2702  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) on: November 19, 2021, 02:35:48 PM
2703  Economy / Gambling / Re: Multidice.io | The multi-currency dice game | 35+ cryptos on: November 18, 2021, 11:53:11 AM
At the very least you should look at accepting 50+ if not the top 100 coins.
Where's the need of accepting such huge amount of crypto? Do you think people will use them? In most cases, people use BTC. Since the fee is high, people look for alternative like LTC, TRX, DOGE or some other crypto which has low fee. Why do a casino need to accept a lot of crypto. I think it's unnecessary.
2704  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) on: November 18, 2021, 11:19:22 AM

BTCump.
Badly in need of $2/$3k worth of BTC, USDT or any other cryptocurrency available on Binance. Since it's a big amount, I will not mind using escrow service if possible and I will bear the escrow fee too. PM me or reply here if you are interested.
Remember- I will never send you a DM first. I won't trade in telegram with you unless you are a regular seller here. I have heard a few accusations where scammer tried to be my impersonator.
2706  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: November 18, 2021, 02:00:39 AM
Why newbies like me was kinda hard to get merit unlike other higher rank got easily merited?
Did you just shared your opinion or it's based on some proven statement? Can you clarify with some data? That would be helpful to evaluate.
Take myself as example, I never feel it was hard to get merit. There are hundreds or more newbies who is/was way faster than me to earn merit. You have to look at all the data available on the forum. Check this- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4850225.0

There are few arguments too that newbies don't get enough merit. This is true sometimes but most of the newbies who don't get a lot of merit are either spammer (no effort when they post) or they are posting in a local board where no merit source is there. Most of the times, newbied don't get merit because they don't put some effort to write a post. There was a thread on why Higher Rank Member got more merits than lower rank. While this is true, this is also true that higher rank members are knowledgeable and they put effort to write post (not everyone though). So, it makes sense why they got more merit than previous.

2709  Other / Meta / Re: Wrong information about BitcoinTalk history on Wikipedia on: November 17, 2021, 09:43:30 AM
Maybe somebody takes some time to make it right, although I don't know how Wiki decides what version is well intended and which is not.
I'm not an expert but this is what I have faced with Wikipedia-
There's one article on bitcoin in my local language (Bengali). The article was good enough of course without any doubt but good for a pro. For newbies, I would say it was hard as hell. I tried to edit the article with some good references. For unknown reason, the original author didn’t approve my edition. It seems that in wikipedia, topic starter has the power of attorney. He can deny any edition if he thinks it's not good. This is what I have observed but as I said I'm not 100% sure if there's something else too.
2710  Other / Meta / Re: Wrong information about BitcoinTalk history on Wikipedia on: November 17, 2021, 09:18:04 AM
Here's the first thread of the forum- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5.0
First 4 threads are off limit. I think they are some test post which has been off limited.
Whoever have edited that article doesn’t know exactly. That's why they used the wrong info. You can create account and edit the article, see if they approve your edition.
2711  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Two beginner crypto management questions. on: November 17, 2021, 07:49:15 AM
Everyone has already shared how it works but if you are still confuse for the 2nd one-
Your balance in one wallet is accumulated into one. It's more like your bank account. Imagine, you have deposited $100 on November 1st, 2021. Your balance is $100. Now you have deposited $100 more on November 10, 2021. So, bank will have two transaction reports on their database but you will be given one single balance of $200, although the records of timestamp, amount are not exactly like bank  Cheesy
2712  Economy / Services / Re: What's the cheapest way to withdraw different crypto currencies from Binance? on: November 17, 2021, 07:40:00 AM
Do they allow to withdraw without verification? I don’t know as I have got my Binance verified recently. Which coins are you holding at the moment? BTC transaction fee is 0.0005 BTC if I'm correct and that's $30. Do they charge higher fee on ERC20 token withdraw? It would be good if you share what you are holding there.

And please move the thread to service discussion.
2713  Economy / Gambling / Re: Multidice.io | The multi-currency dice game | 35+ cryptos on: November 16, 2021, 01:48:28 PM
You can try to sign in now. If the problem persist and you are unable to sign in, please reply to this email.
I got the email too and just checked. It works fine now but it's really a negative impression, a new customer would hesitate to check out later. They must fix it so that in future it doesn't create any issues. For me, it was really a bad experience, to be honest.

Regardless of its duration, it's still not fair to take what it's not theirs! It's perfectly fine to care about profits, but the manner in which they'd be achieving it, "isn't fine"!
I agree. Most of them are unethical which shouldn't be at all.
2714  Economy / Gambling / Re: Multidice.io | The multi-currency dice game | 35+ cryptos on: November 16, 2021, 08:32:43 AM
I'm having problem with sign up. I just have signed up and when tried to log in, it says account is disabled. What's the reason? Why has it been disabled while I haven’t yet logged it yet? Is it because I used VPN?

meaning that 313 comes from Bitcointalk community alone? or at least majority is from inside because after promoting here there is a lot of registration happens  Grin Grin Grin
Bitcointalk is a great source but it's not the only place to promote. I don't think it's even possible to get such huge amount of sign up from bitcointalk in few days even, not in a day.
2715  Economy / Gambling / Re: Multidice.io | The multi-currency dice game | 35+ cryptos on: November 16, 2021, 02:09:53 AM
Personally, I'm not a big fan of seeing such terms in any platform [it's not fair (there should always be a way to retrieve those)]!
Who would be a fan of such terms  Cheesy It's really the bitter truth all the time. Most of the terms of casino are in favor of them to confiscate/scam the fund. I think multidice must change this rule and allow such deleted account to withdraw their fund unless there's something wrong with other abuse etc.
OP, you should use copper member to post an attractive announcement.
2716  Other / Meta / Re: Scam Projects should be moderated on: November 15, 2021, 11:45:12 AM
Theymos and co will have to revisit that aspect of official rules of the forum.
There's no official rules. All the rules we are following are unofficial  Cheesy
Anyway, to ban/restrict a 100% scam project, theymos and co needs to check the scam thread case by case, verify them, verify the authenticity of the source of accusation etc. Can you imagine how much energy, effort and time it require?
Now, you may say 1xbit is 100% confirmed scam. There are hundreds of confirmed scam but will theymos have the resources need to check them one by one? No. So, it doesn’t make sense to stand against one project only, does it?
One can argue still that it's possible to ban all the confirmed scam project based on DT feedback but it is also possible that it will be biased and any DT member can manipulate it. At the end, it will create more chaos instead.
On the other hand, why would anyone put there money without any investigation? Isn't it your responsibility to check out how much reputed a gambling site is before handing out your money to them? If someone is conscious about their money, they must do it and they do I believe. If someone isn't conscious, they should have their lesson learned. You could have lose money in gambling too, anyway.
2717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Are More Whales Moving Their BTC? on: November 15, 2021, 11:22:16 AM
Where's the proof that whales are moving their BTC? It says tx has been increased which is more likely to be true because BTC adoption has also increased. It is also possible that the addresses belong to some custodial services, or it also possible that someone is selling OTC but OTC won't make a difference I think.
2718  Other / Meta / Re: Scam Projects should be moderated on: November 15, 2021, 10:35:49 AM
Because the forum doesn’t moderate scam. There's feedback system, the account is tagged. If you still are not aware of where you are depositing your money, why would be the forum lol. It's simple google search of a few words to find out the reputation of any site, but no one does that.

Anyway, forum doesn’t moderate scam because it will create more issue at the end.
2719  Economy / Reputation / Re: WARNING! Blacklist for Gambling Sites 1xbit "SCAM" !!! on: November 15, 2021, 02:55:08 AM
I wonder why people still use the 1xbit gambling site which is clearly a scam? do most of them come from outside?
This forum is a part of their business, none of the casino solely depends on this forum. They have google ads, social media ads and some CPA based program to get the targeted people. I have seen a lot of sports app to use their banner also.
By the way, I think I'm yet to get your plan exactly. What's your exact plan, can you elaborate the plan more? If you are looking for some steps from the forum administration, you are unlikely to get any. Forum doesn’t moderate scam, so they will not ban any scan or 1xbit.
2720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask Question on: November 14, 2021, 11:06:15 AM
What did you mean? You have created a wallet and generated 5 addresses? Am I right?
Now, you are trying to access all these addresses? I'm a little bit confused. What did you mean by account exactly? For every address, you must have a private key and you can access all these addresses with the private key. Import the private keys one by one.

Move the thread to Altcoin Service Discussion.
