2701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Store of value or Payment method or else? on: April 17, 2021, 10:41:39 AM
Hello!

I've been seeing many people with many views and opinions on what bitcoin is for. What do you think bitcoin main purpose is and do you think it may change going forward?

Thank you!
^ Bitcoin was only being considered as a payment method alternative for banks and cash or fiat.
However, due to the high demand and miners being very much persistent. Bitcoin started to become a store of value. It was the best option to store value because confidentiality is really effective. You can stay anonymous but still keep a lot of assets on your hardware. But today, these advantages are slowly fading as Bitcoin has now become mainstream. But just because it fades does not mean it is negative.
2702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Feature Do You Look for In Slot Games? on: April 17, 2021, 10:21:08 AM
^ Better odds, great and very much friend User Interface which is very easy to navigate and use, justified minimum withdrawal or zero minimum, and lastly, wide deposit methods. Better odds so we know we are in a good company that won’t generate income in a greedy way. Most of the existing gambling platforms are complicated to the fact that normal people could not catch up even though they want to play as much (this one is very crucial).
Justified minimum withdrawal or zero minimum as this has been a struggle we had in almost 99% of platforms available in the market. Wide deposit methods as it is very costly to move from this alternative to this alternative. If the developers can find a way how they can connect the platform with APIs that we mostly use, that would be very helpful.
2703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Controls Crypto? on: April 17, 2021, 10:03:07 AM
Ok so there are people who say that crypto is decentralized and cannot be controlled by the government. How can this be true when the government can shut down the companies where you are able to buy, sell, or send crypto? What do you guys think? Do you all think that crypto is truly decentralized and cannot be controlled by the government or can they?
^ I do not really think you have done your homework before you asked this question. You should know what is the meaning of being decentralized first then you come back here, and tell us what’s your perspective. Nevertheless, regarding your concern, the government banning companies that sell, trade, and buy Bitcoins won't affect the decentralization of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. That is a different story, my friend. They are not really associate. Decentralization is for the platform itself. But some theory is saying that there is a way for the government to control the decentralization and that is if they will mine empty blocks. But that was not proven right yet.
2704  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: April 17, 2021, 09:21:45 AM
LTC deposits and withdrawals are now supported!
Finally.......
Your response to the community has been excellent and faster, take the advice from the community. Good job
I'm waiting for Rollbit promos Grin
^ Finally, I just now updated that they accepted LTC upon withdrawal and deposit because as I visited the site there is no LTC I have found there.
I think they must update the site and the FAQ that they accept LTC and hopefully, they will also hear this concern.
However, the most important now is we can save even the fees because those BTC and ETH are had very expensive fees.
Nevertheless, I think this just the beginning of their innovation, there are more and more improvements were come for sure.
2705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you limit your gambling time? on: April 17, 2021, 07:47:48 AM
Do you actually...
- Have a weekly budget to play and do not ever go over it?
- Not ever get in debt for gambling?
- Have an allocated time for gambling and never exceed it?
- Gamble only socially with friends of relatives?
- Have someone helping you control your gambling?
^ - I preferred twice a month, or when there is a sports game that I like to bet.
   - Of course not, just gamble of what you can afford and avoid debt.
   - After my work, I often open a gambling site to gamble or to hang on in the chatbox.
   - A lone gambler, I prefer to be alone than having parties.
   - Nope, I am the only one who controls myself and gamble with limitations.
2706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best Sport to bet on ? on: April 17, 2021, 07:22:23 AM
Most people bet on sports that they know and know as a whole, apart from identifying the player or team we must also understand the sport that is played.
^ You have a make sense on this, because even me, I only place a bet when I know what sports it is. I don't have an idea of football or soccer games technically and ideally. Probably basketball game only I can understand and know whose team that has a good performance that potentially can able to win. Because sports for me is not based on luck games, sometimes it matters on the team that you have to choose. Nevertheless, speaking of e-sports will probably also good to consider like CSGO and DOTA2.
2707  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin marketcaps might hit $1 Quad. as Coinbase is listed on Nasdaq on: April 16, 2021, 08:46:51 PM
^ Coinbase's successful listing in Nasdaq will definitely affect Bitcoin’s state. It is just that, Coinbase may either make or break it. Being a publicly listed company is very risky and requires a lot of works especially in legal and paperwork. One wrong move from Coinbase might negatively affect Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency community. Even the simplest type of business can go wrong when listed. And coinable is the first company to be listed that is focusing on cryptocurrency and we can actually consider them as a pilot that has to test the field.
2708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wyoming legalized online sports betting - crypto wagers allowed too on: April 16, 2021, 08:23:33 PM
As others said, that is good news for crypto users, especially for gamblers who often use crypto to gamble. I guess the government wants to know who was using crypto to gamble and make a new regulation related to that news. Maybe the government wants to control online sports betting from their State. I think a gambler needs to do KYC on the online sports betting website and I think their bank account will be monitor by the government. I wonder how much the taxes that the gambler should pay regard to that news.

They just want to benefit on the popularity of crypto, as they legalize sports betting, they know that huge money will come from crypto space, so with that, they regulate and they make money at the same time. They cant' control anything that is not owned by the state, but they can always monitor them to comply with the law, especially on correct tax remittance.
^ With this law, if you are going to think carefully and close, and read the description of how lawmakers consider it. It seems like they want to make the people that cryptocurrency is a prepaid one. This statement will support my opinion “ bets in lieu of greenbacks – so long as those cryptos can be converted to cash.” Cryptos being converted to cash is like having a prepaid that you can convert to cash in case you need it. And the essence of cryptocurrency is to becoming an independent store of value. I hope this will work still, in the future.
Nevertheless, I had like to check what would be the result of this new law and I hope it will affect the cryptocurrency community positively.
2709  Economy / Gambling / Re: online casino software on: April 16, 2021, 08:12:41 PM
^ Alright, I just hope that the firm is already duly registered in SEC and IRS before offering the services. Their chosen business is too strict and tight.
Also, after that, this firm can gain trust at least. Feedback has to be made by previous clients and you guys less likely to catch clients in this forum. The Gambling industry is a big one, it requires a lot of finance, not just that, the license being secured requirements vary per country. That is why it is hard to make this type of consultation feasible. Nevertheless, good luck anyway, and you can always try.
2710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: April 15, 2021, 12:40:18 PM
Hi Guys!

I bought ripple at $2.50 and i am at very high losses. I wanted to know if and when it will reach $3, $4 and if my stars shine $5 ?  Please help. I am being as much patient i can but i am honestly dying from the inside looking at the prices.

Seemingly XRP is on the 5$road?

I saw the increase this past days , though fails to break 2$ yet staying with 77% increase in the last 7 days.

It failed to break $2 but it will break $2 soon as it's very close. Of the altcoins that are in the top 10, I guess XRP is late on its bull run so probably $2 is just a minimum and it could reach a new ATH, $10 is even possible IMO.
^ Probably that will happen soon, XRP still the best for any transaction because it has lower fees and I think there are too many people trading XRP to their custodial wallet and convert it into cash. There are instances that this coin has the potential to gain profit and there are too many factors that possible reasons for the recent pump, it could be manipulation or a real adoption. Nevertheless, if you can afford it, 25% of your portfolio is XRP is not bad at all and probably it will always create a new ATH.
2711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: April 15, 2021, 12:34:12 PM
One of the reasons why binance smart chain becomes this big right now is because ethereum gas fee is very high and this force some projects to switch to BSC but what do you think will happen once ethereum gas fee goes lower in near few months? Will BSC faced same fate as binance DEX? Or BSC will remain the better option over ethereum?

I agree that it all depends on the ETH gas fee, the price is very dependent. The only issue is that we don't know for certain if the gas fee is going to be lower in the future on remain on similar levels. If you are right and the gas fee will drop then ETH will be king again. It is hard to say if BSC is going to be new number 2 crypto coin right behind Bitcoins. If we own both coins we would profit no matter what.
^ ETH will be a king? No way, BTC will always be a king.
Regarding these two cryptocurrencies at this moment we can not tell who is the better one, but in a long term, I prefer to choose ETH over the BSC. We know that BSC is just forking the ETH network and aiming the lower fees but it will remain useful is ETH. Without this, also BNB will become a failure. BSC will probably very common to use now because of the fee but once the ETH V2.0 will release, the fees will back to normal. Nevertheless, if you don't see ETH is not good for transactions but I saw this is good for storing the value.
2712  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Simpsons predicted an endless Bitcoin price growth on: April 15, 2021, 12:22:15 PM
This is a joke and nothing more, do not take it seriously.
^ It is a joke or not there must be a reason.
Probably, the animated series The Simpson’s predictions were raging after the proven predictions for Trump being the President of the United States on their episode 2000. That was very remarkable. And there was an episode where news headlines that can be seen below the screen have shown BTC with a sign of being infinite. Meaning to say that it will reach a very high milestone. These predictions might be accurate, but we cannot base things on predictions professionally. Nevertheless, there was a theory that the author of the said animation is actually connected with the Oligarchs that’s why he has an idea on how they will play their game 50 years from the planning. But these are just conspiracies.
2713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling firms helping Government and people during quarantine, literally. on: April 15, 2021, 11:41:28 AM
Why? because there are so many casinos that closed while the pandemic is attacking so how can they help the government when they are not gaining anything ?
best if they are been allowed to operate so at least percentage of their income will be in Aid for the pandemic victims.
^ Not all gambling casino was closed during the pandemic, in my country, when the result of infective was dropped down or in curve line. Many gambling casinos started their operations but they only allowed to operate half of the percentage as a normal one. They also reduce their staff just to survive and you know what? that was a big help that can contribute to the country that can recover from the financial problem and also can aid the pandemic victims. Nevertheless, the revenue that they generate can not sustain overall but at least can contribute.
2714  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — How do you choose games? 🤔 on: April 15, 2021, 10:43:11 AM
^ Lol, that is a good choice, choose a game that almost gamblers can benefit from each game and I agree above, RTP probably a good choice and pays back to its players for each unit wagered over time. I also always matter of the high percentage of chances of winning over a long period of time.
Probably the next of mine is by skills and slightly have thrill? Do you think what games that you can suggest by me on that?
Nevertheless, that quite a good update and thank you for always providing an exciting game.
2715  Economy / Gambling / Re: Web developer seeking for crypto-gambling website idea on: April 15, 2021, 09:49:42 AM
there must be a reason why casino do that . i gamble fairly and havent been in that situation but if in the future i experience it i wont hesitate to switch to a decentralized casino  . thanks for the merrit Smiley
Only centralized casino can freeze or locked your assets due to some reasons but most likely is because of violating a rule. That's what I mostly notice from a complaining gamblers why his funds is freeze or locked. It's either the casino which is shady or the gambler itself. We know that some casinos are not fair and some are fair.

Well, it frequently happens that funds are frozen for an unnecessarily extended period of time. That's extremely annoying. In combination with poor customer service it can drive us players really nuts. I have experienced that before. Talking to three customer agents, all ask the same question but don't give helpful answers.
I believe many here on the forum know what I am talking about. It happens, sadly.
^ It happened to me a year ago, you will reach online customer support but it will end up the agent tell you that you need to submit your complaint email address support and responded to your query after 2-3 days. Sometimes I think some of those gambling sites were selectively taking advantage of those who have a problem when they think they have a right to freeze your account and you did not let to open it. I don't like such behavior of the gambling site, probably if there is a big amount involve, I will not stop until I got my fund. Nevertheless, this is a case to case basis, either there is a mistake on our side or the casino side.
2716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devices used for Gambling on: April 14, 2021, 07:50:44 AM
Those who gamble on a mobile or tablet - how to do you handle issues when game resolution is not suitable for device screen? Or the situation when the game is laggy, or cases when due to UI on a mobile device, you cant simply click on several buttons? I dont remember the dice webpage, but I tested it, I simply cant click on roll button on my iPhone.
^ Smartphones are widely used in this period of time. Almost 90% of people have smartphones with them. And the majority of them enjoy the convenience and portability of smartphones rather than having a desktop or bringing their laptops with them which they had to plug in and still heavier than smartphones (of course). If you are planning on building a gambling platform, I would suggest for you to have a solid app with a very much user-friendly interface. An app that not really that technical. That way, you might win a lot of users. Nevertheless, most of the successful gambling platforms are applications with very simple UI. As long as people can easily play, you win. That’s the only objective you had to make.
2717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You won today, but then you will lose often on: April 14, 2021, 06:56:50 AM
You usually keep gambling, so you should rather look at trends that at one time events. Everyone probably knows these guys who say "once I win big I go home and never play again" but that's most likely not going to happen. Saw it so often in real life casinos, they all went again even after a great night, me included Tongue
^ Haha, that is a very clever strategy and I would love to do the same.
This is the disadvantage of playing on the digital platform. Games are already set accurate. The algorithms are almost unbreakable. That is why you had to wait until you get to the winning part. But basically, gambling addiction is treatable or curable. I had the same issues back when I was in my first employment. It was really hard at first. I had to get to the point that I lose everything, my relationship gradually went down. My people could not trust me because of my insecurities. Because I knew I did something illogical. And that is to place bets until I win. It really is hard to avoid once you are there.
The last thing I remember, I was introduced to meditation. Nevertheless, started being grateful for what I have and have peace of mind. Then resolve all the things I ruined one by one because of gambling. Now, I can tell I am contented and happy with my growth.
2718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FBI uses bitcoin mixers from forfeiture processing. on: April 14, 2021, 06:19:51 AM
^ That is right and the BTC mixer is probably a washing machine. I have been thinking of valid reasons the FBI uses this service. Transparency-wise, they lose. But for me, this is not new and probably most Americans are not surprised, even when fiat was the main thing, these people did what they did and the process still goes. Do they think that people are the same as dumb as before? No way, we have evolved and probably transparency is the best thing they can give especially they are public servants. I hope this one will have a good resolve.
2719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Favorite Slot Theme on: April 14, 2021, 05:46:31 AM
~snip~
What about you? What's your favorite slot theme? Can you share some titles you enjoy playing?
^ I voted Fruit Machine and it seems this now leading among them.
I prefer to have Fruit machines and Adventure slots.  Just probably because of the classic vibes you get when you are playing them. The colors are also satisfying. It puts you back on the good memories you had during the days. The only difference is that I really enjoy having physical machines. I would prefer physical ones, but for now, I don’t have a choice. Let us just go digital. Nevertheless, if you are trying to choose which machine would you use on your site, these two are my recommendations, these are like the not to miss machines.
2720  Economy / Gambling / Re: (⊙.⊙(☉̃ₒ☉)⊙.⊙)【Lateplays】ZERO HOUSE EDGE Bitcoin/Litecoin GAMING (⊙.⊙(☉̃ₒ☉)⊙.⊙) on: April 14, 2021, 05:06:00 AM
^ Above is right, I have been here for years, and as I noticed player vs player gambling platforms did not long last. Probably because gamblers did not have the same time to gamble or probably only less are interested. But I won't judge early and I hope this will succeed soon, just listen to their advice, and probably it will increase to lure gamblers in the future. Promotion here is the best way to have players and probably you will across such a decision in the future. Nevertheless, I saw that site and it looks like needs improvement and while you did not generate profit yet from your gambling site it is expecting that you need to prepare a fund for that, for a dev team.
