Seattle is not in Minnesota.

No, it isn't. I would say you are confused, but you aren't ever wrong are you?

Confused why you're citing Minnesota statutes. Yes.  Most likely you was the first thing that looked good on google so you just copy pasted without reading.  I could be wrong though.

What state is Minneapolis in TwattySqueal?

Minnesota.  I meant Minnesota statutes not Minneapolis statutes - my mistake.

a-now-designated-reckless driver hit reckless protestors?
Yes.

Someone ran over and killed someone else in a reckless way.

Protesting in the middle of the highway is clearly reckless and dumb - but it's not like someone jumped in front of a car doing 70 on an open highway.

Not getting out of the way of a car coming at you has consequences?

Yes, it does.  You could get hurt or killed.

That is funny, "parked cars" as if they were in a designated parking spot and not illegally blocking a highway. "Swerved around" is also known as avoiding an imminent collision. Also "fleeing the scene" in this case is also acting in order to prevent an reasonable expectation of a threat to life or injury from a violent mob chasing after him. If they had not blocked the roadway with vehicles no one would be dead. If they had not illegally been on the highway at night wearing all black, no one would be dead. The injured party in this case was not acting reasonably, which is the standard for liability for a defendant in a criminal case.

I pointed out the parked cars because you insist he was just driving down the road, nothing else:

Only pointing any of this out because Tecshare attempted frame him as someone simply driving down the road at night.

That is exactly what he was, and that is exactly what happened.

Do you know someone was there or something?  Were you there?  Because you're speaking as if you have first hand knowledge.  I think that this is just another example of you thinking you're able to deduct exactly what happened and/or what's going to happen from media reports.  But your conclusion is the opposite of what's being reported....so....what's going on.
2786  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'Trump Designates Antifa "A Terrorist Organization"' on: July 11, 2020, 01:06:02 AM
We only know the basics of what happened:

He drove onto a closed highway swerved around a bunch of parked cars, ran two people over and the fled the scene.  One of them died.

Why are you guys going all Johnny Cochran over this?  "He was simply driving down the road, exactly nothing else" give me a break.

Obviously there could be more to this story but it def looks like he checks enough boxes:

Quote
Vehicular homicide—Penalty.
(1) When the death of any person ensues within three years as a proximate result of injury proximately caused by the driving of any vehicle by any person, the driver is guilty of vehicular homicide if the driver was operating a motor vehicle:
(a) While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, as defined by RCW 46.61.502; or
(b) In a reckless manner; or
(c) With disregard for the safety of others."

....Killing a weakened person is still murder.

Last I heard accidentally killing someone was not murder.

'Murder' means different things in different jurisdictions. The word just refers to someone dying as a result of something that you did.

In Georgia, for example, if you're the getaway driver during a bank robbery and while you're sitting in the car waiting one of your guys kills someone, you could be charged and convicted of felony murder.

"609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years."

https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.195

Clearly this instance doesn't even meet the standards of 3rd degree murder under Minnesota statutes.

Seattle is not in Minnesota.

In the real world, which you guys are not in because you are chasing wrongness in different_thinkers_than_right_thinkers_like_us, going the wrong way on a road is simple a traffic ticket. It's breaking the law. No more or less.

Except when you kill someone.  Then it's more.

But you guys are reading capital murder into an exit ramp issue.

No.  I don't think it's capital murder.

Getting back on topic, I'm not convinced that gosha@e-coin is game-protect.  His english seems to good and that account has been providing customer service in this thread for the past 4-5 years including after the account appears to have been sold.  If he were sharing the account with something that would explain things I guess.
If you look closely, the account stopped providing support way back in 2017, only to have a password change 3 years later and all the posts from that day 4/11/2020 to this date have nothing to do with support for Wirex.

You're absolutely right.  On page 3 of his post history there are posts from Mid April 2020 and Mid April 2017, I didn't catch the year change.

Yeah, this looks like it's him, and he's putting effort into changing his style of typing.

His banned account was active yesterday.  Can you send pms from banned account?

One way to find out would be for someone, or some account, that hasn't ever had contact with GP before go post in a thread he's active in about being scammed by a casino and see what happens.
2794  Economy / Reputation / Re: Alt of game-protect? on: July 09, 2020, 06:03:06 AM
The funny thing about the game-protect situation is all the members that supported him and bashed me when I originally pointed out his nefarious behavior years ago. Reminds me of the idiots including Vod in their trust network today.

You were being bashed for running around claiming that Lutpin, Game-Protect and myself were the same person.  Calling out the same person or casino as Game-Protect is not equal to supporting him.

Anyone that's interested in what really happened, with proof: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1582065.0

Trump is going to win, barring some kind of fraud, as was my opinion from day 1.

Wow, such convenience: Trump wins = no fraud. Trump loses = definite fraud....

Trump wins if the avalanche of votes for him beats the margin of fraud that's always there with the Democratic machine.

Nothing new in that, it's unchanged since Democrats were tearing up their KKK costumes to make diapers.

Not sure why this is always a talking point.

If its so easy to commit voter fraud, why aren't Republicans doing it too? I highly doubt they're too high and mighty to want to do something like that when the end goal is just winning. It always irks me to think that people think that the DNC would commit voter fraud and always win, while the RNC just sits there and lets it happen.

If it's so easy and done so normally, the RNC would do it too. (Hint: It's not)

Believe it or not, there are actual behavioral differences between the two organizations. Ever since Texas Dead People voted LBJ into office, Democrats have loved the Fraud.

Also Republicans go to church, Democrats go to school.

I kid.  I kid.

What are your thoughts on the NC republican House race that was overturned due to election fraud in 2018?  Is that proof that the Republicans will commit wide spread election fraud on a National level in 2020 or no?  If a State Senate primary race 70 years ago in Texas does for the democrats than surely it must.

Better yet, in 3+ years Trump could have jailed every cheater - or personally clobbered each one with a 500-page executive order - and made America great and non-cheating again. Instead his election fraud investigation found bupkis and he's just angrily tweeting about the inevitable fraud (which seems to have infected polls as well, including the Republican-slanted ones). Top notch leadership right there.

This is where TECSHARE comes in to pwn suchmoon by posting a bunch of right wing tabloid headlines about voter fraud and all the convictions and evidence there is and how it's happening without a doubt 100%.

And then I point out the evidence those articles are referring to shows about 1,000 convictions in the past 30 years for voter fraud related crimes - that's all that could be found.

And then TECSHARE gets all flustered and says 'yeah bc it's so easy to get away with', except with 3 or 4 paragraphs of personal attacks and rants.

Do I understand this correctly?

OP wanted to use double-spend to play in the casino and if he would lose then the scam is obvious because the deposit would be never confirmed and if he wins?

They push deposit with a higher fee to be accepted immediately and try to withdraw ASAP, hoping that the Bitcasino fraud prevention team wouldn't notice it?

It looks pretty dumb to count on their mistake, knowing that the fraud prevention team is monitoring "double-spend" attempts non-stop.

Or I am missing something?

Definately missing something deposited 0.43 btc played roulette brought it up to ~3-4 btc and chased some slots on 2-10 mbtc a pop Lost a whole lot and decided to take a 4x deposit balance home

I played around 5-7 hours straight >.>

Looks like a week before you tried to withdraw a little less than you deposited 1 hr 3min earlier.

Their argument is that it's really easy for one person to do it if they want.  And that's true.  But you'd need to organize thousands of people to have any real effect - and if that were happening all the time then when 5 guys in NJ get caught delivering 15 ballots that weren't properly signed it wouldn't become a nation wide talking point for how bad voter fraud is and the Dems are stealing the election.

And then when they try to impeach him I'm sure you will defend him against the illegal unconstitutional coup that no president should ever have to go through, right?

You mean like the attempted illegal unconstitutional coup you have been defending for the past 4 years?

Yeah.  Like that one.  You can defend it and explain that impeachment is entirely constitutional and even if it weren't it still wouldn't be a coup since the result would simply be replacing the president with his hand picked VP while congress would be unaffected, and then nutildah can chime in  "u just mad cuz Trump lost. WITCHHUNT WITCHHUNT WITCHHUNT WITCHHUNT WITCHHUNT !!!11"
