2721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian Government Invites Law Firm to Present Suggestions for Crypto Regulation on: January 31, 2019, 04:50:48 PM
The Indian government has invited lawyers from Nishith Desai Associates to present their suggestions for the country’s crypto regulation. This is in response to the firm’s submission of a proposed regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies. The suggestions include avoiding prohibition, taking a balanced approach, options for licensing, and self-regulation for the industry.

Details: https://news.bitcoin.com/indian-government-suggestions-cryptocurrency-regulation/

if they try to apply western humanitarian and egalitarian goals on this, they will burn themselves off and even if they achieve a solution they will end up with something that still will not be accepted by all.

so they have basically only one option, draw themselves in swastikas (national socialism) or communist logos.
2722  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New Hampshire bill would restrict police deadly force on: January 31, 2019, 04:16:48 PM
With U.S. police killing about 1,000 people a year
compared to German police who kill about four
I can appreciate the spirit of this bill.

https://legiscan.com/NH/text/HB218/id/1833526

Some of the Stockholm syndromers online are upset that the bill comes from "liberty Republicans."  In New Hampshire, Republicans are more  libertarian than in most places and really do want to limit the govt.

well the population in the US behaves much different than german one too.

continuously fucking off the police will help only criminals in the usa.

united states might end up becoming a tribal society this way.

everyone will then be forced to protect his stuff on his own,

there will be then not just no police but also no, legislation, no law enforcement, etc.

But that is part of the point! When you are harmed by anyone, even police, the courts should decide upon your reimbursement for damages done. When people learn how to fight properly in court, taxes will be used to pay off the $millions that court judgments dictate. Then, the people in general will force government to control the police. It's happening right now at various times... people getting $hundreds-of-thousands per case for police brutality, and government keeping the police in line.

Cool

its more likely that they will create a society where no one wants to be a policemen anymore and the entire society fragments into small pieces with their privated gated communities.

trump recently blamed the jews for not having their own guardians at their synagogue. then with everyone having their own guardians, there will be fragmentations and conflicts again.

2724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Bitcoin on: January 31, 2019, 03:00:27 PM
3. Decentralization, the best argument for Bitcoin is the decentralization. But it can also be used against the Bitcoin. Because it isn't as decentralized as it should. 5 Pools would have more than 51% of the total hash rate. It sounds not real, that they would do a 51% attack on BTC, but nobody says that it won't happen in the future.

ohm well the creation of a centrally contrlled cryptocurrency index has nothing to do with decentralisation its, just a powergrab by the bitcoin founders.

bitcoin is more central then the central banks that have at least democratic humanist controll.

bitcoins indexation system that keeps it higher than other cryptocurrencies, has a very very central structure, so there is no point talking about decentralisation when talking about bitcoin, cause its not.
2725  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to build and maintain a developers community? on: January 31, 2019, 09:57:45 AM
Hi everyone! I'm Robin from PPIO decentralized storage.

We are a pretty new blockchain project and trying to build a developers' community that fond of decentralized storage. Hopefully, they would like to try our SDK/CLI and implement into their own projects.

As you may have known, blockchain project heavily relies on community. I would say a blockchain project couldn't go any further without a strong community. But I'm very new to the community management. Anyone here would like to give some tips or advice or even like to help us? I would love to provide more details about the project. Thank you!!

2726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Better Than Bitcoin? MIT and Stanford Academics Claim To Have A Faster Crypto!! on: January 31, 2019, 09:29:15 AM
Lol, there's a lot of coins right now which is far more superior than bitcoin and yet bitcoin still remains the king. I guess it's one gauge though, but if you're building a coins and want it to be quicker than bitcoin and thinking that you can overtake it, then you fail already.

There's much more to it I guess. And it will really take some time before we can witnessed a coin being supported by community more than bitcoin, imho.

jes because no one dares to create an alternative cryptocurrency index yet, that isnt centrally controlled by the bitcoin founders/creators.

but as soon as someone will

we will have more cryptocurrency indexes and evaluation than world Boxing champion titles

its not possible to win the king title in cryptocurrencies as long as the bitcoin founders still controll the cryptocurrency index, they will always keep bitcoin as king.

technically there will be countless cryptocurrencies better than bitcoin , and they already exist. bitcoin is technically very bad.

2728  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuela on: January 31, 2019, 09:07:37 AM
I feel sad for Venezuelan, they don't deserve this kind of situation. This will never be happened if their government doing their job well, unfortunately, they have an incompetent leaders. Here in Brazil we accepted thousands of Venezuelan refugees. This time , i am 100% supporting trump regarding this issue. that fucking Maduro should be ousted in Office. he doesnt deserve to handle any position in government because he is corrupt, greedy and incompetent !! he doesn't even know how to manage their economy. Poor venezuela.

maduros opponent will then create his coin, and live as king of venezuela will be no difference, power will corrupt everyone.
2729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet the Wealthiest People in Crypto on: January 31, 2019, 08:55:56 AM
That’s a nice list; guess we'll see some more new faces added here in the coming years. Who knows if we'll see the same faces in the later years. There has been numerous projects regarding cryptos. Not all may survive but it definitely has the future. Patience is the key to crypto success.

none of them were traders, they all simply established themselves into the corrupt index, or have build substantial services in it.

market is full of idiots they only look at current price not the volumes behind. this way, the asset issuers, can always by back small volumes and raise the official price, till the idiots are dumping it again.

you should have waited, 1 BTC might be something soon obtainable for a few dollars again.

you seem to have bag held and lost a lot of money in shitcoins that you have started thinking bitcoin is the same as all of those useless tokens you were bad holding.
no dude, it is different. they lost their value because they were useless and people were only interested in them to make profit and when that ended they all got rid of their bags. with bitcoin, there is always usages whether you know them or not. and that means it will always keep its value and not just that, it will rise up too.

nope i simly stopped believing in bitcoin and the bitcoinfixation since end of 2017 and it got confirmed.

Hi All

I have been following this forum for a long time now.  And have learnt so much, so Thank you.

As of today I own 1 full bitcoin!

This has been a long term accumulation project for me (bought 0.1 a month for the last 10 months). The bear market has helped me achieve my goal of owning 1 full BTC.

In December 2017, I could have never imagined owning a full bitcoin.

It’s now locked on my ledger for the next few years, let’s see where we go.

Thanks again to this forum and its members.

.....uhm.....ja.... also....
