Im actually buying altcoins in Pre-ICO where the price is still too cheap. Some of theses altcoins have promising future where I can invest in small amount and maybe profit big as time goes by. I dont really inves much in bitcoin because it is already so expensive, so my biggest share of cryptocoin is in ethereum and litecoin, and then smaller amounts of other altcoins.

Unbelievable,  I really find this useful. Am I the only one using this to check which ICO is best to join for campaigns and for investing?  Thanks a lot for this post.

Na encounter ko na rin yun,  mas matagal pa nga yung sa akin inabot ng dalawang araw., eh di naman masyadong malaki yung bitcoin na dinideposit ko.  Nag worry nanga ako at panay check kung tapos na ba yung transaction. Pero after that,  di na ako nakaranas ulit,  at least alam ko ngayun may times talaga matagal yung txns.

There is actually a very big chance that ether will reach $700 by the end of the year. As of writing of this post, ether has already reached $690 and with still 15 days to go, there is still a lot of time for eth to reach that amount.

I agree. But still there is a 50/50 chance that you'll get a successful altcoin because as we can see, there are also a lot of small altcoins that is still small even three-four months later. The advantage in investing in cheap altcoins is that even if you fail, you'll lose only a small amount of your investment.

If you want to avoid 100% from shitcoins, you really have to avoid all ICOs. There are no really set of rules and requirements that you can tell that a coins is legit, scam, successful or a failure. Everyone investing knows that this is all 50/50 chance that you get a legit and successful coin of out ICOs.

Porn could be very good project for an ICO. But I think the startup for these kind of project is difficult. You should first promote a porn website that has good videos and media so that investors could see if the project will be successful.

Definitely not lol. There are actually good tokens out there but the percentage of good token to bad token is very low. Since there are so many emerging tokens nowadays, you can't really trace the value and status of the token especially if you just dump it right away because all token must grow in time.

You must be really new to cryptoworld. Fluctuations in bitcoin price happens almost everytime and thee are time that bitcoin dropped very low like what happened on September 2017.But one thing is sure, bitcoin price has always been rising that and even became stronger .

There's nothing we can do about bitcoin being used in crimes. Since it is untraceable, btc can be used easily for payments in illegal transactions. But let us be reminded that even before bitcoin, criminals are still using money illegally so whichever comes to them, bitcoin or fiat, they will use it.

At first it would be bane, especially to those who really need to trade in ETH ASAP, but if you look at the bigger picture, if you are a fan of ERC20 coins, it is really a big improvement for ethereum blockchain. Of course there will be inconvenience at start but eventually it will make eth network stronger by 2018 and beyond.

It was my first time trading and one time I saw a coin rising fast (I think it's in the process of pumping) so I bought big time then suddenly the rising stop and drop slowly, I waited for 2 hours to see if it is still going up but that was it, I lost half my money that time.

I agree with you on that, when I was starting with crypto, i had diffiulties in finding stable altcoins to invest with, but as time goes on, I realized it was best to invest in ethereum and bitcoin in the end.

I never had problems with bitfinex so far and the longest wait I've done for a transaction is almost 8 hours which I treid to contact support. If you think you waited too long for a transaction, you can contact support for clarifications.

You give me a really good point in this one. I think its too risky holding a huge amount (if bitcoin will really get to $20K) in a flashdrive or android phone (for me). Anything can happen to it and boom it's gone.

This is one of the advantage of bitcoin volatility. Altcoins will also rise for sure as what have been going on. Because a lot of people sold their altcoins to stock their wallets with bitcoin hence the prices of other coins tend to drop because of the current dump.

Probably some tokens from airdrops. I also had a this because one I also joined some airdrops but stopped when airdrops started to ask for donations (although they said it was optional but obviously they didn't give any to those who did not donate).

If this problems goes on until the end of the month (December 2017), this will effect greatly against ethereum and make investors avoid eth for a while until this is solved.  It will be bad for eth and other ERC20 coins and surely will be a very big disadvantage for eth especially for 2018.
