He is very suspicious. Besides he didn't want "big money" back, he made all this show first which looks very strange. If we'll look at the transaction he provided for proof of the payment it is a payment from an exchange account (what is clear from the screens as well), so we can't trace his own address. If we'll look at the chat correspondence we can see that he asked to refund his money not giving an address — to where did he want to get a refund? To an exchange address? Looks like a staging. And when he finally gave his address here for a refund we see that it is a totally new address not to be traced. I don't know about LDL, but what I see doesn't look like proofs to be sure in any guilt on him. Specific style of writing of 2 is natural for Bengali and some other languages in Indian region so it is hardly an evidence of anything. The entire situation is very strange. |

Totally agree with what you said we will teach them bitcoin, but it needs to be at the right time and the right age. It is ludicrous and stupid to think that if they were educated about bitcoin at the earliest, they would grow up to be good investors or rich people. If we educate children that way, instead of teaching them history, math, foreign languages. Let's ignore everything and just focus on teaching investing, teaching children to be rich from a young age, and when they grow up, they will be as rich as we expected.
And how will children understand bitcoin if you won't teach them maths? Investing is a very small part of the things children should know about bitcoin. Teaching bitcoin is also about how to take responsibility over your decisions (because transactions are irreversible), is about how decentralization work and why there are centralized systems still there, about what is money and why there are fiat money when we have a new kind of money like bitcoin. There are so many things you should teach your children before they can understand bitcoin a little that investing will hardly be in the forefront. And knowing maths, languages, history and many other things is very important to understand the idea of bitcoin. And as we can see even on this forum many didn't learn bitcoin even enough to understand that it's not about investing only, it's much more. |

Конечно, теоретически, какой-то актив в перспективе может стать достаточно независимым и оторваться от биткойна (пытался эфир и был к этому близок, но ИМХО не срослось пока что), но явно не централизованный токен, претендующий на привязку к фиатной валюте, и сидящей на чужих блокчейнах. Кстати, сами Tether активно вкладываются в биткойны и в их майнинг, так что они в курсе дел.  |

Без полноценной виртуальной реальности (ещё недавно её называли Метовселенной, однако тема чего-то немножко подтухла), NFT на мой взгляд, большого смысла не имеют.
Если предположить существование полноценной виртуальной реальности, которая не не менее захватывающая, чем реальная жизнь, то да - NFT в такой реальности это особые права, ключи которые открывают двери, в которые без этих ключей не зайдешь.
И не важно, что это за двери. Может это какие-то сообщества пользователей. Может это какие-то нибудь искусные нейросети - помощники, или ещё какие-нибудь эксклюзивные возможности ....
Беда nft, на мой взгляд, в том, что они появились слишком рано. Для них ещё нет соответствующей инфраструктуры. А когда она появится пока неизвестно.
Токенизированная регистрация прав собственности на уникальные объекты (квартиры, смартфорны по IMEI, техника по серийному номеру и т.п.) прекрасно может работать безо всяких метавселенных. Невзаимозамеяемые токены вполне могут быть востребованы для разных задач, и их проблема в том, что, в основном, их используют для регистрации картинок, которые уникальны только по утверждению тех, кто ими торгует. И вопрос не только с инфраструктурой, вопрос с правовым регулированием. Если биткойн может гулять сам по себе, дожидаясь адопшена без проблем, то регистрация прав собственности на материальный объект без регулирования представляет собой филькину грамоту, не имеющую ни юридической, ни фактической силы. |

Well, it is usually clear enough when you just read what is written with AI usage, detectors can just reaffirm what is suspected. Last times I used https://copyleaks.com/ai-content-detector and it probably not each time correctly detects posts which are likely written with AI, but as for now it never gave a false positive result. But the sample is small, so I'm still not sure if we can believe its positive results each time, even if it didn't make such kind of mistake yet (in my practice). As for Bitcoin_people, I'd say that AI usually does better, so it is probably not AI written. Of course I can not be sure 100%. Like nutildah said, "bland, uninformative and perfunctory". May be Bitcoin_people should think why some of his posts for some look like AI written. I tend to believe him, but it is not the 100% obvious case. By the way, copyleaks doesn't consider his posts as AI written, but it can give false negative results. |

Others consider you're leaving an appropriate feedback when the case is definitely deserve 100% negative feedback e.g. scam someone or cheating. In this thread the case is about using AI in signature campaign, it's still subjective since there's no rule about plagiarism broke this forum rule or theymos said using AI is deserve to get negative feedback. This will make people think tagging negative feedback due to AI usage is harsh and if you're a newbie or not reputable user, you have a high chance to get distrusted.
While the respected or high account user did that, no one will talk about it and shut their mouth. It's true they already contributed a lot and almost of his feedbacks are correct, but a tiny mistake is still wrong. Why not distrust them? they have a lot appropriate feedbacks, fear of getting distrusted by them and possible of creating new drama.
But if no one decided to do so themselves yet it doesn't mean someone should insist. If the one from DT will do many doubtful things he can be distrusted as well, you can see there are several from DT1 with a negative trust number. So everyone should do the things he is sure in. May be DT members can do something on the very boundaries of a consensus, but it should be their own decision. |

If you believe someone deserves negative feedback: do it! Don't talk about double standards while you expect others to do the dirty work. The thing is, his feedback is almost useless and has no chance to ruin someone's reputation because he's not a DT member. Sure you can say don't need to become a DT member to leave an appropriate feedback, there's might a DT1 user would include him on the trust list. But he already received a neutral feedback from other DT user, based on the explanation it seems his chance become a DT member is really small because other people would be skeptic and think he could ruin the DT system due to suspected as an alt account. Everyone has a mind of his own. Being in DT means others consider your reviews in trust system correct and appropriate, it doesn't mean you have to make a conclusion in every possible case. Not being in DT doesn't mean your reviews will not be taken in account. If I'm interested to know more about someone I will look through all reviews including untrusted ones. So if you think that someone should be tagged you should do it yourself even if you are not in DT. If your review will be correct and appropriate someone else can decide to support you and leave the same tag, some can decide that you deserve to be trusted despite your tags. But if you don't do anything yourself but demand acting from others it's not the best way. |

Модную тему решила подхватить некоммерческая организация Energy Web, которая запускает сертификацию энергоэффективности и зелёности для майнеров биткойна под названием Green Proofs for Bitcoin (GP4BTC). С учётом того, что за последнее время многие майнеры подчёркивали, что они подключаются исключительно к источникам возобновляемым и крайне зелёным, подозреваю, что какие-то подобные инициативы по подтверждению будут весьма востребованы. С учётом того, что зачастую возобновляемые источники энергии в малонаселённых местах (что не проблема для майнеров) дают наиболее дешёвую энергию, любопытно будет посмотреть, какой, в среднем, окажется доля зелёной энергетики в майнинге. Подозреваю, что может оказаться, что сейчас уже сильно выше, чем в среднем по рынку. |

Дык, это очень даже типичная и нормальная ситуация в крипте. Большинство пэрспэктивных шитков со временем делают именно х0 Остаётся лишь надеяться, что битка это никогда не коснётся. Зато, если вдруг этот кошмар реализуется, будет очень удобно рассчитать весь крипторынок, потому что он сделает х0 сразу вслед за биткойном. Потому что, кроме критической ошибки в коде на текущий момент обнулению биткойна вряд ли что-то может реально поспособствовать, а такая ошибка подорвёт доверие ко всей крипте. If you are a campaign manager it is usually enough for you what you can get with an online translation service. It is not to talk to people in that language but to have a general view on what conversation is about. If there are some mistakes it will still have enough sense. But main topic, as I understand, is about what to do with a red tags of some users from local boards who stay inside there and don't try to resolve a problem of red tags. Is it really a problem and what if a problem is not in them but in some kind of misunderstanding? But, well, not knowing the exact case we can talk just in general words. |

There are several reputable members with red tags and it is important to figure out who and why left a concrete tag. Sometimes we can just ignore this tag, sometimes if we see that someone is leaving many irrelevant reviews we can even distrust him in a trust list. Well, obviously they should move from the local board at least occasionally. Limiting it to a certain part of the forum, most often due to a language barrier, also limits the ability of such a member to influence or make a significant contribution to the forum. I don't know which specific local board you're talking about, but it's quite possible that the members you have in mind don't even know that they have the possibility to complain about negative feedback in the global part of the Forum.

И, что характерно, первый красный месяц и при этом первый месяц, когда если не каждый день, то практически каждый день биткойн чувствовал себя лучше, чем моя виртуальная корзинка активов, а на зелёных месяцах обычно было наоборот. Всё-таки большинство альтов очень чётко ходит маршрутом биткойна, при этом чувствуя себя поволатильнее. Для моей корзинки не сильно волатильнее, потому что разница с биткойном пока что бывает не сильно велика, но всё равно немного больше на росте и немного ниже на падении. |

Еще и 2 года не прошло, а все вроде пока идёт вполне себе неплохо
Я тут для другой темы полез смотреть, а сколько транзакций биткойна в Сальвадоре, в среднем, проходит. Выяснилось, что официально заявляется, что 65 437 транзакций в секунду... Я посчитал и слегка офигел от таких масштабов для страны с населением в несколько миллионов. Журналисты тоже... очень удивились. Тем более, что за день криптоматы страны проводят всего приблизительно четырнадцать с половиной тысяч транзакций. Они обратились за разъяснениями, и им сказали, что, ну, транзакция занимает же не одну секунду, а обрабатывается секунды три, поэтому это дескать количество одновременно обрабатываемых транзакций... поэтому, дескать, не надо рассчитывать из этого реальное количество транзакций. Здорово, да? Видимо, там всё не настолько неплохо, как могло бы показаться, если они не хотят, чтобы кто-нибудь знал, сколько реально проводится сейчас транзакций в биткойне в стране. |

Наличный доллар безусловно ликвиден, хотя на практике в какой-нибудь Европе его не так-то просто и поменять. Обменников на улице почти нет, а в банках могут быть огромные комиссии и куча документов, тоже не факт, что обмен проведут.
А биткоин в кризисных ситуациях, на мой взгляд, сохранит свою ликвидность. И так или иначе его можно будет обратить в материальные ценности.
А обменники для биткойнов в Европе да и других странах разве на каждом углу и полностью без комиссий и всегда без кусей? Те же криптоматы далеко не в каждом магазинчике на углу стоят. Так что ещё большой вопрос, что будет проще обменять на местную валюту, если не местный и не успел разобраться, биткойн или какую-то из мировых резервных фиатных валют. |
