2741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: June 08, 2021, 09:52:43 PM
As expected, especially if they still have no big development, but it's still good though as long as they are listed in big exchange as the hype is always there during the bull run. If the bull run is indeed over, we can wait for next time, but hopefully, this coin would still survive so it will have a bigger run in the next bull run. Most coins actually that have a good volume especially listed in Binance have a big chance of betting hype.
Pundi X has a chance of being a very big coin, but the team messed the chance up. Even a market pump or having some of its pairs still listed on Binance won't resurrect this coin. It will always continue to go on the downward path in the long run.

I was one of the early supporters. I am glad I abandoned ship before it sunk. I wonder how many coin swaps they are going to make in its entire lifetime.
2742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: June 06, 2021, 09:56:03 PM
Chelsea and Villareal will be going to Pot 1 UCL in the next session together with; Atletico Madrid (1st rank LaLiga), Manchester City (1st rank Premier), Inter Milan ((1st rank Serie A), Bayern Munchen (1st rank Bundesliga), Lille (1st rank Ligue 1), dan Sporting Lisbon (1st rank Primeira)

Pot 2; Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, Paris Saint Germain, Manchester United, Liverpool, Sevilla, Borussia Dortmund.

Pot 3; Porto, Ajax, RB Leipzig, Atalanta, Beşiktaş, Dynamo Kyiv, Club Brugge, 4 winners playoff Champions Path 2 and winner playoff League Path

pot 4; AC Milan and VfL WOlfsburg

* I just seeing which hell pot - Pot 2 - the club which tight competition

https://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/

Nonetheless, they are in Pot 2 because the Pot 1 chaps overpowered them last season, didn't they?

I don't see any tight competition, Pot 2 teams are not going to play against each other, at least not in the group stages. Group draws have to be first made. I am not sure when this will take place
2743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: June 06, 2021, 09:47:01 PM
I don't think Real Madrid have the ability to win La Liga and UCL at the moment. The team still relies entirely on Benzema to score. Real Madrid need another regular scorer. Moreover, if Ramos, the main pillar of Real Madrid's defense, leaves Real Madrid, their defense will become even weaker. Real Madrid will not find an experienced defender like Ramos now
I remember when people said the same about Real Madrid back in the day and then Zidane led them to a UCL title. Guess what people said? "It was just luck"

Zidane would then go ahead and win back to back UCL title, but people still continued saying that he was just lucky  Grin

My point is, Real Madrid can still achieve success even with the current squad. All it needs is proper game plan and tactics. With the same squad and so many rotations due to injuries, Real Madrid still managed to finish 2nd in La liga and UCL semi Finals. It could have been worse with any other coach.
2744  Other / Meta / Re: Forum upgrade? on: June 06, 2021, 08:57:22 PM
It depends on how you are using the search button. Alternatively, Use third party tools like https://ninjastic.space/search if you want to get proper results

The new forum software is in the bug testing phase, though the process has been slow. Whether it will be mobile friendly or not, time will tell.
2745  Economy / Exchanges / Re: PayPal and BTC on: June 06, 2021, 08:14:05 PM
Is that Coinpal.eu?  It seems like a Bitcoin mixer going to Paypal right?
I think he's talking about coinpal.ndrix.com. One would buy Bitcoin using PayPal through them, but they stopped business sometime back citing fraud

Coinpal.eu looks like scam, they even use come template I have seen before for another mixing site.

According to Bestchange, very few exchangers seem to offer exchanging PayPal USD for BTC. I can only see magnatus on the list  -https://www.bestchange.com/paypal-usd-to-bitcoin.html
2746  Other / New forum software / Re: Be Back at EpochTalk on: June 06, 2021, 03:02:32 PM
The feature was working perfectly under this current forum software, and it was turned off on request which means even if epochtalk supports the animated avatar, once this forum is migrated there, Admin will still very likely keep the feature turned off for the same exact reasons its off right now.
2747  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I bought 0.0011 BTC but only received 0.00053 BTC! on: June 05, 2021, 09:58:17 PM
Using third party services to buy Bitcoin is a bit expensive as there are hidden fees and service charges. Right now the best option would be to buy p2p exchanges but some of them charge high fees too, so you are left with an easy option of using this forum's currency exchange board. Make sure you trade with only trusted members or use a trusted escrow service to avoid getting scammed.

Or try localcryptos on days like today when the fee rate is down to 1 sat/byte.
2748  Other / Meta / Re: Elon Musk threads are moved to Off-topic ? on: June 05, 2021, 08:05:13 PM
Very sad to hear your post got disposed.  Undecided
It's not right to dispose discussions of Elon Musk to off-topic because off-topic should be really stay a shithole for all non-crypto stuff like:
Not every topic that mentions Bitcoin in it should be entertained in Bitcoin discussion area. Otherwise, we will end up seeing topics like "Bitcoin price spikes after Elon Musk tweets himself jerking off"

How does such nonsense affect the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem?

One of the stickies is even quite clear about this;

Low value topics that do not encourage  Any threads that are deemed largely unimportant or unsubstantial in nature by Staff will either moved to Off Topic or trashed. Please report any threads you believe to be unsubstantial or don't meet the above criteria. Thanks.
2749  Economy / Services / Re: 1xbit.com signature campaign (open) on: June 05, 2021, 07:42:52 PM
It is surprising to see that these negative tagged accounts do not regret their past bad activities. They are still more interested in promoting scam, fraud things. The real proof of this is their applications to join this signature campaign. 1xbit is a website that has a lot of bad reports and they are not interested in solving them. And a group is joining the campaign to promote this website.

We can name this group, Shameless Shill Group.

1xbit think they can pull it off by using untrusted accounts to campaign for them here, but little do they know that they are just wasting their time and money. Who in their right senses around the forum can trust a company whose signature worn by a dozen red tagged shill accounts?

Livecoin tried it, Yobit tried it as well with lots of money but nothing worked.

Maybe they should stop scamming people if they want to improve their reputation for starters
2750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: antminer l3+ hashboard appearing and disappearing on: June 05, 2021, 04:08:14 PM
I would suggest you move this thread to Mining (Altcoins) If you want to get much more audience and more replies from people who are more familiar with mining and the AntMiner L3+

The option to move topic is on the bottom left of your topic.

Which store sold you the miner?
2751  Other / Meta / Re: Elon Musk threads are moved to Off-topic ? on: June 05, 2021, 03:31:55 PM
Who cares about what Elon Musk says?
You are the people who make it look like he's the controlling Bitcoin price movements.

I am glad the mods did the right thing. That's where all the spam topics talking about him belong or better still, just head over to twitter. It gets so annoying, people posting about the same thing over and over again, yet we don't care about the subject anymore.
2752  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Walletauthority.io is a scam site on: June 04, 2021, 09:57:04 PM
Website is still new

Code:
Domain: walletauthority.io
Registrar: NameCheap, Inc
Registered On: 2021-04-15
Expires On: 2022-04-15
Updated On: 2021-04-15

it's a scam clone of a legit site; https://walletconnect.org/

walletconnect.org even have this note on their website

You said someone sent you a PM

Why don't you share their profile link here so that we tag it? If they sent you a PM, that means they are doing the same to so many others. A warning could help.
2753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: List of Crypto guides and resources, update to 31/5 on: June 04, 2021, 09:44:20 PM
Let's start with Elon who affected our market a lot:

Elon Musk Tweet

Tesla has suspended vehicle purchases using Bitcoin. We are concerned about rapidly increasing use of fossil fuels for Bitcoin Mining and transactions, especially coal, which has the worst emissions of any fuel.

Cryptocurrency is a good idea on many levels and we believe it has a promising future, but this cannot come at a great cost to the environment.

Tesla will not be selling any Bitcoin and we intend to use it for transactions as soon as mining transitions to more sustainable energy. We are also looking at other Cryptocurrencies that use <1% of Bitcoin's energy/transaction

Elon Musk Effect on Cryptocurreny? How Tesla CEO Moves Bitcoin, Dodgecoin with Just a Tweet

Beginner's Guide for NFTs

Seriously? Is this even a guide?

Ever heard of a former Anti-Virus Mongul who fooled people in the same way back in 2017. His tweets would move markets of different coins and guess what happened eventually?

He ended up shilling shitcoins and scam ICos, people bought them expecting the coin to pump and instead the opposite happened. He is now know as a fraudster  Grin

Do you hear anyone talking good about him anymore?

2754  Other / Archival / Re: [2021] Yobit Story in Dogecoin era on: June 04, 2021, 08:59:59 PM
What is bad with exchanges is that they spend your coins (when such pump happen) Angry Angry

And unfortunately the problem was never 2fa or password, the problem is that his funds has been spent already by those mother fuckers

But yobit is different, yobit dont let user put 2fa. Dan puts it by himself.
Sorry about the wrong link. I was trying to make a link to the OP of the thread. He was also describing the exact "2FA problem" that happened to hinm on yobit when he tried to access his 2 Million Doge coins

To make it easier to follow, he's what he daid

I have an account at yobit in 2017, in 2018 I once made a DOGE deposit there, more than 2 million doge from Indodax Exchanger.

This is proof of my deposit there
txid: 31228a13f5775154f003ce2aa8918001188e009ab8c802858b7608f7fc33ae7b

At Yobit Exchange there was an investbox offer that made me interested in making a deposit there, after my deposit entered my DOGE into their investbox, at that time I was doing a periodic login there, everything was fine, after that I never logged in again.

in 2021 i remember that on yobit i have an account , when i try to open it they reject my 2fa authenticator , the system refuses with the reason my 2fa is wrong.

I asked them about this, I want to try resetting 2fa, their reason is that this facility is no longer available, resetting 2fa can't be done, I've never reset 2fa so far and I'm restricted to login.

I've had many conversations through tickets only given the same answer without a solution.

Reset 2fa is limited, login using 2fa is rejected, does this include fraud from Yobit Exchanger.

In this discussion is a proof of Yobit Exchanger SCAM or not.

My 2fa status is active and I never change it.

If it's true that Yobit Exchanger is not a SCAM exchange, please prove it to me, open my account, don't freeze my account.

Below is my account name
Nickname : HL12301

I have contacted Yobit Support many times, but their service is very slow.

If you are proven innocent, open my account, if you don't do that it is proven that you have committed fraud against users' accounts.

this is where all will be answered, I am really waiting for your answer YOBIT EXCHANGER.
2755  Other / Archival / Re: [2021] Yobit Story in Dogecoin era on: June 04, 2021, 08:11:45 PM
It's crazy When I think about dogecoin,

I spent 2m Doge on the online Vice City Multiplayer server back in 2015, Never thought doge will hit this amount per value. It's still crazy when i think about it, And yes the server I used to play on is dead so I can't withdraw any amount back. :/

The reason we decided to go crypto is that we wanted to take control of our own funds rather than keep it with third party centralized institutions like banks. Buying crypto or Doge and then keeping it with a centralized exchange or third party service whose private keys you have no access to defeats the purpose of you using cryptocurrencies in the first place.

The warning about "Not your keys. Not your coins" is almost as old as Bitcoin itself. I still Wonder why people still ignore the most important warning.

I saw another person complaining about the 2FA issue too recently. It looks like it was an organised robbery - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5341237.msg57152437#msg57152437

2756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Yobit Exchange - frozen my account on: June 03, 2021, 08:35:02 PM
Sorry about your loss but you should have known better never to use an exchange as your wallet, especially not Yobit, One of the worst exchanges with the shittiest customer support I have ever witnessed.

Have you tried this option? - https://yobit.net/en/2faoff/

Looks like most people here are not yet aware that Ancelotti was officially announced coach about 5 hours ago.

Quote
Real Madrid C. F. announces that Carlo Ancelotti will be the club's first-team coach for the next three seasons.

The ceremonial signing of the contract will take place tomorrow with club president Florentino Pérez at Real Madrid City, after which Ancelotti will address the media from 6pm (CET) in an online press conference.

I have worked with lucifur and my experience was not good, he did not finalize the job, which was inserting links or at least providing instructions, I paid him before he provoded final deliverables and this is smth you shoud avoid doing. It has been a week since I 've been trying to get in touch both via email and PM here- he does not respond. Plus he published my Ann thread here on forum without my permission after I paid for it. Not sure if I want to use it now.

This is why you should avoid very cheap offers. Very cheap offers come with slapdash, unprofessional and poor quality service delivery that will leave you unsatisfied and cursing. Always look out for trusted service providers around the forum. Their prices maybe a little high, but the quality will be worth it.
2759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Introducing c2cratio.com on: May 31, 2021, 09:31:22 PM
I am trying to understand how this tool works, but I don't seem to get my head around it.

So If I want to buy Bitcoin and sell ETH for example, isn't the graph displayed the opposite of the common ETH/BTC trading pair graph used by many exchanges?
2760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Lost 17k on CEX.IO on: May 30, 2021, 09:58:34 PM
What a stupid and sad kind of response from the customer support, moreover after waiting for 5 day  Sad
I am hoping that this was just some amateur responding to you and CEX.IO already have a solution to helping you retrieve your funds. CEX.IO should do better than this. No loyal customer should be treated in such a manner especially if they didn't do any mistake.
