this isnt  new at all and this isnt also a good news because russia did already accept cryptos a long time ago . the op of this thread must be outdated . infact russia did already install bitcoin atm's on most of their citie's and they are the first country that implements this idea . aside from russia ,  we can also expect that other countries will do the same as the crypto trend will go on .

If its not fake then it will be a good momentum for crypto.
