When it says you don't have a balance, is it because the page is refreshing to the BTC balance which is empty?

I think yes because whenever I get back to flush.com from the livecasino, it shows me BTC balance instead of LTC balance. I was playing with no problem for quite a few days. Well I was playing with VPN to be honest. I don't know if all these live casinos have a problem with my country or not. Please check and fix if something is wrong there.

I do not think it is a hard task to add a leaderboard if you have experienced staff to do it, wondering why it takes long time for you to implement a leaderboard for your contest.

I think it should not be harder unless the development team is something more important to do list. But still it should be a priority to get things done in a transparent way.

The Multiplier Madness Leaderboard is on the development list but other tasks have been prioritised for now. We will post here as soon as we can give a date for implementation.

The number of online players seems getting less than before. If I remember it correctly, the daily average online users was more than 10 user some time ago but I see that it is now less than 10 users at least in the last few days. Seems that there is also no one is playing at the moment. I know you are in pre launch (extended) but I think you have to attract early users or at least offer some nice offer to make your site looks alive till you are ready with the main launch.

There are a lot of offers in the pipeline as far as I know. I had a chat with OP regarding this. Everything will come into action once their site is in the full launch. Offering such activities wouldn't bring much good result I think too.

Launching a bug bounty campaign is definitely a good decision and you did well by choosing Immunefi to host it. However, it would've been better if you did it before officially launching your casino at least to be sure that your platform and your customers' funds will be safe from hackers.

Who says they didn't conduct extensive security testing of their platform before launching? That's why they can start a bug bounty campaign, because they know they won't have to pay anything. I'm kidding, of course. It's perfectly normal for a bug bounty to run after launch of the platform. It may be a beta launch, or even a "soft" launch, but still, some bugs can't even be detected without live players on the platform.

We have already engaged with security experts to battle test the site that's why we have only soft launched so far. Rest assured, customer's funds are safe from hackers due to the security checkpoints we have implemented to date

They cant make the leaderboard for their contest live after almost a month (maybe more), so I guess they have to take longer time to launch the coming soon games because that would be harder task for them compared to the leaderboard implementation.

We're working on the new Flush Originals and are very excited to release them as soon as possible - the next scheduled games are Plinko, Hi-Lo and Limbo and are currently under testing.

The Multiplier Madness league tables have been developed but we are holding off deploying until the bulk of other development is complete. We are currently implementing affiliate systems, deposit bonus structures and much more that will be imperative to a successful launch.

Sounds very good from Flush team. If they are doing great things which are almost done, and in final phase of development and testing, they should release sneak peek and hype the market, hype the community.

I see this approach is good, not bad. Community will have good preparation and more excited to see what new features are, what sort of beneficiaries they can get from next upgrades, etc.
