281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will keep people from getting into cryptocurrency? on: September 01, 2018, 06:53:12 PM
reasons I often find and make other people reluctant to use cryptocurrency, because they think crypto is a field that is easily passed by many bad people.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should bounty hunters show English proficiency certificate? on: August 31, 2018, 01:33:28 PM
A bounty manager in one telegram group was mad at the bad English of some hunters and made a statement that his next bounties will require English proficiency certificate. What are your views.I think it will enhance posts quality .
according to my point of view, expertise in English does not need to be prioritized, but the most important thing in a bounty is the performance of the participants.
it is useless in English but the performance is poor.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are you still using MEW? on: August 31, 2018, 01:27:27 PM
From various sources, MyEtherWallet (MEW) are not under development and maintenance any more. Even its founders has confirmed that they are switching to develop a new platform called mycrypto and encourage everybody to move there property to there.
But IMO, MEW or mycrypto is just a gateway to access your real wallet in the blockchain, so, both of them are still fine event MEW is not maintained anymore, right?

why should it be like that.
what is the reason they leave, is there something wrong there. if there is no reason why there must be something new.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Banks on blockchain? on: August 31, 2018, 01:17:08 PM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/singapore-central-bank-partners-with-deloitte-nasdaq-on-blockchain-asset-settlement/amp
http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/05/21/18/unionbank-to-link-rural-banks-using-blockchain
What is the possible reasons why banks adopt of joining blockchain?  Please share your opinions . Is it really  helps rural banks  and small banks to be more productive and efficient? Is it faster and easier in terms of financial transactions to the  mass market and brings down the cost of service?
I see the bank does not want its role to be replaced by bitcoin. when banks have implemented the blockchain technology they will arrange in such a way that they remain on top.
and in my opinion this is done for their "bank" not good for the people or bank users.
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: August 31, 2018, 12:43:38 PM
The answer is just simple, we all are cowards  Smiley. Everyone will like to wake up one day and find out that Btc has reached 50,000. All these people are scared to invest hugely in bitcoin but want to become  Crypto millionaire and Billionaire. You ask them why they are scared and they are like crypto is volatile and so on. This is the time to set the record straight make people realize what they are into. If you are scared then there is no need for you to join this amazing fraternity Smiley.
cowards for me those words are not right for us to embed for every investor in cryptocurrency.
the reason.
1. Cryptocurrency has just exploded and people have just known him
2. Many investors have no experience
3. they cannot predict future price movements.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: August 26, 2018, 06:44:52 AM
They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.

With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
I have also felt it, some time ago I found an icoscam project on the ico rating site. so I agree with you that the site really sided.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy more ETH? on: August 26, 2018, 05:02:10 AM
I want to buy some ETH more, but the market is too bleak. What should I do?
actually buying eth at the moment I think the time is right, but there are many things that make us hesitate to do that, a lot of news that explains that there will be lower prices on eth, I hope that will not happen.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Grain.io • The Backbone Of Modern Work Agreements on: August 25, 2018, 11:50:57 PM
I sold last eth on 700 usd, as I see how it collapses, and it will go much further, and it can hit 150 easily in next two months
But the thing is, that at the moment I have tokens only in two different ico
And both of them delayed, and I'm quite happy with it
for this reason are they delaying the distribution of this token grain?
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: August 25, 2018, 11:12:27 PM
Do you have any good reason to believe that the ICO market is going to grow this year?
This year the ICO market is not too bad, it's just not as good as the previous year. if I see many people who are reluctant to invest there for reasons of price volatility this year.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PoS][TOKC] TokyoCoin - New PoS Algorithm | FREE Airdrops on: August 25, 2018, 10:56:15 PM

291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you suppose will happen when BTC loses it's dominance? on: August 25, 2018, 10:37:05 PM
Every week BTC seems to lose it's market dominance. Currently it sits at 34.4 percent but what happens when it becomes 5 percent or less? Thoughts?
this seems difficult to happen, but if this happens it is possible that bitcoin will lose its influence on the altcoin, and this will make the market even more extreme.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to all other coins if,bitcoin will die? on: August 24, 2018, 05:06:43 PM
In my own observation on these past few months,if the bitcoin price in the market goes down, all other coins are also down. Other coins will remain,if bitcoin's totally died?

Any opinion please!...
if the death of bitcoin is due to a government ban then all altcoins will die. if it's dead because the lesser altcoin enthusiasts will keep running even without bitcoin.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Grain.io • The Backbone Of Modern Work Agreements on: August 24, 2018, 05:00:45 PM
from the date that has been determined, the distribution of tokens is up to 3 days late.
is there a problem?
if there is a problem please explain.
Please ask directly to the Grain.io bounty admin.
You can contact via telegram or even pm manager bounty.
Besides, they provide telegram channels to serve all their customers, why don't you ask there?
you need to see the information they update, they "bounty managers" do not interfere in the distribution of rewards to bounty participants.
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: August 24, 2018, 04:52:26 PM
Bitcoin was supposed to be used as a currency, not only a form of investment. However, it's been more successful as a form of investment, a "speculative asset".

Do you guys think that this can change in the long term ?

bitcoin is a currency, I think it's very difficult or even impossible to do it. and I, I don't want the world to want it to happen, only a miracle can make it happen.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia is going to accept crypto! on: August 18, 2018, 04:11:37 PM
Hey guys, what do you think about the last news from Russia? Russian government will legalize crypto! Do you think it will pump market again?
actually it's a good thing. but lately I have found a lot of similar news, only that the news has no positive influence on the current market situation.
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the crypto market? on: August 18, 2018, 03:56:39 PM
I have been following the crypto scene for the past year and sometimes even though some companies do well their token price drastically goes down and this is the same with btc too. People like john mcafee and roger ver are always talking about how we should get ready for the bullish market but yet the price keeps on decreasing and so i'm asking how and who controls the price. If there is anyone who might be running it?
all I know that control is the CEO and the biggest asset holder, they are the ones who can control the crypto market.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PoS][TOKC] TokyoCoin - New PoS Algorithm | FREE Airdrops on: August 18, 2018, 03:46:22 PM
Is there no new exchange for this coin, I see the price development is very slow. I bought this coin at a price of 100 sat, and at the moment I don't know what to do.
You can sell it for 15 sta now, but we wait TOKC near 400-500sat - near dgb price
could it happen, 400-500 sat is a price that is too far from the current price. and I see this coin only has one exchange. could the price you call be achieved.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long time holding, is it a smart thing to do? on: August 18, 2018, 03:39:12 PM
Long time holding is a smart thing to do as far as crypto currency is concern. I have realize that, investors try to play smart in the crypto business in that, they begin to dump most tokens to cause a decline in token prices. This will in turn pave way for them to buy more tokens in other for them to hold for long and sell at higher prices when token values shoot up. In spite of this, is long term holding a smart thing to do as a bounty hunter and why?
Yes, maybe you are right, I want to add, do not you hold your assets for a long time without you having predictions, if you hold without predictions you can lose everything you have. so my advice is resistant and predictive
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Whitepaper determined credibility of an ICO on: August 18, 2018, 03:33:24 PM
An intending cryptocurrency investors recently approached me for my input in an ICO he intend invest on. And one of my advised to him his to read through the whitepaper of the ICO to determined how credibly and successful the ICO will be.
He then, ask me how sure I am that a well written whitepaper will determined how credibly, trusted and successful an ICO will be.
I couldn't give a clear answer to the question, because I personal know that so many scam ICO have a good and well detail whitepaper.

What's your take on the ICO whitepaper, can the information therein be enough to determine how successful an ICO will be.
for me white paper is not something that can be used as a reference in the success of an IO or not. but in white paper only describes the details of a project.
in my opinion that can be a reference in ico is the establishment of a project team in carrying out the project.
