OK dev, here's a suggested plan of action for you to consider (the community is welcome to make recommendations):

1) Complete re-brand of this coin, new logo, new artwork etc. Let's start from fresh with a brand new professional image.

2) Get other devs: You could do this by offering them coins, and convincing them to join (with the community willing to support them with the project).

3) Marketing, promotion & publicity - Social media campaigns, YouTube bounties, other forms of marketing etc.

4) Whitepaper - with or without the help of the community, produce a high quality, 30 page minimum detailed whitepaper outlining all objectives/aims of coin.

5) Bounties/airdrops - to attract more people into the forum and show them that the community is solidly behind this coin.

6) Possible re-launch?

1 - When you say Re-brand you mean new specs also? to make it easier to mine and start staking .
2 - Getting other devs its all right, but what will be the function of that other devs?
3 -About the new artwork and logo its ok if someone wants to make it.
4- Whitepaper is not easy. I mean.. is not just a text (30 page of nothing are useless) need to know exactly what we wanna do.
5. Bounties/Airdrops are ok. Just need to prepare a bountie list.
6- I like the Re-launch idea. Will be easier to me to make a brand new coin with new specs and swap it at NOVA per example.

1) We need devs to make a very secure, working wallet.

2) We need to identify the problems affecting Litecoin and how we can solve them with Litecoin Ultra (and how the devs will do this).

3) We need devs that will allow others/the community to mine this coin.

4) The main purpose of this coin (I assume) is to be a lighter and faster alternative to Litecoin, and if this is our purpose then the whitepaper must detail how and why this coin should be adopted, and why people should choose it over Litecoin etc.

5) We need knowledgeable devs who have the skill and know-how to make this coin faster, even if it involves running on a better blockchain/infrastructure etc. (Something like the tangle would be good).

6) Once our purpose is established and we have devs, then we can start the whitepaper with a clear purpose of what this coin is and why it should be used (we'll need to know this if we are going to convince people to mass-adopt it).

As of today i have completely sold out of my position with LTCU.  I appreciate the community supporting this coin and wanting to make it succeed but unfortunately i dont see the same drive within its own developer.  I feel the developer is relying too much on the community instead of taking the reigns and implementing his own ideas.  With that being said, good luck to everyone invested moving forward.
