If they can't sign with the address, I will consider it as a fake.

This is true, however ask yourself honestly, if the address is posted and looks genuine at first glance will the stock will soar high? I think there is a small chance this could happen. Anyone calling for a signed transaction as proof will be labelled and ignored as a FUDster. (Most people here have ignored me because of my logic)
2702  Economy / Securities / Re: I'm starting a new project, anyone interested? on: September 18, 2013, 01:40:05 PM
No, seriously. Take your Amazing Company and go back to WoW farming.

WoW farming? I would do WoW farming if I could make over 10,000 Bitcoin doing it.

If I were them I would find a mining address that is mining coins but not claimed by anyone, say it belongs to Labcoin and then give out an appropriate dividend. The stock will soar so high for a final time (to 0.02) and then they can dump every single share ending this madness.

I like the idea of achievements, or something next to their name. How about levels? Level 50 could have bet more than 100 bitcoin in 1 bet for example.

A leveling system and different badges for the gamblers, even small timers can become level 1, 2, 3 and get a few badges but the real juice comes at higher levels. (which require more whale like bets)

Hey, you can even offer powerups! Dooglus you know how there is a 3 second delay for 0 btc bets. How about if the person has bet over 30 bitcoin at once enough times they can get a powerup that lets them do 0 btc bets instantly, giving them the ability to do 0's with no penalty.

Smiley

Make the whales feel warm and fuzzy!

I actually created a script that sends a message to my phone whenever Labcoin comes online, as well as hourly labcoin updates (bid/ask and profit).

How is the message sent to the phone? Email or actual sms?
2706  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 18, 2013, 05:52:36 AM
I had to read through ~40 pages to catch up with the thread, and I am totally disappointed. And not only because LC delayed everything again, but also, and mainly because there was only like 2 posts of value in that 40 pages. This thread is just crammed with unuseable bullshit...

Not hard for there to be FUD in this thread when the "2 posts of value" are not actually calming anyone down. In fact all of Labcoin's posts seem to be designed to cause further FUD and market drops. I wonder why that is?
2707  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 18, 2013, 04:18:33 AM
If anyone is interested and has me not ignored, most mining stocks will settle around 30% - 60% of yearly dividends.

But before any FUD remember it will take a few months of dividends before we can't accurately price Labcoin because of growing hash rate of Labcoin in respect to the hash rate of the network. (For these first few months Labcoin should attain several percent of the network and eventually settle around 1 -3% of the network.

This equals about 0.002628 dividend per year valuing shares at 0.004 (this is very conservative)

However the Labcoin peak in the next few months will be much higher than 0.004 because for a short time if their projections are correct they might even have 10% of the network for a short while. If this happens the "investor" will still value the shares around 0.004 - 0.005 because they know that such a high amount is not going to be easily maintained. However the "herd investors" will see 10% and probably value the shares for a short while around 0.01 because for a few weeks it will look like an annual dividend of 0.01 (Just remember that will not be sustainable)

It's time for us to start helping him with marketing.  Get involved in the hardware discussion threads and mention the machines, rather than hanging out in bitcoin securities threads.  We need to advertise the product, not the stock.  Get out there, make some new threads, and get people talking.

I do agree, but its kinda hard because the entire community has been burned by pre-orders so many times.

We really need the first chips before we can even accurately price the machines.
2709  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 18, 2013, 02:53:52 AM
We will show everyone this operation is very serious within about one month from now.

This is the part that keeps worrying me.

Be careful criticising Labcoin, you will be ignored by all the worshippers followers shareholders here.
2710  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 18, 2013, 02:50:39 AM
You need to stop asking so many questions, buy more shares, and cheer louder!

Actually Ken doesn't seem to care so much about people buying shares, the share price in general and people cheering. This is probably a good thing.

I think Ken cares a lot about the company and knows he can't do much until the first chips come in. So until then there really is not so much to be done (except make the website quality on par with our competitors)

So the real question is, when do we get the first chips?
2711  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 18, 2013, 01:03:57 AM
Correct, as long as the coins come from generated inputs, they can safely be fanned out to shareholder addresses (BTC-TC I guess) once the mined blocks have matured, while still allowing transparency on the fact that the funds come from mining and not from other sources.

Thanks. So do you have any idea why they keep delaying, what would you do in this situation?
2712  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 18, 2013, 01:00:42 AM
ETA until first test chips are hashing?
2713  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 18, 2013, 12:58:49 AM
I would rather used a shared wallet.dat with keypoolsize=100000 or something like that.
Industrial solo miners know about this, so I expect them to do as well Cheesy

But you still want to move all the coins because they need to be paid out right? I might be wrong but moving them through a known address is what you would do to prove your mining.

2714  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 18, 2013, 12:54:26 AM
Still trying to figure out the reason for the delay of the mining address though (and doesn't solo mining add found blocks to different addresses?)

You move all mined bitcoins into an address of your choice. No point leaving them in their mined addresses especially if they belong to shareholders. You make 1 pass through address for verification of mined blocks.
2715  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 17, 2013, 04:51:04 PM
Most sane people here have drawingthesun on ignore. More people should probably follow that example.

Agreed.

Finally!

So happy one of my investments paid off!!!

2718  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 17, 2013, 04:18:47 AM
Good luck with your future endeavors gentlemen. Thank you for the time and dedication you invested into ActiveMining the past month.

I keep returning to this though.

Quote
- Reduced emphasis on the CEO being the key decision maker across all areas of the business. In particular, we strongly recommend that ActiveMining hires new staff in key areas.

Perhaps someone, excluding ignored trolls, could elaborate as to whether or not this refers to positions outside of Marketing/PR?

This would be a good time for Ken to come on and help us out a little.

Ken, now you have the refund from Avalon can this be used to get some skilled employees onboard?

Thanks.
2719  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 16, 2013, 05:51:49 PM
I wouldn't crush the company stock and harm its long term image, but what do I know I am a bag holder of this company and probably have a lot less coin than VE

If you're holding this stock and are legitimately concerned about it's standing, I'm confused as to why you seem to take every chance to add to the negativity. It doesn't make sense outside of manipulation.

Chips being slotted for Nov. doesn't cause me to freak out. Having eASIC publically on board serves to inspire a ton of confidence.

I don't subscribe to the whole "oh god the network hashrate is going to be 52587632PH/s by Dec. and only HashFastTerraNCcoin is going to capitalize!!"

I guess i'm just frustrated that the stock has tanked so badly.
2720  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 16, 2013, 05:23:40 PM
If that's the case, wouldn't you benefit yourself by doing what he did?
