2741  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is cryptocurrency bullish in the long-term on: July 16, 2021, 09:09:54 AM
The real reason is that we are all very much in love with what bitcoin is bringing to the table and that is not something we will be leaving anytime soon, we are going to have to force ourselves into a level where we have to accept the fact that bitcoin will not be just a profitable thing but also beneficial thing and that just doesn't exist anywhere. Who in the world knows a thing which you can invest into that not only helps you keep profiting, but also allows you to spend it anytime you want?

I do not think that "invest into dollar" is something that makes sense to many people, which means that bitcoin is the only one, hell we can't even spend gold these days. Long story short the great thing about bitcoin is the flexibility, it is the all in one package of investments and that means a lot to many people, we just have to accept that and realize that about bitcoin.

Whoops, forgot to add the zero:
20 > 40 > 80 > 160 > 320 > 640 > 1280 > 2560 > 5120 > 10240 > 20480 > 40960 > 81920 > 163840

Quote
It's gambling... and after all, it's martingale (all some form of martingale)... if you don't rage and raise your bets you will not be able to recover what you lost and for sure you will not make any profit!

Haha, exactly. But sometimes I just go #YOLO and bet my entire balance and leave with a fat zero Grin
I remember about 8 years ago or so I ended up learning about crypto, and then following that in few months I learned about gambling in crypto, which was dice gaming of course because that was the only thing at the time. Martingale on x2 was the common thing, and that is what I used as well, got free faucet money and sometimes even reached to level where I can withdraw the faucet money, it looked too good to be true, mathematically speaking there is a chance you could go about thousands of bets without burning out and losing all your bankroll, it will always end up with you losing all of your money in long enough time, maybe first 20 bets, maybe 20 thousandth bet who knows but it will always happen, and to me it didn't happen quickly.

So, I was talking with someone else and sold something and got 1 bitcoin for it, made it to a lot more before I suddenly lost it all. That amount is around 100k or so right now, I would have 100k if I kept that money, I would have sold waaaaay earlier if I know myself but it is just not worth it.
2743  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 15, 2021, 06:21:03 PM
It turns out that Roobet also cares about animals and the environment, the charity they do can donate quite a large amount of funds to WWF
source: https://twitter.com/Roobet/status/1415075902497595392
I don't know if there is a casino that also does the same thing by donating funds to WWF or other institutions
208 thousand dollars!! That's a whooooole lot of grub and I think it will be helpful to many many animals, I do not know how things work but I think it should be enough to save many animals. I am also very glad that it goes towards a place as good as WWF because there are other "animal" groups like PETA that kills 98%+ of all the animals they get, that's the problem and I think it should not be really seen as animal group but more like a terrorist group because of how many animals they kill.

WWF on the other hand not only helps the animals directly, but they also do it not just for dogs and cats and limit themselves they are WILDLIFE group, they help every type of animal you can think of. This is why roobet is aces in my book, they may or may not have some problems with some features and you may disagree with them but NOBODY can say they are not legit, they are just insanely good people in and out.
2744  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: July 15, 2021, 04:45:02 PM
The site is still down I just tried to in and it didn't work, I dont know if it's my network or any other user experiencing the same thing I know the team announced maintenance is it not done with yet.
It is working fine for me, tried it and also since it is a "social" game I have seen other people gamble there as well. While we are here and talking about maintenance and improvements, I would like to also ask about the problem we may face with the "slowness" when we use VPN, it has been like that for years and I understand that there is this thing about not playing with VPN which is why it is not a priority and I get that, it is understandable.

But, are we really going to keep treating VPN as some boogeyman forever and make it very impossible to gamble that way (because of huuuuge lag) or is there even a slight bit of hope about it getting improved? I tried all kinds of VPN under the sun (not specifically for this to be fair) on chrome, and even love using my Opera browser with built-in VPN and all of them gives the same result, you click and takes nearly 3 seconds for it to register. No chance for it to get a look?
2745  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ratio of supply on exchanges hits 6 months low on: July 14, 2021, 09:55:08 PM
This means that there are less bitcoins to be able to get traded and that is creating high volatility and we have seen the result of high volatility right now, like how we moved from 30k to 40k constantly, and that is why having high volatility is a big problem and that is why we should not be focusing on the price right now, we should be focusing on the volatility.

As long as the volatility is a huge problem that means we should not be caring for price on the sole reason that the price is not real, it can move 5k in a single day because of low liquidity available and that causes prices to be never really what it is, it can change in a second. I personally do not care what the price is because I believe we know what we are doing at the current situation and caring about the price is not one of them, we know that it could drop a lot more or increase a lot more and that is why I only focus on accumulating even more.
2746  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 14, 2021, 08:24:24 PM
The BTC price bet is a long shot, problem is the volatility of BTC and the difficulty in getting the exact day right.   I got a price right on a low but then we recovered for a few days after and just before the month ended we were far away from the low that I had foreseen.   I wasn't wrong but I didn't win either, its a good lesson for BTC overall that the lowest price often doesn't stick and it does recover back again.  We've been stuck to 33 or 34k just about every day bar a few since June 20th, until I see different I guess thats the most likely outcome where as I just want to see the most profitable outcome stick for midnight close :p

12 spins no great luck this time but 500 rp which I like so not sad  Cool
Unfortunately it has been like that for 2 months now, we have no idea what the result will be like. I am sure at the very last seconds there will be bigger and bigger bets, people do not bet on that for too long of a time, that is the one thing I wager every single month without exception and I can say that I have been right as much as I have been wrong and it is just a very hit and miss thing.

All the times I was right I usually had 2 or even sometimes 3 bets, which makes it incredibly easy to wager, and all the times I was wrong, I still had 2 bets, think about it, I cover nearly 10k sometimes, or minimum of 5k and still end up losing because that is how much bitcoin is volatile. In the end it does pay decent, most of my wins covered the bets itself and then some, and I am fine with it, it is also like a personal thing for me instead of just betting, to see if I can guess it is a big fun.

I do not think that license could be a fake one, he probably does have a license, and I think he really does work on this website as well those two things are looking like sure things. Don't get me wrong I can't say if this website will scam you or not, nobody can say that about any website, we can't 100% guarantee you that even bustabit will not scam you, sure devans is a great guy as far as we know him but who knows maybe one day he will get in trouble with some bad people and find the solution in stealing from gamblers or he will be dead?

Like those are still centralization problems and even though we trust him 99% there is always that 1% that will NEVER be there for ANY casino in the world. However if this place is actually using the right license and gets okay from devans and rhavar, and then we can see the website actually worked on, then I can say it has a chance to be heard as much as any other website.
You missed a small portion of the part of the message ; "However if this place is actually using the right license and gets okay from devans and rhavar, and then we can see the website actually worked on, then I can say it has a chance to be heard as much as any other website." Which means if Rhavar and Devans is not out here saying this is a legit website that they support, on contrary we are seeing that Rhavar having some problems with it. Moreover it is competition and they may or may not be in favor of you based on that, but that is not really the situation right now and they just dislike the position we are in. Get their approval or at the very least do not go ahead and go mad at them, then we can talk.

I can see the website, it is legit and I like it that is not the problem, I am very sorry to say this but the website you made is better than you at this point, if it weren't you fighting with people the website should have been higher by now. Get those things handled and make peace and I am sure this website deserves more.
2748  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: July 13, 2021, 06:41:13 PM
I think that is because the players were cheating the casino with bots. I am assuming that because another casino recently implemented captchas for every reload claim we make and when I asked more about it, I got to know that some players have created bots and code that was claiming the faucets all day without any effort.

I understand that BTSLR coins are meant for fun but because there is a balance contest going on with it, that rewards players with real coins for the winners, they had to implement it, I think. I agree though that too many captchas kill the fun because it is hard to fill those captchas all the time and then lose it all in a single click. I used to stack bitsler coins and then play them with a 10x or 20x multiplier but now it's just too hard.
If they are afraid of cheating for bot then why they are accepting bet by bot which they have own. I think it is self-contradictory of them. And I do not think any reputed user from bitsler will try to take the bitsler coin by any unfair means to loss their account. Also, same for nitro. Actually they want to give as low nitro as possible but they will show they are giving more. But they will give low by the name of captcha.
I am pretty sure that it is hard to "prevent" bot but it is easier to punish bot. How? Well, you can't check every single person who wagers, which is an impossible task because it is highly unlikely that you will face any problems in that many bets, you will see only a few, which should be bots, why check one in a million when you can check one in 50k? So that means you check after people win, and after they win you don't check all of it, which drops the number even more, you only check the ones that do not have KYC that do not have any patterns before and so forth.

That leaves only the people that ended up winning and also looking shady, and that is the only thing that really matters. Which is why I personally believe that we should be understanding towards the casinos who take the bets of bots, but also bans them after they win, it is easier that way (and profitable too).
2749  Economy / Gambling / Re: List Of Crypto Casinos with The Best Faucets on: July 13, 2021, 06:01:39 PM
I'm looking forward to try other platforms but of course to try their features too not only to get a small amount of btc and etc
There should actually be no shame in just visiting for claiming reloads/faucets because when BTC initially came into existence the only possible way was faucets. I know casinos aren't mean to be faucets but if the rules allow, players should be safe claiming just free coins and if they play with the coins, even better.

Excellent list and I agree with Pmalek's thoughts on Duckdice because they might be operating legitimately but better to be safe than sorry.

But if I am not wrong bitsler allows 50 claims a day, not 20. I might be wrong as I haven't claimed since a long time but worth checking for once.
2750  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is LISTED🔥 BUY🔺SELL🔺EXCHANGE|⚡️Free BTC+BNB| on: July 13, 2021, 04:15:17 PM
It means you could literally have multiple 10+ loss in a row situations, many many times 15+ in a row as well all in the same run. Martingale is just not something that profits anyone, there is nothing to gain from martingale and nobody should do it. For some reason people are still using martingale to make money and I do not get why they do that but I still think that it is quite noobish to lose your money that way.
The reality is that no matter how careful you are with your martingale, no matter how you calculate yourself to endure 20 losses in a row and arrange the base bet accordingly, you will see hit that 20-21 in a row, that is just the reality. I am not saying that you will hit it right away, it make take time, who knows maybe you will have hundreds of thousands of bets before you hit it and make some profit that way and assume that you will not lose, there are tons of people that believe that, and maybe your base bet and not losing streak will help you reach all the way to 22-23 losses freedom, but eventually even that will happen.

The main story here is that no matter what you do, in the end one day when you are gambling you will hit that, if you gamble long enough (millions of times) even 50 times in a row is possible, it is not impossible, so that there is nothing you can do to prevent a total loss no matter how you arrange it. Since there is a house edge against you, there is nothing you can do to make profit in the long term and it will stay like that.
2751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you pay with Bitcoin whenever you're able to? on: July 13, 2021, 02:49:17 PM
I don’t use bitcoin for a transaction to an unknown person, the only transactions I make are to people that I know. I have used Bitcoin once for buying something online and the experience wasn’t a good one and I ended up regretting it.

Apart from the fact that you will have to wait for the seller to confirm your transaction, you’re also likely to be scammed, which is one reason why I do prefer making use of other payment methods because you’re going to safe using them, and hardly get scammed because their transactions can be reversed if you happen to be scammed. But if I should see a shop that is accepting Bitcoin as a payment method, for sure I would like to pay with Bitcoin, since you can’t be scammed when it has to do with face to face transactions.
2752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 12, 2021, 08:44:32 PM
This was the game that we needed, because if Bucks lost this one as well then it wouldn't have been even a competition and we would know who will win the series and the ring. Now thanks to this one win, it changes everything, instead of being 3-0 it became 2-1 and that is a huge thing, one more win and you end up equal whereas otherway it is still 3-1 so it wouldn't matter.

I personally believe that now there is a big game coming up again but this time it is a bit easier for Bucks. The biggest problem Bucks had was confidence, they lacked confidence a lot for some reason on the first two games and they weren't sure how to play, even though Giannis scored a lot and all, it was good on paper whereas other players weren't given the ball nearly enough times, and forcefully given when there is nothing to left to do, like a time bomb. That is why they lost the first two games so decisively, but this time around it looks a lot better and they knew how to share the ball even while Giannis still had it more than anyone else.
2753  Economy / Speculation / Re: 22 july, BTC 20k$ or 70k$? on: July 12, 2021, 08:19:01 PM
I honestly believe that this will not make anything change. I understand that Jack likes crypto, and I understand that Elon memes about crypto, all of which are good things for crypto most of the time. However I refuse to believe that just because two people who are rich having a meeting "potentially" about crypto to have the impact on crpto to change it.

This is not even manipulation, nobody can blame these guys about manipulating the price, these guys haven't even had the meeting yet and people are already talking about if they are going to end up doing something that will increase the price, people are giving the power to these two people to manipulate others, manipulate even themselves, the same people who look up to these two are the same people who are getting manipulated. Ignore them, let them have any meeting they want and keep ignoring them after that too.
2754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 12, 2021, 06:32:26 PM
England reached the final knowing they were gonna play in Wembley. They had a great start, finding a goal in two minutes and what do they do? They start defending with the whole 11 players!
That was so stupid. Italy suffered 15 minuntes but then found the right way to attack ending with a crazy > 70% ball possession!
Italy deserved the Cup, no doubts but this England lost a once in a lifetime opportunity considering they played Euro2020 basically at home.
I wouldn't say it was a "stupid" move but that is not a great one neither, I would say it was a mediocre strategy. England is known for their hard defense, and so does Italy as well, if England moved their strategy from defense to offense and got stuck against Italian defenses and get a counter attack the result could have been a lot different, which Italy uses a ton, they use players who are very very fast and so they defend hard and then counter attack with fast players, England couldn't respond to that, scoring in the first 2 minutes was the luckiest thing they could have hoped for.

This is why I believe the strategy wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't horrible neither, the worst I can say was "subpar". The real horrible part came when Southgate changed 3 players all of whom missed penalties, that is just unheard of, you normally get good penalty takers if you are making a change and that means all the three players who were assumed to be good penalty takers all missed back to back.
2755  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 12, 2021, 06:10:00 PM
^^There is one thing true about this and that is the fact that whale or not whale you end up participating, and that is all that matters. I personally believe that we should never do something what we do not normally do just because there is a promotion or a bonus or a competition or a lottery or whatever else, we should just do what we always do and if that brings us something then that is great and if it doesn't bring something then that is a shame, that is all I can say.

I do not mean to say that we should not be looking towards something that may or may not earn us any money and then go out there and spend extra money for that chance, if you do that and end up not earning anything you will be very upset but if you just do what you always do and end up losing well that is just ignoreable thing because you did nothing extra about it anyway.
2756  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Get inspired 🎬 Best casino movies of the last decade on: July 12, 2021, 05:42:28 PM
@Bitcasino.io Support I have a small suggestion for you. Please link the posters to the game if you don't mind because it makes us easy to directly play the game and land on the page instead of searching for it. Oftentimes, I see an update and visit the casino but end up playing different games than the one I intended to play Tongue because the games are just so good.

@everyone guys, there is a telegram channel too which bitcasino does not promote much but I suggest you all to visit it once, it has all the updates just like this thread and you know it is much easier to get telegram updates than visiting the thread Smiley

You can find their telegram in the OP
2757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think about NFTs? on: July 12, 2021, 01:55:12 PM
The creativity that NFT allows is a new breed of things for crypto. It just allows people to use NFT as a stepping stone and then do something they want and that is the type of creativity that designers and coders needed for a long time.

I felt that the crypto world in the altcoin section were just a bit too timid, it was something that was all codes and codes and codes and if you had a better new code you could worth something and if your codes were bad then you would worth something small, but thanks to NFT now there is more room for marketing and more room for improvement as well, doing something better for design and marketing that makes things a lot easier and creates a whole new room to improve in crypto world. That's why I believe all these creators are happy and hyped about, and investors can see that so they invest into people's projects to encourage them and make more money.
2758  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 11, 2021, 06:18:19 PM
Lower stake requirement is better as it can cover all players, so smaller players can participate to get some tickets with small starting balance. What roobet done so far for their lottery is better than most other similar lottery because players need to wager $10 only to get 1 ticket and as per experience from the past lotteries, there were some winners who won the lottery with low number of tickets (under 100).
That's right, I have seen people win with 1 ticket in a lottery with over 20 million tickets total, rare situation but does happens. Plus the house edge is something we already knew when starting and that means roobet has the chance to prove us that the extra house edge they take can be earned back from the extra things they are offering which is why it is so nice.

I personally believe that we should not be looking at what we are doing with not just gambling but with competitions and prizes and so forth as well. That's just how it should be like for roobet, because they are offering extra stuff. As a person who doesn't have too much money and can gamble with only 10-20 bucks then maybe you should not pick here, I would probably not even pick btc to gamble because fee's will eat up all your money, but if you have 100 bucks or over than this place "could" be best if you are lucky.
2759  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: July 11, 2021, 05:18:23 PM
I would give an advantage to the sports betting section, I like to see good tips, especially if there are some reviews and statistics about the upcoming game! It can be interactive, people will visit the site and try to get more involved!
That's right maybe some kind of a forum or chat where players can discuss their own predictions as well. At least some good sports betting predictions every week from gosu will be really worth it.

At the same time, we all know that streaming is very popular! Especially when there are rains, drops... and all other promotional stuff... basically when there are some giveaways! I watch it here and there, but nothing special! I am not into that too much... It's almost always to support someone I know from the crypto community!
Promotions can be done in sports betting section too though. Like gosu gives their own prediction and users can comment below their predictions and the user with the most accurate prediction gets some kind of a bonus.

I guess a site like BTCGosu should have both... but I would like to know what you two think about this matter?! Do you think that one deserves more focus and space?! Or they should be treated equally?!
Don't know about others but for me, sports betting section is a must have. I am not so fond of streamings because I don't have hours to sit and watch the other guy play Grin.
2760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [DOT] Polkadot Speculation on: July 11, 2021, 04:07:18 PM
Looking at how it was 50 bucks at some point and looking at how it dropped 10% in recent time as well, so it is really not looking good. If we are going to speculate about the situation Dot is in then I have to say it is in big big trouble, trouble that other coins have faced before. I remember there were some coins in top 10 back in 2017 peak, and in 2018 drop they dropped a ton in price and by 2021 they are nowhere to be found, which happens in crypto, if you are not staying still and growing bigger, then it means you are dropping.

And you do not even have to do anything bad to drop, if you are not improving at all while everything else is growing to be bigger, then that means you are not going to end up being high for long. Dot has a big challenge ahead, if they can stay then they may increase in price when others do, but I doubt that will happen.
