You might hang on to these... I am expecting some news that is going to make their value soar.
Very neat, thanks, I'd be interested to hear whats going on if it isn't a hush hush type of thing. Someone got a steal, winning the auction at 0.2298 BTC.

Any update?
The original reason for the ban was due to it damaging the wallet, this has been debunked entirely.

There really hasn't been much feedback on the subject. The hack and all of the stuff having to do with that has really taken the attention of the staff. I suppose that since no one feels strongly enough about it now to voice their opinions, Scrypt Bitcoin threads will be allowed, but cautiously. I ask that people please use disclaimers, or making it incredibly obvious whether they are talking about Scrypt Bitcoin or Sha Bitcoin. With that in mind, its still thin ice so to speak. There will be a very very strong lookout for deceptive practices which obviously would get the thread removed. Again, this is kind of a gray area. Since no one has had much opinion on the matter as of now, I'm going to assume it will be allowed. However, should Theymos or John K individually, or the rest of the staff as a whole decide against allowing Scrypt Bitcoin, it will go back that way. So if you use and support Scrypt Bitcoins, please don't do anything that will grab the staff's attention and give us reason to disallow the coin.

Are you thinking of the scene in St. Elmos Fire?
No, Rob Lowe personally told me to get a saxophone. But yes, that was an excellent movie.

i will bid if you add international shipping as you said for single items.
I just shipped a few coins to the UK, so I'm waiting to see how that goes. I don't imagine it would be an issue, but first, I can't insure international packages, and second, if I ship more than $400 worth of coins, I have to fill out additional customs forms which means you have to pay import taxes. At under $400, you may or may not have to pay import taxes. I do everything I can to try and get you out of those taxes, without lying. I declare packages as gifts of Collector's Coins at approximate value. I'm not going to commit mail fraud by declaring an unreasonable lesser value ($55 item declared as $50 or something is fine), or improper description, however Collectors Coins are far less likely to be taxed than, Silver Coins. So I'm hoping that with that my current buyer wont have an issue. I also package them in the most difficult to open way, so hopefully it disuades any unreasonably gungho customs workers If you want, I can ship a few coins internationally as I said I would, just be aware. That first, when I send any package internationally, they require an email address and phone number. I don't require a real email address or phone number, but what that probably means, is that if your package gets held up in customs and they want you to come pick it up, thats how they will contact you. Second, I can't insure the packages, and Third, all I can guarentee is that they will go out on my end, even the USPS wont take responsibility for things after they have gone internationally (hence why they wont insure). Also on a side note, keep in mind, that Germany and Australia are the most difficult countries to import silver into (Germany not so much from the EU) but from abroad. They are incredibly strict on their precious metal importation laws, so its difficult to get anything besides old collectors coins in. Luckily, I do label the packages as collectors coins, however please take precaution in ordering from me if you are in Australia or Germany. Like I said, I'll do my best, but I can't really change your country of origin's importation rules.

Yes, this is very relevant.
It took me some time to finally crack this. If you think this riddle is hard to solve, imagine not having any hints, for the clues I'm giving you nearly solve the riddle, entirely.
"XBT gave birth to his only son, XIC; but the latter will murder his father, in cold blood, and rob him of his crown and all his glory. The wicked son, rising from the sea - who will ruthlessly enslave and rule the world, is marked and will be recognized by all, according to his evil mark and number."
I'll leave it to everyone else to solve this fairly simple riddle. And please don't bother with all the 666 rhetoric, this is gonna require a bit more thinking, but it's there.
In solving this riddle you are likely to find the keys to great fortune; albeit, holding on to that fortune will prove a much greater and painful challenge.
Its an octopus. Octopus are known as devilfish. They have 8 legs which was also considered an evil number. The true origin of the number 666 having to do with a Hebrew numerical alphabetical code spelling Nero Caesar. The 666 thing gained ground, after he began in who persecuting Christians, and was thought to be the antichrist. 888 being his predecesor Emperor Claudius. Octopode are cold blooded, and live in the sea. Cathulu being related to the octopus (possibly the father?), "Lives and reigns and conquers the world" which his son takes from him. The fortune comes in Online Octopus vending, a very lucrative trade, however holding the fortune will be a much greater and painful challenge, because octopus aquarium setups are expensive as hell. In my first setup, cost well over $3k. That and due to their short life expectancies, and amount of work that is required to keep them alive, it will be a painful, yet profitable endevor. I win.

I trashed the thread a bit earlier today after recieving the reports. Thanks guys, requesting a ban as well. Theres very few things you can't do on the forums, but malware is frowned upon.

Does the winner also recieve a micro pizza?
If so, count me in.

Wouldn't it be more practical to just create a group buy at, cost + X BTC and then come out with 50X BTC profit for yourself, without having to take any loans? Then you wouldn't have to worry about finding buyers after purchasing the roll either.

Sorry? Whats wrong with my username? mrjoey is the name of one of the forum's more notorious scammers. However, my buddy Mush helped you on Bittleships a few years ago, so I do know that you are the original owner, and the game wasn't a scam at the time anyway.

I thought there wasn't enough freedom of speech, then I checked the alt-coin subforum, and I was like" maybe I am not there yet, better get used to the status quo."
Hehe, there is very little I delete as long as it isn't something like a five paragraph copy and paste of a brownie recipe in all capital letters with various obscenities strung through it. I believe we are all adults here (for the most part) and you should be able to say what you want, as long as you aren't seriously infringing on the rights of others. Each board has slightly different rules based on the local moderators personal philosophies, with a base line of what you should/shouldn't moderate, and from there its personal opinion, as long as you stay consistent.

you would probably get more interest offering international shipping, nice coins btw especially like the lunars.
Shipping companies are very iffy when it comes to International shipping and precious metals. I don't always do insurance on small purchases, unless the buy requests it, however on large ones, I'm very adamant on Insuring the package which I factor into the shipping cost. I found out through experience the difficulties of USPS/Fedex/UPS , with a buyer who intended on purchasing everything internationally. The first issue, is what company would insure a $6,000 package. Most do, but I then found stipulations saying shipping internationally for more than $650 is quite steep. We then decided to ship in multiple packages valued at around $1000 each, and was told I couldn't insure a package containing more than 50% of a precious metal, and so on and so on. So as I said in my OP, "Shipping to the U.S only, with small sales possible out of the country" If someone wants a coin or two, I can ship it out of the U.S, but its not likely I'll be able to insure it.
