281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favorite Decentralized Exchange? on: May 02, 2018, 08:41:38 AM
How often do people use decentralized exchanges here? And what is everyone's favorite?
IDEX because I think IDEX UI/UX is better than Fork Delta and trading volume and higher trading volume
Actually i prefer Waves DEX but the trading volume is low there and most altcoin in DEX Waves is less interesting for me
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Nasdaq launch Bitcoin? on: May 02, 2018, 06:39:20 AM
I read an article in October 2018 that the Nasdaq is going to launch the bitcoin exchange, is it really possible?
If Nasdaq really opens the bitcoin exchange, how much do you expect the price of bitcoin to rise this year?
I'm not so sure it will launch in the near future but I'm sure they'll launch it because they will realize what they should do
When crypto demand is higher NASDAQ or other stock exchanges will follow where the market demand will go or they will die
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cheap Altcoins to mine ???? on: May 01, 2018, 02:15:16 PM
I have just been wondering........On RX ......GPU's. I been mining Musicoin @ 800 coins per day in the hope they may spike sometime in the future. What other coins are very easy and cheap to mine besides Musicoin.
I think all the cheap coins definitely have low difficulty to be mined because that causes cheap price is a coins that is easy to get by mining but not all of those coins have potential to be expensive , so the most important thing to your expectation is to look for potential coin
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most promising coin on Cryptopia now ? on: May 01, 2018, 01:39:00 PM
What is most "undervalued" coin on cryptopia which wasnt pumped or not much pumped yet ? I have 250 USDT here and i want gamble a little it must be low cost coin with future potential but please dont recommand some dead stuff like Centra (they still list it lol).
If I see from the price chart I think potential crypto and still undervalued in cryptopia is Electroneum
Electroneum price today is close to its cheapest price , I don't know the cause of this happening but that I know Electroneum is one of the projects that succeeded in reaching hardcap when ICO
285  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Jasa Jual beli merit ? Yang benar saja! on: May 01, 2018, 10:07:30 AM
Shocked
Hallo Seluruh anggota forum bitcointalk.
Sedang marak cara mendapatkan merit dengan mudah?
Bagaimana sih cara terbaik mendapatkan merit dengan cepat?
- ya terbongkar sudah kecurangan dari anggota bitcointalk , yang memberikan merit nya?
Jadi begini. Mereka memanfaatkan Twitter audit pro sebagai sistem nya!
Lalu cara kerjanya bagaimana?
- begini, mereka membeli akun Twitter audit. Lalu mereka membuat postingan di out of Topic.

286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Domain Ownership: bitcoin.com on: April 30, 2018, 03:29:02 PM
They may have a case if they can prove that the name is being used in bad faith. A bad faith registration is described on this page.
https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=1738d8db-1f83-439a-acd3-eb33a0d7647f

You will see that two intentions that can prove bad faith are these -
Quote
registering the domain names primarily to disrupt a competitor’s business;

But for the current case between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin is it a business category? as far as I know Bitcoin isn't trademarked
287  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Token hasil Bounty, masuk market, langsung jual atau hold? on: April 30, 2018, 09:27:17 AM
Hai bro,
Kalau saya si tergantung situasi dan kondisi bro..
Kalau lagi butuh duit atau yakin harganya udah di pucuk langsung saya jual dan saya tahan kalo saya yakin sama project tersebut
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / The Next Step For Litecoin creator is to eventually “step away” on: April 30, 2018, 08:14:54 AM
In an interview with TenX: https://mobile.twitter.com/julianhosp/status/989745213441626114
Charlie Lee claimed that to make litecoin more decentralized then he would step away from Litecoin

In my opinion the statement contradicts his promised to not quitting and spend all time working on Litecoin
How about you?
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which do you prefer anonymous developer/creator or well revealed person? on: April 29, 2018, 03:20:10 PM
Lots of ICO are conducting KYC why to know the identity of the investors. But lets reverse it this way on 2 biggest Crypto Bitcoin and Etherium. Bitcoin founder is Satoshi Nakamoto while Ethereum is Vitalik Buterin between these 2, Etherium's creator revealed himself in public and roaming around the globe to raise awareness of his project to community while bitcoins`s founder still remain anonymously but his project dominate`s the market. Wow very hard to choose right?

Many people still fond of bitcoin but they don't know who actually create it. Mean what's were patronizing here is the product and not the person behind it. Logical but that's the fact. Its impossible no one knew who actually made it cause he didn't do it alone.

Now answering my title question on my opinion, I prefer the revealed creator rather than the anonymous guy even though they both have amazing product. Why? cause this will be in history and you don't want to recognize a screen name when that person make an enourmous advancement in technology.

Same with you, but I prefer the revealed creator because I think It is a person who dared to take risks, ready to accept criticism from the public and responsible person
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell high, i get it but how? on: April 29, 2018, 02:19:30 PM
Hi All,

All the Crypto experts are always banging on about selling high, which is in most cases is correct, but i don't really get how someone can lock in the profits.

If i sell, do i convert the coin back to BTC for profit? How does someone make profit because most of the time when coins dump so does BTC! so how does someone secure profits?

What do you peeps do? I'm slightly confused.

Thanks

Profit is not always about the amount of FIAT that increases , so what kind of profit do you want?
-, Take your profit to BTC if you trade to increase your Bitcoin amount,
-, Take your profit to FIAT if you want profit in FIAT

But there are several factors that make traders prefer trading in Bitcoin pair Altcoins
-, Exchange services do not provide altcoins exchange for their traditional currency
-, Altcoins option on FIAT pair Altcoins is less if compared with Bitcoin pair Altcoins market
-, Trading volume

291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Overall bitcoin is having only 21 Million Supply!!!! on: April 29, 2018, 10:02:58 AM
I am still thinking about the people who is not believign bitcoin or just selling their bitcoin to fiat . they are forgettign the initial concept of bitcoin its only 21 million supply . So the price will increase for sure because population entering to Bitcoin and supply . If 1% of the population started using bitcoin then bitcoin supply will be less . So grab your before its too late.

maximum supply of Bitcoin is 21 million but I think not all Bitcoins can be traded or transacted because some people lose access to their wallets, indirectly it reduces amount of Bitcoin that can be traded and make Bitcoin supply more limited
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Roger Ver To Face Lawsuit on: April 28, 2018, 06:50:05 PM
Over 800 individuals have come together to create a community against Bitcoin.com and its CEO Roger Ver. A legal action has been pursued by the “Bitcoin.com lawsuit/victims” Telegram group for misleading the users into buying BCH instead of BTC.

The domain name is Bitcoin.com and he promotes BCH on his site by assuming that BCH is the Real Bitcoin
Whatever the reason I agree that it is misleading , I hate this dispute , until how long the dispute about the Real Bitcoin will end
293  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HOW TO protect yourself from Scammers on: April 28, 2018, 05:47:26 PM
I agree with various opinions on this thread, personally I use this way to protect myself from scamers;
-, check or do research before starting investment, transactions, etc
-, keep your privacy for example: personal data, private key of your wallet, password, etc

some cases of fraud occur because the victims are careless, SO keep calm and be carefull
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin going the Silver Way on: March 03, 2018, 06:49:28 AM
I often think about this question. What if the world doesn't actually need Bitcoin? What if people stop buying in the rhetoric?
If Bitcoin is not useless and people stop buying Bitcoin
I think Bitcoin price Will fall..
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just saw this Etherdelta news, how you guys think?? RIP?? on: January 05, 2018, 08:43:00 AM
-, attacked
-, start ICO
-, Listing policy
Etherdelta is worst site ever, their actions are not repairing the service but instead kill this service
296  Economy / Economics / Re: Market capital, will XRP ripple be a permanent #2 to Bitcoin? on: December 29, 2017, 03:51:37 PM
When I type this post, ETH has returned to rank 2 cryptocurrency

It's hard to stay in ETH position but XRP has a chance for that, in the short term I hope XRP can be stable at this price , to prove that the current price increase is not just a pump
297  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Altcoins to Etherium or Bitcoin for trading on: December 26, 2017, 03:20:59 PM
Hi - I'm new to cryptocurrency trading and need advice whether to trade on ETH/ALT(Crypto) or BTC/ALT(Crypto) currency pairs.

I understand the whole market is tied to Satoshi/BTC ratio and not fiat currency (expt Tether) and this is where I was making BIG mistakes when trading i.e sometimes keeping the BTC or ETH was far more valuable than converting to an Alt coin in the first place.

ETH seems more stable, my concern being that when I sell the crypto into either BTC or ETH then the value of the BTC/ETH changes and if I dont quickly buy something else then any profit diminishes. What do most people use ?

What is the ideal "store" for profit in these markets since you cannot convert to fiat currency without the hurdles of transfer costs ?

If you trade ETH or BTC / ALT (crypto) then I suggest following the trend in the market,
For example lately I tend to trade in ETH / ALT because ETH is more stable and the average of Altcoin paired BTC is down trend
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin owner die. It means bitcoin also lost forever? on: December 25, 2017, 01:01:17 PM
I just got this question in my mind. What will happen if no one knows about the pasword of his/her acount will it posibly deduct to the main supply of bitcoin? Example bitcoin was 21million supply and one man got 1 million bitcoin he was holding and suddenly he died no one can open his wallet is it posible that the remaining 20 million bitcoin forever?
Bitcoin remains 21million in Blockchain but because the owner of 1million Bitcoin dies and nobody can access the wallet so only 20million Bitcoins can be used / accessed

Yes. But a fork might change that. As a current example, the Segwit2x fork that has been announced for 28 December proposes to redistribute Satoshi Nakamoto’s coins.
Only Bitcoin owned by Satoshi will be redistributed or all old inactive Bitcoin addresses?
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't believe the HYPE! BTC trans. confirmed in 22 minutes, BCH took 3 HOURS!!! on: December 24, 2017, 05:47:25 PM
Well the point is BCH transaction is far from the theme of " fast transaction ", low fees and fast transaction are nothing more than a joke from their community , so don't be easily affected by news from BCH community
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Crypto Will Replace Bitcoin In Small Payments ? ETH, Ripple ? on: December 22, 2017, 12:11:22 PM
As we all know Bitcoin have very high price, therefore in small payments Bitcoin will be replaced with some crypto, but which one ? If we look in all cryptos - https://coinmarketcap.com/, it is very hard to say, which crypto will be most popular in next three to five years. May be ETH or Ripple ?

Ripple and ETH are very popular and have very good developments, but I do not think they can compete with bitcoin, there are some aspects they have to go through to replace bitcoin
Personally I prefer to use altcoin for small payments and I think ETH or XRP have been competing with Bitcoin even they could be the best choice for small payment
