the correct back up file is no where to be found on my computer, I found 2 other back up files but they seem to be for other wallets, I searched for ".dat" files and "back up", I may have hide the file somewhere instead of leaving it in the default folder

When it is going down traders are saying it will go down more and when it goes up they say it will go up some more; extreme bulls say it will spike up to new highs very soon and extreme bears say the price can only down and everything is doomed : that only helps knowing the sentiment and the trend

When the data was almost entirely rebuilt I received the same message data corrupted do you want to rebuild the database?
The coins are still on the address, I think I will just import the private keys in a better Bitcoin client; question is now : where do I find my private keys on my computer?

Aww man, i've been waiting for these drops and forum responses since the last ATH. This feels just like the last 3 bubbles. Endless news about BTC related startups and the amazing amount of value invested in getting these cryptocurrency economy fundamentals running only helps to confirm the global demand for this new payment system. People said i was mad telling them >$1,000 in 2013. It will be fun to see if BTC will hit the $10,000 before 2016 To all the new investors: 2012 was a very slow year. But you would be very pleased today if you bought in 2012 at anywhere between $5-$20. Compare that to $250-$1000 in 2014 to get an idea of the feeling. Just hold on and enjoy the ride. So little BTC, so many potential global users. I am not too afraid by the recent crash even if it can go down more before it recovers, it just shows that extreme bad news are bad for the price  and that the price is very volatile I feel like nothing changed fundamentally since 2013; the momentum is good in terms of adoption and professionalism but the sentiment is extremely bad I am not close at arguments that we are going extremely low (<300$ <250..) but I feel it is an excellent time to invest in Bitcoin; the French shops Monoprix are thinking of accepting Bitcoin |

This ponzi was the last I was playing with ponzimatic.net which has been running successfully for weeks and gives back 50% to every deposit that was not paid when the round is over

What I like with this one is it has been around for a while and you get 50% back as soon as the round is finished if you were not paid

Advertisements should be done with sites like bit visitor and the like to attract fresh new blood eager to spend their btc and not the poor dust flinging bastards like myself from this forum.
bitvisitor pays so little that i don't think they have that much to spend some people may go to bitvisitor to see what's new so they may have more than dust but the fact is being on bitvisitor usually means you dt have that much btc |

This site is probably the worst group of people I have met online. The chat room is multi accounting scammers all buddy buddy with each other.
I was scammed 350 on that site and when the person came in chat the majority of people were laughing about the scam. They were just short of bragging about scamming people. That site will never grow when you can just create account after account and scam in the chat. Anyone doubts it join the chat for 5min and if you don't realize what I'm saying you probably are a scammer yourself.
There is probably a lot of collusion but mostly in omaha games bc it will not be that effective in hold'hem games if they are not expert cheaters and good players : you can make money concentrating on playing well when they are concentrated on cheating There is no collusion HU |
