Gambling is risky game of money from which most people lose and just a few wins. Gambling too is addictive and fun especially when you're winning and that's why most people can't get away from gambling once they get in it.
In gambling you only win from the start then you lose whenever you win a certain amount.

2743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most profitable type of gambling? on: March 27, 2016, 06:45:16 PM
I'm not much of a gambler myself, but when I gamble I play poker. Poker can be very profitable, but it is very time consuming as well. Betting and casinos,  are not my type. so, what's your opinion on what could be more profitable?
sports betting is good kind of gambling, some people just make good profit from that, and also you can trying to play dice, not hard, just guess the number and take your luck on that number.

2750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paris-based Bitit launches to let you buy Bitcoins from 100,000 physical stores on: March 27, 2016, 09:51:05 AM
http://venturebeat.com/2016/03/24/paris-based-bitit-launches-to-let-you-buy-bitcoins-from-100000-physical-stores-around-the-world/

Quote
Bitit now lets people walk into physical stores and buy the virtual currency with cash. The startup also lets people purchase Bitcoins online through the company’s website.

And soon, people will be able to buy plastic gift cards or electronic vouchers to give as presents. The company currently has the Bitcoin gift cards for sale as part of a trial at La Maison du Bitcoin in Paris, a meetup space for people working on projects related to the virtual currency.

The key to Bitit’s process is that it has arrangements with partners (it can’t reveal the names) to buy Bitcoins on a regular schedule. At the moment, many users have been reporting that it can take a week or more for the Blockchain to process a transaction. Bitit eliminates that delay for users by having the Bitcoins ready to deliver in as little as 10 minutes.

The trick, and what Bitit hopes will be its secret weapon, are algorithms it has written to help minimize its risk profile by carefully balancing the rate at which it buys Bitcoin and the rate at which customers are buying them.

Also, its system is designed to minimize the risk and chances of fraud. People can buy up to $25 worth of Bitcoin with no paperwork. They can buy up to $500 after that, but must submit a series of documents to confirm their identity in the system.

Quote
Nicolas Katan, cofounder and CEO of Bitit, says the company’s goal is to solve two of Bitcoin’s biggest issues: accessibility and fraud.
this is good idea,Nicolas not just make bitcoin more popular and trying to introdice bitcoin to new people, but he also doing great thing by solving some bitcoin issues, and i think this way will make bitcoin more easy to accs and stay away from fraud.

After this...I think congress is going to come down on bitcoin in the US

http://www.bitcoinvalues.net/hollywood-hospital-pays-hackers-40-bitcoin-worth-17000-release-computers.html
its old news, people have to share this news some month ago,and we dont need to worry about this news, its normally when people want to get so many bitcoin,as we know so far nothing gonna happen seriously with bitcoin in US.
2752  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: March 27, 2016, 09:07:35 AM
The mining is becoming too expensive and none profitable. I think that will bring Bitcoin to an end. Another problems is that there is only a few miners left controlled by a few making them controlling Bitcoins. It's no longer the currency of the people but a currency of the few rich companies that runs the show.....but for how long can the continue?

I have been looking at Rimbit  instead since it is premined and therefore don't need the middleman with the expensive hardware for transaction validation. Instead the validation is done by the wallet's running on peoples computers. As I see it it's a currency for the people and it will stay that way. Sadly it's still fairly unknown.

Time will show how long Bitcoins survive but my guess is not more than 3 years......please challenge that statement with serious arguments.

if internet goes down next year,so bitcoin will also die,no more block,no more transaction made, and everyone lost their minds.
for technical reason, its hard to predict bitcoin will die on 3 years, its bitcoin succesfully this year, bitcoin will stay in 5 years more.
2753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Exchanges: their features and failures on: March 27, 2016, 08:17:04 AM
This is market research.

What do you most love about your favorite exchanges?

What are some things that suck about an exchange, what's your biggest criticism?

What would you like to see? This can be anything. Features and functionality, community related, Nintendo entering the market, spaceships, strippers, whatever.
i love use poloniex and bittrex exchanges, its nice to start trade there, the feature just complete for me,huge amount of users, active market, and for poloniex,it have special feature, lending feature will love by everyone, for bittrex,i just not too happy with witdraw fee,its higher than poloniex Sad
