It depends on how you want to connect the agriculture sector with cryptocurrency. Those projects you mentioned wouldn't help develop agriculture sectors. Because they need just raised funds and enjoy. After raising funds they don't need to proceed with further development. I am not expecting too much. Cryptocurrency would help develop agriculture sectors, but it's hard to determine how. That's where we stuck. A fake promising project wouldn't help agriculture sectors. Need to think of something different than raising funds.

I am not actually against using a credit card but I do not use that. The most important reason is personally I like to spend what I have. So I use a debit card instead of a credit card. Second, it's not very easy to get a credit card from a bank in my country. They have so many conditions which are quite annoying to me. I am wondering to get one after a few days if possible. The reason is sometimes we can get some discount on credit cards especially from online services or platforms. I won't consider it a scam, but it depends on how are you going to use that.

The only way to get updates about the upcoming new listing is depth relation with exchange staff or project staff. Because only these two parties know exactly when and where going to be list a new coin. There is also another way, it's called the third party. There is a few third party or person who works for exchanges listing agent. They invite projects for listing. So they might know about the upcoming listing and the news would be leaked from there as well. There is no other way to get updates about the upcoming listing.

Banning Bitcoin mining from a specific jurisdiction is really a weakness of the Bitcoin ecosystem? Bitcoin mining wouldn't depend on only a jurisdiction, what happened when China banned Bitcoin ban? Nothing, it's just an impact on Bitcoin price for a small time. But didn't affect on overall Bitcoin ecosystem. A few jurisdictions will ban and a few jurisdictions will allow. That's what ecosystem.
However, it would help to understand the real story if you share the source. Your idea of mining Bitcoin in the house wouldn't help much if the government ban it. Because you are doing then illegal activities according to the government which is punishable. Same as my country ban Bitcoin and mining, so it will be illegal to mine Bitcoin in house. If in case legal authorities notice that then it will be punishable.

Best practice would prevent unwanted incidents of your cryptocurrency asset. Since I am using the Ledger hardware wallet, I will prefer to do use that as well. It's secure that wallet software. Without the device, hackers can't steal your funds. Just need to double-check the address before making a transaction. For soft use, you may use Electrum wallet, but still, there is a risk of attack that we experienced previously. So better to spend a small amount to buy a Ledger hardware wallet.

Google Authenticator doesnt seem like a good idea..It has no security measure for accessing the code. You just open the app and there it is...So, if I lose my phone or it's stolen, any accounts attached to that app could be compromised...
If your phone does not have a screen lock and Google authentication is on the same phone with the exchange account then you are at risk. If the phone is android then you can erase the data in case of a stolen phone. But you should write 2FA private key somewhere else, so in case of stealing your phone, you can access your account immediately and erase data from the stolen phone.

To change your mail you don't need to sign a message, you can do it from your profile. I changed my mail though I have access to my primary mail due to a privacy issue. The staked address will help you to recover the account, but if you have access to your registered mail then it would speed up the recovery process. I have an idea though I am not sure it will work perfectly, something is better than nothing. Since you staked your address, change your email from your profile. Sing a message from your staked address with detailed information about the changed email. Hide a part of email like yourname........@gmail.com. Then create a thread on the reputation board, ask someone to quote the post so that the hacker couldn't delete or edit the quoted post. And lock it for future reference. It will prove at least the email was changed by the original user. I believe that would help speed up your recovery process in case of a hack.

The logic is true buying dip and selling high, but the main problem is when it should apply. No one could give you a solution to this question. If you ask me, then I won't buy Bitcoin right now. Most probably I will have to wait for a dip at least below $50K. But sadly we don't know either it will drop below $50K, or when it will drop. The decision is quite complicated and financial which only should be made by you or your financial advisor.
To be honest I am waiting for a few days to buy Bitcoin. But seems rather than drop more dip Bitcoin pumping hard and creating a new ATH few days gap. So ultimately I regret it why not buy before. So please think deeply about when you should take entry exactly.

Most of the users suggested peer-to-peer exchange to selling your Bitcoin and of course this is the only way if you wanna go without KYC. Better if you can discover trusted reseller groups in your country. I am selling this way since Bitcoin isn't supported by my bank or government. But if you go peer to peer, then just make sure buyers have enough rating and trust you are dealing with. Often I have seen a story where a buyer sends black money to the seller. As a result, the bank froze the funds and arrest the seller. Make sure you aren't gonna fall into this type of problem. Or look for someone from the forum currency exchange section and use a trusted escrow to complete the deal.
OP doesn't respond to a scammer if they PM'd you to exchange Bitcoin. Many scammers would contact you via forum or Telegram which would lead to being a scam. Don't deal without forum escrow if the deal going to happen on the forum.

If you aren't looking to advertise cryptocurrency video over the display network then YouTube and Dailymotion would help you. There is no cryptocurrency video uploading platform I am familiar with nor have I heard. YouTube does not prevent uploading cryptocurrency video, but they prevent it to advertise over display network. If you looking for a cryptocurrency video, just search it on Google. You would discover a lot of content including articles and videos.

I can't recall exactly where, but I think it has been discussed previously and we hadn't gotten any response from the admin. Although this isn't a too important feature, we can reduce bad reports by implementing this feature that OP mentioned. Besides that, it will save the time of the reporter and could move another report when he/she will discover that post has been reported already. So we don't need to waste time on already reported posts.
Anyway, it shouldn't be a matter of concern since the forum itself describes "Do not worry about your accuracy too much; one accurate report is worth many inaccurate reports". We can continue reporting without any fear.

The secret truth is they don't want to miss the Bitcoin train that has already started a long journey and discovered a new ATH after a few days. Before those who were against Bitcoin and lately entering Bitcoin I don't this they are interested in Bitcoin protocol actually. They didn't imagine that Bitcoin could reach in current position.
Anyway, it's good when a well-known face enters Bitcoin. No matter why they are in, the matter is they are adapting Bitcoin somehow. So still it's positive for the Bitcoin community.

I would agree with you where you said stop trading and improve skills if you lose continuously. First of all, you shouldn't trade with a big amount of funds at the beginning for learning purposes. So you don't need to stop trading either you lose or gain. How do you believe you can learn and improve skills if you do not trade practically? By reading articles and watching YouTube videos no one could become a pro trader at all. So it's quite important to continue trading rather than stop it totally.
But I agree that trading isn't for everyone. Especially those who don't have enough patience like me. Sometimes I take a break from the trading due to patience and when I took a break, the market always moves up. So, sometimes luck is involved with trade ad well besides technical analysis.

Congrats on your achievement. And you deserve that. You can give only one thing to the forum and the forum expecting only one thing as well, that is your best contribution. Yes, since you ranking up by earning merits means you are contributing to the forum. Just keep this contribution, nothing else forum demand from you. I would say till now you are on right track, doesn't necessary to write too many posts on the forum. Rather than that is good you are learning more. That's the perfect way to grow yourself and become an established forum user.
Best of luck to you.

It's not about ignoring & getting rid of the shits. It's all about the usage of the board as I have clearly stated in the title "Effectively". If the board doesn't serve its purpose, where's the necessity of having it either? What are you expecting? Only scam should post which already happen? This isn't court where you can't say scammer anyone before proving them. Here is the board for open discussion about the scam and possible scams. You may propose to change the scam accusation board name to the "Possible Scam Accusation" board. In the first 2 pages, I got 2 threads on scam accusations of the forum user. How the board is helping us to identify forum scammers? You already answered it by finding two scam accusations of a forum user. How isn't helping that? The scammer hasn't been labeling from there which are reflected over the forum? It's not even possible to find out a thread where there's a forum scam accusation existed. I believe this board was mainly created to post the on forum scam accusation though over the years it has turned into crap like this. I don't want to mention what are the craps; I believe most of you know which threads I'm talking about. It doesn't matter what you believe, it's your belief. I haven't found anything yet on the forum rules or guidelines to posting scam accusations. If you say users post most of the accusations for getting merits and fill the weekly quota for the signature campaign, then I would agree with you. Then I and you posting here to fill the weekly quota, we can't ignore the truth, I am not excluding me. But giving merit it's up to users. If someone thinks posters deserve since they take effort to research and make the post then they could merit the post. If you want to say posts are worthless then I won't agree with you anyway. Have you seen any project Telegram where investors ask a question about scam allegations of the forum although they haven't been promoting on the forum? If I can remember correctly then definitely I have seen. Do you know the cryptocurrency community how to evaluate the forum scam accusation? Sometimes the scam project caught this way.

Sorry, what? AFAIK, self moderated threads only give the starter of the thread the possibility to delete posts made within said thread, but does not overide moderation. You can still report posts made on a self moderated thread (and they'll get handled by a mod) or even report the OP.
I could also be wrong, but I think that I never saw self-moderated topic being deleted after being reported, unless it's including some malware or if someone reports it in different topics. Some clarification about this from moderators would be great. Any reported thread should treat as a thread only. It doesn't matter it's self-moderated or not. If the thread stands against forum rules then moderators would take appropriate action based on their policy. Csmiami is right here, self moderated thread wouldn't override the forum moderation policy. Self-moderated means OP could delete the replies based on his own policy. By the way, good to see Super Bitard banned.

A simple solution for OP, just to ignore the board since you feel that scam accusation is filled by shit. I am not supporting creating multiple threads for the same things. But please other board and you would discover many similar & repeat topics. It's actually unstoppable at all. We can post all Elon scams in a single thread actually. But often we create a new one, this would be pointless. But not all the threads are useless at all either it's promoting on the forum or not as long as it's related to cryptocurrency.
I have not much point to show you benefits for the forum users from the scam accusation board. Besides search engines reflection, there is another benefit. Imagine a scam ICO with the fake team and plagiarised whitepaper around the internet, but they aren't promoting on the forum. We know besides bounty spammers, a few investors around the forum and that investors somehow noticed that scam project from other social media and intend to invest. All the investors aren't experts to detect fake teams and plagiarism as well. So in case if that investors discover this scam from the scam accusation board, will he be benefited or not? What do you think?
Do you believe no investors in the forum besides bounty spammers? If you believe no cryptocurrency investors in the forum then you are right, the scam accusation board is useless then. I don't know about you, but once a time I followed the scam accusation board when I was an ICO investor even though I wasn't a forum user. I used the forum search button before choosing a project. So it was helpful for me definitely.
If scam accusation boards can save funds from single cryptocurrency users, then it won't useless. No matter either forum users or not. There are many lessons that would help us prevent scams in the future.

If you ask me, I love to get a salary in Bitcoin or other established altcoins as payment. And of course, I will be the first who will congratulate the government if they decide to allow make a choice. No matter I don't have a job or not, but more people will be encouraged to use cryptocurrency if it happens. The world moving to digitalization, so as a part of that it's just a matter of time when we can accept Bitcoin for the monthly salary.
I would say this Congressman thinks if perfect at the moment. Otherwise, we have to always depend on the centralized bank and we will not have the financial freedom to control our funds by ourselves. It's a good and real-time innovation IMO.

To me, the best advice is to teach them. Kids study in school to learn and gain knowledge, not for money-making. But definitely, they used that knowledge to money-making once they become mature. I will teach them about cryptocurrency as much as possible. But not as an earning method or to depend on that. Once they learn then they could use that knowledge to earn future. Especially I will try to teach them what is cryptocurrency actually and how that works. But yes, I will suggest holding something once they become mature. Otherwise, it would harmful once they become addicted to earning from cryptocurrency. Let them play games if they want, but not gambling.

Most people think they need a job after the end of the student life. This isn't bad at all if we have a fixed income source. But we shouldn't fix and limit our knowledge for that job. We can do more things out of the job if we need multiple income sources. And it's always will help you to improve your lifestyle.
Actually, I am interested in coding in Web development. I feel it's a very hard task to learn. I am not sure if I can learn it. Due to lack of time can't spend much time though but strat watching YouTube videos to learn. But sadly anything not entering my mind. Besides that, I am in cryptocurrency for a long time. Don't want to depend on only one job since I already left my job from abroad and trying to do something myself. Not sure I would succeed or lose.
