2441  Economy / Speculation / Re: New (old) FUD coming from China? on: September 26, 2021, 08:09:21 PM
I understand that there is a good chance we may end up with something that would be incredibly shocking if they didn't bring in some FUD from China. After all they have been doing this for years and they hate crypto and we know this already.

Just because they came up with another different way to FUD it doesn't mean that it would be a brand new thing, it is basically just rebranded FUD that they always had so it is nothing that is too shocking for anyone. I personally believe that nothing has changed, we are at exactly where we were a week ago and all those people who got scared from this news must be new because this means nothing at all.
2442  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcarra Bit-Crash Gaming Coming Soon on: September 26, 2021, 07:43:41 PM
Honestly it doesn't look half bad at all. However we have so many crash games these days that, having something just similar doesn't cut it anymore. You gotta have a whole casino in order to be competitive these days. Otherwise what is the point of playing here? I have gambled on bustabit for years, now I do not even gamble there too much anymore because it gets boring after a while, still do check it once a few months but not really too frequently.

If I am bored of the same game, then I am going to be bored of the same game here as well, I didn't get bored from the website, it was the game. So I highly highly suggest to take a look at making more games, otherwise it will be a limited experience here and you won't reach to your potential.
2443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it too late to buy? on: September 26, 2021, 07:19:56 PM
The dip a couple of days ago was beautiful but unfortunately I didn't take advantage as much as I should have. Is right now I bad time to go in? Should I wait for another dip? Thinking of getting several coins. Goal is very short time investment.
If you’re planning to buy for a short term, you should know that the market can move to any direction at any given time, and it is worse for people who are investing for a short time. Short term investment is not an easy thing to do, I will advise you to do proper analysis of the market and know whether it is going to workout for you and the right time you should invest.

If I am to recommend for you I would have said you should go for a long term investment. Long term investments are usually the best because with time they are going to cover up whatever losses you might make and there is the assurance that the market will go up in a few months or years to come. It’s still a decision you can make for yourself, if you think you can go for a short time and you think now is the right time for you to invest then you can go ahead..
2444  Economy / Gambling / Re: ProvablyFair.me | Bet Verifiers | Fair gambling 🎲 🏆🍀 on: September 26, 2021, 06:28:26 PM
Those are some of the secondary steps that a casino could take to fool you and scam your out of your own money but main priority for gamblers is that casino games should be probably fair and you can verify your bets with it as it provides some sort of guarantee that house is not cheating in any manner and result were random. But still there could be problematic situation after that like change in probably fair script or bugs that can cause breach. But most casino now prefer to have them as players want them.
It's provably fair, not probably fair.

Online casinos and casinos that accept cryptocurrencies have to provide provably fair gambling and they have to write tutorial on how to verify provably fair on their casinos.

You can not trust them, verify on your side.
By the looks of it we could some of them probably fair lol Cheesy. Joke aside I have to say that there are so many methods that casinos scam people that provably fair became a lot less important part of it. You deposit your money there and until you withdraw it there is a chance that they could scam you.

There are ones that scam everyone and close shop and keep all the deposited money when it reaches a certain level, there are ones that block certain accounts with certain amounts in them (not cents but not huge amount, just middle) and there are many other methods that casinos scam people even while having provably fair gambling option. So it really became not the most important thing if you ask me.
2445  Economy / Economics / Re: CHINA Banning bitcoin: PBOC Says All Crypto-Related Transactions Are Illegal on: September 25, 2021, 10:01:47 PM
China is just trying to make it as illegal as it gets for crypto users in their nation, but they do not realize that they are hurting themselves Cheesy. I am very very glad that a huge dictatorship in the world is now losing a ton of money to other nations. People all around the world are making money hand over fist but at the end of the day Chinese people will not be that and since we know that Chinese people do not have anything proper and it is owned by the CCP then it means that we are doing fine for now with them not making any profit at all.

It is not something simple, it takes time but at the end of the day if we could just make them weaker and poor again, it would destroy the power CCP has.
2446  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 25, 2021, 08:19:18 PM
I would say that people are worried about the wrong thing right now. We should not be worried that bitcoin dropped, we should be worried that bitcoin is not getting the attention it used to get, that hype during bull run was something special, people were talking about it every day, we had twitter TT nearly half covered in crypto related stuff in my nation.

So, all in all if the price is falling that means we are doing that not only because people are selling but also because people are not buying enough. If bitcoin loses the interest of investors then it gets harder to get them back, not impossible, but those 2017 investors got cold feet in 2018 and took us 2 years to get them back, so we should be careful about making them lose interest.
2447  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Sportsbook is ON 🏟️ Advanced Dice Game 🎲 2.000 Bets/s⚡ on: September 25, 2021, 04:24:01 PM
There are certain reasons that any casino can block any users account if they see problematic. Of course this is not just willy nilly, if it was like that then nobody would play here ever. However if the gambler did something that is against the rules, then of course they will block the account. What the "loophole" seems to look like is that you wagered on a game with a known result, that seems like what they are implying, and in that case the bet gets void and your account gets blocked for trying to do loopholes which is dangerous for casinos.

If they only give you the money back, then how could they make all the other scammers afraid? So, what they do is they block your account but do not touch your money neither, it is saved aside, and if you really strongly believe that you were right, you could always sue them, if you do not sue them then you sort of agree that you were wrong.
2448  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: September 25, 2021, 03:54:13 PM
Signature campaigns could be something that you do as a way to repeating what people already know, but to keep it fresh at the same time. How? Well, we have talked about this many times on this forum before, but there are biiiiig companies like apple that still does marketing and advertisements.

Think of signature campaign like that, you need to keep doing it to keep reminding people that you exist, but you do not expect a good return just because of that neither, you expect a not a big drop because of it. Why? Because other places will keep on doing signature campaign and will try to steal customers away from you, if you do signature campaign yourself then you will not keep on getting more and more customers (maybe only at first) but you will also not lose to other casinos who does campaigns at all times. So, it is a way to keep your customers, not get more customers, at least it is like that after you are already known and big like futuur.
2449  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: September 24, 2021, 08:33:14 PM
It was a huge error to bet WHU-MU. They played just several days before and MU decided to rotate a lot of players for this game. And the same time even bench MU players can win WHU, and if you look at the match stats - you`ll see that MU had to win it. So it was an unpredictable match.

To be fair, West Ham also changed 10 players so both sides were playing most of the match with their B team,,, it is just that I think West Ham B side has more practice and playing time with each other than United's side. So you are right, United was still supposed to win this, such is that the bookies placed the right odds. It was not a mistake to bet on them, and they had many more chances but just did not convert.
It wasn't as much as it was the B team, but it was even the A team that were in just didn't care and didn't try to win. That makes the biggest difference. You could put a youth team that works at 100% rate and giving them all, throwing themselves at tackles, shooting with all they got, hard marking, running twice as much, less fatigue and all that versus a team of superstars who just plays with 50% and doesn't even care and you can be sure that youth team will win.

The difference between some 16-18 year olds versus the stars these teams have is the fact that stars have to play with all they got at important matches as well, even Ronaldo would suddenly become a very bad player if he played with 50% every game. This west ham game was the proof of that, they had some good A team players that just didn't want to play at all and this was the result they got.

Rain during a race or wet track during a race is not a problem, FIA couldn't comprehend that we would be fine with postponing the race to some other time, like maybe last week when we had nothing, that was the problem. If there can't be a race, then do not have a race, it is not a problem! Why was it so hard for them to understand this? Belgium was a disaster just because FIA made it a disaster, and they were keep repeating "we didn't want to risk drivers, we are not backing down our decision, driver safety is first" like anyone said we should had a race during that weather. NOBODY SAID THAT, but FIA replied like that was intender. Just postpone.

I do not know how weather will be at Sochi, how the track will be, if they can have a race, even if it is a horrible race, just let them have a race, if they can't, then don't just do 2 laps behind safety and stop, THAT IS NOT A RACE.
2451  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: September 23, 2021, 09:07:25 PM
Arsenal and Southampton, both teams have advanced to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. The Saints defeated Sheffield United after pens the other day, while Arsenal had a much easier time with Wimbledon today, a comfy 3-0 win. Here is the draw for the next round:

source: https://www.efl.com/news/2021/september/carabao-cup-round-four-draw-confirmed-ties/
Chelsea v Southampton
Arsenal v Leeds United
Stoke City v Brentford
West Ham v Manchester City
Leicester City v Brighton
Burnley v Tottenham Hotspur
QPR v Sunderland
Preston North End v Liverpool

It's a tough draw for Southampton, who will face Chelsea twice in the span of a couple of weeks at Stamford Bridge come next month.

I was very close to hitting a decent-paying 13/1 accumulator from today's EFL matches, but United had to ruin it! Grin ....was also a yellow card away from another tasty betbuilder win...at least the specials hit, both i believe, as i just had the EURO MULTI-TUSKING @10.00. The payoff from the Spanish double was even better.
Honestly between premier league, fa cup, champions league, and on top of that a caraboa cup... teams sometimes just do not play their best when they are in these cups. Looking back at United, sure they had martial, sanco and lingard at the offense and that is expected to produce a goal for sure, but sometimes when players do not care about a cup game suddenly you see them at 50% in order to basically "actively rest" meaning they are not resting at home, they are playing the game but more like a training instead of a game.

This is how Arsenal won so many FA cups in the past, because other better teams didn't care about it and worked to win the premier league or do something in europe, whereas Arsenal knew that the only chance they had to win anything was to work hardest on FA cup. Same logic applies here whenever big clubs lose, they just do not care.
2452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto statue unvailing in Graphisoft Park (Hungary) on: September 22, 2021, 09:53:00 PM
The statue is not that bad, for me it is very OK. So I don’t really see the need whysome people would say that it’s not really that good as the expected. Just like I saw someone saying that he would have preferred if the face was just an open space that will reflect your face; lol I don’t see the difference between that and what we have already, since when you look at any of them you’re still going to see a reflection of yourself, it’s all the same. Then what I wouldn’t tell you is that having a statue of Satoshi Nakamoto is going to lead us to bull run.

But, at least it is going to help in creating more awareness and make people to know about it. Though a lot of people already knows about Bitcoin starting from 2017 when we experienced a huge uptrend in price.
2453  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: September 22, 2021, 06:18:38 PM
In any case, I have an offer to the bookmaker - why not offer the client to go through a check before accepting a deposit Huh This would eliminate a lot of problems at once!
Alot of people hates to do KYC check so most sites never ask for it and business wise, KYC process could take up to few working days so if a site ask for your KYC right after before you make your deposit then that means they are losing potential customer already because you cant gamble in their site for few days before they do a thorough check on your documents.
It depends on what you get in return and optional aspect of it. I hate KYC but I hate it when it is enforced and not even profitable. If it was not enforced, if it was totally up to me and I can do it or may decline to do it if I want to, then it would be definitely a good thing. However, we are talking about something that is risky and not rewarding at all by simply giving it with no return.

Do it optional, and also give something in return for people who do it, then I may consider it, I won't have to do it but I would at least consider it and that would make things a bit more complicated since I would both want to get the reward for doing it but wouldn't want to give my KYC at the same time, but there would at least be a chance that I may do it.
2454  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🐒 ApeSwap partnership on: September 22, 2021, 12:59:22 PM

... With a marketing campaign, you create a lot of interest and have new players that will sign up, but you will not just hold these players active just by doing giveaways and events. That's the most difficult thing, keep your players motivated; you can only do that with adding new features to the site, adding new games/slots, ...

It's good to have an ongoing marketing campaign, it's part of branding all the big brands in any industry always have marketing everywhere because they want continuous people awareness, McDonald, Coke already number one in their respective fields but they have a new campaign almost every month, they always want to get into the mind of consumers, this also applies to gambling here you want gamblers to think your gambling site when they have the urge to play.
The reason why even the biggest companies do advertisement is the fact that people will use it anyway, so might as well make them impulse purchase something. Sure, coke is not going to suddenly end up bankrupting because of lack of customers. However, they have competitions, coke has pepsi for example, what happens if pepsi does marketing insanely, spends billions every year and for some reason coca cola stops making any marketing at all, zero marketing. Don't you think that eventually pepsi will become bigger and bigger? Sure we like coca cola more than pepsi right now, people prefer it more right now, but in the end we are talking about zero marketing vs billions of dollars, gradually that will change.
2455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I turn my $200 to $20000 on: September 21, 2021, 08:18:24 PM
Good trading luck is something we all need, without that we are basically just moving based on our instincts. You can read charts, you can check patterns, you can read what people are saying, you can follow influencers but none of that would matter if you do not have any luck at all. You have to have some luck in order to end up with a profit in the long run. I personally believe that (and OP mentioned) that this was a bit based on luck as well.

Hopefully OP gets more and more lucky in the future, I hope that everyone gets more lucky in the future, with luck we can all make a good profit. I try to minimize the requirement for luck as little as possible, and that happens when I go long term, if you decide not to sell for a decade, the need for luck drops significantly, because in long term bitcoin is a great asset to hold for a big return.
2456  Economy / Economics / Re: What’s the nature of currency? on: September 21, 2021, 02:48:41 PM
The adoption of Bitcoin is certain, at least by most of the people if not all. A small and more people continues to adopt the use of Bitcoin, those who doesn’t want to make use of it will  also be encouraged  to make use of it. Although I still know that there are people who are going to kick against it.

It’s just like it is in El Salvador where there are people who have chosen to adopt Bitcoin and there are  also those who are against it. In a case like this I believe people should be free to use whatever they want to make use of: if you choose to make use of Bitcoin then it is up to you and also if you choose to make use of fiat it’s also up to you.
2457  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: September 20, 2021, 09:53:59 PM
Trading isn't typically guessing or gambling as the case may be. When you say traders wait on twitter pages of popular influencers like Elon musk to make their traded well that's not what trading is all about. We have gambler's, speculators those that have zero or no idea of what they're doing but just trying their lucks with hopes of coming out successful.

Now this users are usually successful when they start but as time goes on their luck runs out and they begin to lose and if precaution aren't taken, they can lose all they have gained in addition to their initiate capital. Trading has to do with discipline, been ables to read and interpret charts.

A traders gets the idea of how the market will react from the charts and not by waiting on some genius or self acclaimed expert to manipulate the market for their selfish desires.
We have all kinds of different people in the trading world, that is the emphasis. We have very very brand new noobs that end up trading whatever people tell them to do, there are a bit older noobs who trade based on what influencers and Elon Musk says but they are doing the same thing as the brand new one does, they just do it on limited amount of people instead of anyone, we have mediocre traders like me who end up trading based on their own TA research that sometimes wins or loses, we have experts who trade with experience and talent, and we have those crazy people with 10 monitors and all charts with 5 minute candles and pips and leverages and all that.
2458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for being in crypto. on: September 20, 2021, 09:36:50 PM
I can't say "tech" precisely. I am here because what the tech provides, which is the decentralization and being on a fair grounds instead of banking and fiat world being so unfair. I always hated banks and fiat before crypto even came along, and when I found out about crypto I got in very early on, not for profit, not because I believed it could be what it is today, I never even imagined it could be 64k ATH, I couldn't even imagine 1000 dollars to be honest, and that is why I can't say for profit but not for tech neither, it is the freedom that I came in for and it is the freedom that I got.

I am not saying profit hurts, that is a great addition, and the tech allows for that freedom as well, so the option of both is correct but freedom is the one above all of them that I care about and will continue to care about in the future as well.
2459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH adoption lately is high on: September 20, 2021, 09:00:28 PM
ETH itself doesn't really have anything to get it adopted, it is not ETH people are interested in. However ETH built such a huuuuge and vast ecosystem that whenever people get into it, they use ETH for something else. If you are into NFT, then you spend ETH to buy it, when you are interested in play to earn then you spend ETH to get it, when you go into defi and yield farming you spend ETH to get in.

Basically people use ETH to do other stuff, not anything directly ETH related but always requires ETH to get involved on other things. This is why ETH will never be too low, because there are other stuff that will always come up, today its one thing, tomorrow it will be another thing but people will keep on using ETH for those new things constantly.
2460  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamentally good coins on: September 20, 2021, 07:49:31 PM
If we are talking about fundamentals, centralization is an important one of those. BNB is a great coin, I would put it on my top three behind btc and eth, but fundamentally speaking it is not a strong case since it is centralized like hell. If you can ignore that part, then BNB is quite strong.

All these new cases of Dot, ADA, Sol and so forth all are great fundamentally, they are fixing a problem that we have and that is something we always needed, with a layer added on top of the current systems, we have ourselves something that we should all be excited about. However which one of them will stay strong is still unpredictable. Uni and Cake also dominates the defi market as well, they do not seem to be going low (outside of market lows) neither. So those 7 coins total should be fine.
