How unlucky can Manchester United be, first they get an own goal courtesy of Fred and now they are failing to win after scoring two goals of the match....can a miracle happen before the end of the match, we can't be dropping points this early when the league isn't even heated up yet.
Manchester United will not win the match despite the extra time. I guess the match is going to end with the 1:1 goal score for both teams. The match finally ended draw. Manchester United tried their possible best by equalizing the match after Fred scored an own goal 30 minutes in the first half, but couldn't win the match. I literally thought Manchester United was going to lose the match after the first half ended. Although, Southampton haven't won any match this season, they lost their last match which was against Everton. While Manchester United now have 4 points. I see this is a tight and interesting match, One person that I can see who playing best for MU is Pogba, He was found his best performance, he is just not lucky when conversating his goal chance. but overall his assist makes it a draw, Greenwood was competent, but Southampton did play really well, if the defender is loose possible MU get the big win. @blue Snow if you’ll remember I had said that Manutd cannot be title challengers till they play with Matic, Fred, Mctominay and yet Ole decides to stick by them. What a manager can do if he doesn't have the players to do it? It's a fact that Real needs for sure (at least) one "top shelf" central defender and perhaps a midfielder. Unless the administration of Real, has a secret deal with someone and waits to announce it or puts their faith in some of their youngsters. I don't know though to whom from them Ancelotti can trust the basic CB position.  I also think that Carlo Ancelotti is carrying a heavy burden. He came to replace Zidane but Real Madrid's financial condition was not in good condition and he had to lose 2 defenders. Given that Real Madrid failed to win a trophy last season, Carlo Ancelotti is definitely required to be able to present the title and for that Real Madrid will have to buy players, at least a reliable center-back to fill the position left by Varane and Ramos. Leipzig's performance was eye-catching. We have not enjoyed such a good match for a long time. If their players are able to show such a performance against Bayern, then the Bayern team will not win against Leipzig. Atalanta have an away match vs Torino tomorrow night. They ended at the 3rd place the last season. It was a really productive year for them. In this season, I don't know whether they can succeed in ending at a good place again. But I think that they will have a good start by winning against Torino. At Torino S. Zaza will not play but Belotti will. He is a big threat for Atalanta in this match.
Hopefully, Atalanta will start their season with a win against Torino. Their performance in the previous season surprised everyone. No one expected Atalanta to finish the season from third place in the points table. Because Juventus and Napoli were in good enough form last season, I think they will be in the top 5. Yes it was an amazing game and weve seen these situations before but it was a great performance from players but it was a fair win for isner he is in top form in these hard courts but today it was a bit shocking he lost to paire in a three set match it the first two sets it was tight we ve seen two tie breaks but in the last one i did not understand what happened i lost money in the bet i made because isner seemed more likely to win. I remember the Federer vs Djokovic 2019 match and it was a classic match, however it was difficult explaining to non tennis fans how did Federer lose despite having more points. Also Isner game was a good game and it was just hard luck in the end, but I’m sure he has learnt valuable experience from this game and it’ll only help him develop his game further. |

What a joke for Spurs, they almost finish the game without a shot. I didn't think missing players affect Spurs this much but they were nowhere near Spurs level we used to know. This loss may cost them European competitions. Maybe they only want to stick to Premier League but their best bet would be to get fourth spot there.
Roma hardly won against Trabzonspor. Actually Trabzonspor was better on most of the game but they couldn't score more than one with Cornelius. They missed too many opportunities and conceded two goals from two positions. They could've done better. In Italy it will be too hard for them.

Speculations about Kane transfer to City haven't still ended. It is claimed that Manchester City are preparing to make an offer worth £150m for him. This is a really insane amount to be honest. And it is said that City will go for Fiorentina's young and talented striker Dusan Vlahovic (21) if they fail on signing Kane.

I agree with this. India is the best touring team right now. However, they had a very poor performance against Sri Lanka. The main reason for this is that they sent a second-tier team to Sri Lanka. Although the second-tier team was also experienced by the Sri Lankan national team. But the Indian players were overconfident. So they were defeated in Sri Lanka. Overconfidence is never good.
If the team is among the best, they will be able to perform even if some of their players are not available. And in case of India, they were facing one of the weakest test playing nations, so these excuses don't hold. And even Sri Lanka was without players such as Angelo Mathews. So they were also not in their full strength. However, I have noticed one thing. For batting in SENA conditions, India used to be heavily dependent on Virat Kohli previously. This dependence has now vanished altogether. The main reason for the defeat against Sri Lanka was the over-confidence of the players. I remember an Indian player saying that any Indian third-tier team can easily beat Sri Lanka. India is no longer dependent on Virat Kohli. The team now has many experienced players. Virat's performance in the last 2 Tests was not good but overall India team has performed very well. @Maidak the team likes to draw attention on Virat, because the opposition becomes so busy on focusing on him that they forget there’re other good player’s in the team too like KL Rahul. The new Government in Afganisthan should allow its national team to play in the upcoming world cup. They still have time and the decision should be out before the world cup starts. I do not see any reason to stop the team now from playing.

It seems that Celtic have more promise of qualifying in the Europa League than qualification in the Champions League, but considering the opponents they are facing at the moment I think they are equally strong. Even though in the previous qualifiers Celtic could win easily against Jablonec, it still can't make this result a guarantee this time will win easily too. But even so, I personally really believe Celtic will really take advantage of this first leg to be able to win big, because they are playing at home. Also, the imperfect results obtained by AZ Alkmaar in starting the Eredivisie league seems to be an obstacle for him to be able to match Celtic at home.

The opening match of this week is between Brest and PSG. And it looks like Messi and Neymar both will be starting to play as of this match. Considering this news, all eyes will be on Messi of course. People are really curious about his first performance at a different team. I will watch this very special match also. Maybe Messi can have a little difficulty as it'll be his first match. But I've no doubt that he will adapt to the team in a short time.

However, in the past Dinamo had big problems with this opponent in European competitions, although they mostly won in their mutual matches in the past. Dinamo now needs a miracle in the return match and the match they played against Tottenham happens once in a life time so I'm not optimist. I don’t know much about that player but UEFA should have tackled this and got the player the permission to play, and I wonder if he played would he have created any major impact on this game. Also 3 goals doesn’t guarantee anything in European football, so their return fixture will be an entertaining one and would be full of goals. |
