It isn't just a business decision nor related to finance as far as I remember from an article. Real Madrid principle is to not renew contracts of old players, > 35 years old, and to search and prepare new players to replace them so the club remains in top position while having a smooth transition from old to new players. Obviously if that old players is very important and still can do something for the club, Ramos for example, then they can renew the contract for 1 year every time. Real Madrid doesn't want to give Ramos an exception so other players will ask the same after few years.

That club policy on aging players that you said is already a business decision. Every existing policy is subject to future changes and I think the case of Ramos could be one of them but the current condition of the club isn't favorable for his demands to be granted.

Not sure about his contract with Everton but I assume it won't be a big deal. Real Madrid administration prefers to see an experienced and qualified manager, there isn't many available, Ancelotti or Conte, otherwise trying Gonzalez.
I prefer to see Raul working with one of them and once he is ready he can replace them. Waiting for the official news.

Too bad there are no other options for the madrid coach next season? It's bad, I don't have high hopes for Anceloti, he was at Real Madrid but I prefer Zidane. I think Aguero will probably make a good striker in his new team Barcelona. He will be linking up with Messi in Barcelona which is indeed a step forward in his career.
He had been an amazing player in Manchester City, he scored 260 goals in his stay in the Manchester City. He won the premier league golden boot in the year 2014, with 26 goals. Aguero seems happy when transferred to Barcelona, I hope he contribute positively to the club.
Barcelona also confirmed deal to sign Eric Gracia, also from Manchester City.

Ancelotti will give up half of his salary for the sake of joining Real Madrid , and I do not think that Perez would have found a suitable coach for the team after Allegri could not come more than this man. Well, let me go with you step by step .

Finally answered who will replace Zidane, Real Madrid finally chose Carlo Ancelotti as Zidane's replacement. Madrid's decision in my opinion
was very good, in the end they chose Ancelotti, who already has a lot of experience. Many big clubs have been handled by Ancelotti,
even Ancelotti has been a Madrid coach before. So there is no need to adapt anymore for Ancelotti to understand Madrid's game,

I've just read the news and really surprised about it. Ancelotti isn't a poor coach but I don't think it is the best option. In my opinion, Conte is much better although Ancelotti has more experienced as a coach. Conte has a charismatic style and has more capacity to improve Real Madrid players' motivation. I also believe he more desires to get UCL trophy and LA Liga title. But Real Madrid management cannot see it on Conte, so he prefers to sign Ancelotti.

Apparently you didn't pay attention to my post 7 hours before yours nor to AakZaki's post quoting mine and discussing the fact that Real Madrid has limited choices for coaching. Anyway, I hope Real Madrid will be better but essentially more stable with him, although without bringing new names it will be a hard mission..

Do not understand what is the target Real Madrid re-appointed Carlo Ancelotti as coach again, whereas in the past even though Ancelotti was able to give Madrid one UCL title but in the end Madrid sacked Ancelotti. But now they have signed Ancelotti again and I think this decision will be a blunder for Madrid. I've seen lately that Ancelotti hasn't had a great time as a coach so yes, I think Madrid will still find it difficult to get back on the title track.

Conte is a motivation and inspiring coach but he will have conflicts with club's President. Perez does not want to have that issue and it can be main reason for the ignorance on Conte.

Important recall, Carlo Ancelotti is the coach who helped Real Madrid achieved their Decima dream. Many coaches came and left Real Madrid, all failed with that mission and Ancelotti made it done. They have to wait 13 years to get the Decima, from 2002 to 2014.

Real Madrid and Perez want a coach that have experience in Bernabeu in the past and Carlo is perfect for them.

I think it's just a rumor, Ronaldo will forever choose a club that can pay him a high price. But not a weak team like the clubs in the American League or Arab League.

If I were Ronaldo, I would not be thinking of Italy as a suitable destination. It would be going a step backwards on his career. For people like him there are two ways to go: either you retire and start investing or simply enjoying your fortune or you try to make the last bit of money in Japan, Emirates or countries like that paying well for reputed stars at the end of their careers. Else, you can go to UK to take a step forward or to a calmer league such as Portugal to enjoy playing without the pressure.

I just do not see that move as strategic for a player that is known to be strategic.

I've heard that Juventus are trying to make a cash+player deal for Ronaldo. But I didn't know about Roma aiming such thing. It could be a really interesting deal if it happens. But I don't know whether it could be good for Ronaldo. If he doesn't go to Manchester Utd, then I'd like to see him continue at Juventus rather than going to Roma.

Everton began the season very good with effects from James but he is similar to Metsut Ozil. They are not strong enough to play in Premier League. Generally, Everton have lower quality than Spurs.

I think Carlo Ancelotti is the ideal coach to replace Zidane at Real Madrid. He is a coach who has experience in Spain and has given Real Madrid achievements. Maybe Real Madrid are now pretty sure that Ancelotti can help them win the title again like he did before. Zidane used to replace Ancelotti as coach at Real Madrid, now Ancelotti replace Zidane.

So what’s the rumor on Zidane’s next club?  I think he did well with Real even though they had a disappointing season.  He carried that Real squad in the CL up to the semis.  I don’t think they could’ve reached the semis in their current state without Zidane.

And I’ll be watching more of Barca’s matches this season.  I’m going to have a field day if he wins the CL trophy with them.  

Edit:  Ah so Zidane left then later Ancelotti left Everton.  Pretty sure he’ll take over Real.  Lol.  It’s so obvious.
