It's not so much what has been done, but what can and will be done. There is a very strong developer, backer, and PR team behind DIVI. The power and influence those people have is remarkable.
Anyone can offer a cryptocurrency "to the masses", but can they implement it? The next step is to have trusted sources back the team, further promoting the coin to those who aren't "in" the crypto world yet. The easy to use smartphone app is going to truly help DIVI blow the fuck up. Cloud/VPN based masternodes without a high electrical bill and expensive equipment is seriously such an underrated asset to DIVI.
The fact that I could buy Ethereum on Coinbase, buy DIVI with the ETH, AND set up a masternode on the cloud all while sitting down and taking a shit just blows my mind. People pay for Candycrush, lol. When they know they can invest in real world gains just as easy, he masses will join.
This is some very serious shit that goes way beyond ICO bonuses.
That's my point.. It seems like the team wants this to be much more than just another ICO, but the way they are marketing it makes it look like they only want care about the money. How are they going to implement it? What phone app? You have to dig in order to find this information, which should be made readily available if the Divi team wants to reach out to the masses. Regular people will read "Masternode? Tiered masternode? WTF is that?" I'm willing to give the dev team all the trust that they know what they are doing  I have registered for the mailing list. Looking forard to receiving further details about the development of the coin, as well as the upcoming airdrop. Right now we are advertising to potential contributors and people who know crypto. Only Novaexchange is legally bound to give you back your TIMEREUM Tokens , and like the dev said in one of his posts as a possible solution was too withdraw your other coins for safety reasons , change password and email before and after he is done giving you your ELIX in exchange for burning your novaexchange TME. It's the only hope left for Users with TME stuck on novaexchange, because novaexchange is just too incompetent and or unwilling to help users. Has anyone transferred their LAT to LATX? How was the process? Is it a pretty easy process? To me, it looks like we send our LAT to 1st address in the instructions and then after that I assume we enter the Custom Token details; is that correct?
Also, since we need to send our LAT from within our wallet (myetherwallet), do we need GAS? I have never sent anything from myetherwallet. How much GAS do we need? I am so new to using myetherwallet so sorry for the questions.

So, yes, you'll require gas. i haven't found the info about switching tokens yet, though I just don't understand how do we know how much GAS is required. Do we Generate Transaction and then load ETH to cover the transaction fee or do we have to have ETH first? If so, how am I supposed to know how much ETH to purchase? OK dev, here's a suggested plan of action for you to consider (the community is welcome to make recommendations):
1) Complete re-brand of this coin, new logo, new artwork etc. Let's start from fresh with a brand new professional image.
2) Get other devs: You could do this by offering them coins, and convincing them to join (with the community willing to support them with the project).
3) Marketing, promotion & publicity - Social media campaigns, YouTube bounties, other forms of marketing etc.
4) Whitepaper - with or without the help of the community, produce a high quality, 30 page minimum detailed whitepaper outlining all objectives/aims of coin.
5) Bounties/airdrops - to attract more people into the forum and show them that the community is solidly behind this coin.
6) Possible re-launch?

The next week after the bitcoingold comes out, bitcoin will start to decline in price. Perhaps the price of onion will skyrocket That is true. People are stocking up BTC to get their share of BTCGold. After that, they will convert it back to different cryptos. The advantage, that some people would have perceived, is that in this frenzy for free BTCGold coins, the price of other cryptos will fall (like with DO). So they will get back more of their original crypto when they buy them back after 25-Oct. And as the market swings, the prices of other cryptos will rise to balance the demand and BTC will stabilize at a lower price. That ends up as a Win-Win! Bitcoin price and bitcoin gold is not related. People are not buying bitcoin to get some free scam coins. There is really no reason to belive that the rally will end anytime soon. The likelyhood of the 2x fork causing major damage is diminishing. I would not be suprised to see prices above 8k before new year. The DeepOnion price will not go up untill its chance of long term success improves. Listing on a major exchange would help. But in the end it is the work of the developers and the community that gives DeepOnion value. The price might fall to 10 cents and rise to 10 dollars in a few weeks if the fundamentals change. Right on! Im pretty much inline with your analysis there! Im not sure it will reach 8k$ by year end thou, think it will retrace a bit at the end of the month... As for DO well its all about features. I think it will definitely retrace and I think it will be quite a bit before it stabilizes again....I'm thinking at least $4k or even lower. Once the fork happens, I think a lot of traders will dump their funds back into the alt coins that have gotten slammed. |

hmmm, sadly the price on Novaexchange is still going down. Fortunately we are not looking at the short-term price  . Hopefully after 18 November when the X2 hardfork-drama is behind us, all the alts, including DO will recover. Obviously still bullish on the long-term value of DeepOnions!  yeah people mass selling alts coin for take Bitcoins because another hardfork, this very low Onions price i hope is just temporaly DeepOnion is not alone in this scenario. Majority of traders are dumping their ALTS to get bitcoins for the sake of Bitcoingold. after everything settle down we can see the price will bounce back to its normal price level. For now, its best to buy while its cheap. I really don't think the price of Altcoins are moving down because of BitcoinGold airdrop, it is just a market sentiment towards Altcoins this was thesame thing that played out this time last year I disagree. There is a close connection to the rise in price of BTC versus the price of the altcoins. Since most people look at the value of their particular alt coin vs. BTC, it is an automatic correction to the price of the alt coin vs. BTC price. |
