If a 100 whales of crypto holder tells me to dump all my crypto then I will, this is a good time to buy in the dip, it's on discount mode, nobody knows and can expect accurately what will be the price of crypto's in the future, it depends on you If you'll sell all you have but don't regret when time comes that crypto will be valuable again. It's a matter of decision mate, selling can still hurt the market.

To be Honest i haven't seen a sort of "stablecoin", even fiat, if you will just keep your fiat from time to time it will stay to what value it is in your beloved country but when traded to other country then the price always fluctuates it's either it goes up or down, so in other words there is no stability. The statement of the reply posts in this thread seems like saying that lightning network is not yet stable, it's picky to different Operating  system so if ever OP is attempting to use or learn about Lightning Network then a suggestion is you can get back after months or let's say years for the stabilitity of use of Lightning Network. There are so many news appearing in the forum saying that the adaptation of idea of crypto currency is now initiating different denomination, but the problem is the price (red days) as what is seen in the market. However, this can be a good state because the market is in dip mode or discount mode for future use. As soon as possible if or maybe.   So, while cheering ourselves with good News's time to buy crypto, depends on what you can.

Base on my experience Scam ICO is will be known if there is no assurance like how can a project run smoothly if it is listed and how can the platform be able to function as what it is, there are so many ICO which produces lots of FUDs saying that project will be to the moon LOL, isn't it too obvious? Part of marketing. a true ICO project deals with Good reputation of developers, well created website (also can be an option to see if secured or not) and last but not the least you can identify scam ICO in it's feedback.

This news can be consider as good news but the main problem which have to be focused is the fluctuation of the price of crypto. Korea also has a big impact of founding the adaptation of crypto in different places all over the world. I am also encountering this problem currently, If I'm going in a specific I section like meta it took me more or less one minute to be in, this happen suddenly, so I try to install bing app and Firefox and the problem is the same with different browser, this might be an attack or it's under maintenance I guess. Mate, my explanation goes like this, if a new developed crypto is created the choice of the founder or creator depends on Him if He would like to reveal His Identity for less security of how much he own of His own crypto, my point is, nem is knowledgeably made by a group of developers and the safetiness depends on who Holds or own it, Hackers will not attack a specific area specifically NEM of they don't have the ability to do it and the availability of transparency of the owner of the NEM.

simple explanation, crypto currency is safe, the idea of losing it because it was stole by somebody is the idea of unsafetiness because there are hackers, who keeps on lurin around making ways to initiate the thing they want to get. the problem is, Hackers are very smart, if they are untraceable it means that things happen in incognito mode.

Selling crypto currently is not advisable you you should have to buy because it's good to buy in times of dip, wait for the color green then you should sell your crypto whatever you like to trade with.  However newly listed altcoins on different exchange site is also a good way to make money roll, I'm not good in tradinhg but I have lessons which helps me to evaluate good deals, keep calm and make good decision to it.

Some project rewarding tokens sometimes do a suicidal move they doesn't even think about to their investors , when it become listed to exchange site some do it for the purpose of will be earned profit, but if that token has the owner of making it as a good coin then the best thing to do is HODL,  if your are confused, sell 50% of it and then HODL the 50% so that you can make it balance while the token is running.
