0005 USD
1 sat would be = 0.00005 USD

Honestly, if you are the owner of a casino. Put yourself in their shoes, would this make any sustainable business sense?  Cheesy
