281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start an successful ico on: October 04, 2017, 11:32:54 AM
If you think that you have the right idea and a good set of team, I think the best way to launch an ICO is contact the CofoundIT team as they have specialization in launching successful ICO's. Also getting associated with them will give you an advantage.

Well I wouldn't call that the best way! They provide a 3rd party service like many others do...

I like how this went from Dev asking if an airdrop is a good idea for his coin to a life lesson about airdrop and bounties. lol

:-) I wouldn't make any decision without education myself, gathering other opinions, analyze them and compare with the current state of my knowledge and then consult with the team to make a final decisions!

As expected. Thanks dev.

I like your way of thinking!  Grin  Ps.: Im not in the dev team. Im in the project management team of Licensium!

Well then MR project management team, you're just as important  Cheesy

haha Thank you again! I like your charming way of saying things! Keep it up! Wink
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start an successful ico on: October 04, 2017, 07:42:54 AM
Much has been said about the common shortcomings of bad projects, and about the main characteristics of the good ones. I just would like to add that most people prefer to invest in projects  that are shooting right now, few are ready to assess the long-term outlook, so often even really good ideas die, for the lack of funds for development, while sometimes the apparently absurd concepts are staying in demand.

Agree with you! Its getting harder and harder for "real" good projects to get seen and get the word out! The noise of scam or bad projects is getting louder and louder! They invest much money in their marketing. Do not fall in such traps!
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start trading alt coins? Beginner Tips! on: October 04, 2017, 07:39:54 AM
How to trade? Just get right into to! Your experience will be more valuable than any technical analysis in the long run. That is not to say that you should not learn technicalities of trade!  If the fundamentals of any coin is good, you csn short ir long! Just trade. Cavert! Trade with what you can afford to lose!

Nice input thx, BUT just invest small to gain experience! And education and experience are key to success!
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: October 04, 2017, 07:31:59 AM
nothing bad dreaming to become rich in cryptoworld i suggest with you mate take it easy for your dream you can't get one time bigtime to become a rich pateience and enjoy working here in crypto are the way get your dreams become a rich hard work and lack of knowledge about bitcoin.

Yes step by step and hard work and maybe one day you can earn some bigger amounts. Until then, educate yourself, research and go slow!
A lot of the people in crypto especially for those already in here since the crypto was not booming like this time. Already did hardwork and as you can see just like some people alreayd become the millionaire caused by the trade.

Yes I agree. But non of the become millionaire in no time. The traded months, years to became rich. And do not forget to mention all the mass of people that lost money via trading because the jumped in unprepared!

I made a new thread to create a list of (hopeful ALL) trading portals & exchanges: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2235463
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Altcoin Exchanges & Trading Portals ( List ) on: October 04, 2017, 06:34:19 AM
Hi!

I would like to create a list with all available trading portals and exchanges!

Would appreciate to get input from you guys to provide a good list for the community.

Trading Portals & Exchanges

- Poloniex
- Bittrex
- Bitsquare
- Shapeshift
- Yobit
- Coinexchange
- Cryptopia
- Hitbtc

* Please note this is not a "recommendation" list!
** once the list is complete I will try to add links and short description over time...

Powered by Licensium Team & Community Members

****************************************************************************************************

I do need this list for our ongoing projects and I believe it will be valued info to the forum to share the data & info!

Reminder: You need to join Slack in order to add you on tracker sheet. No Slack = no LCX distribution to you!

Hi,

I just joined into Signature + Wide Forum posting campaign and I'm 'JJ Dabbs' in slack.
May I suggest you to add #signature_campaign channel there. As per your requirement for screenshot on every post, the main channel will become a real mess very soon.

Good luck with the project!

Hello!

Thatīs good news! Really appreciate that you joined the signature bounty!!! Grin Grin Grin

Yes I agree with your suggestions! There are different channels on Slack already. There was just no time to split all the user up regarding the bounties they signed up!

Cheers!

I wonder if there is somewhere a list including all available trading portals?

294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to start an successful ico on: October 03, 2017, 09:24:11 PM
1. Being transparent for the community and honest
2. Communication, communication, communication
3. Write HOW tokens relate to the project (only speculative, or a security)
4. Webinars

Can you provide some links to good webinars? That would be awesome!
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is finding members for signature bounties getting harder and harder? on: October 03, 2017, 09:23:13 PM
Many ICO campaigns unfortunately accept everyone into their ranks. It is getting harder and harder to find pure fluent English speakers although they are still around. It is quite surprising there are not more of us, actually. Bitcoin is on the world stage now, yet 99% of the posters here do not speak English as their mother tongue. If you think about it, that is quite an odd stat.
Because these relatively low paying bounties attract the poorest, most desperate crypto
users.  I bet half of them wouldn't even be into bitcoin if there weren't this opportunity to make
money on the forum.  My native language is English, but I'm not into spamming things about
crypto on my Facebook or Twitter accounts, and I don't need the money that badly so that's why
I don't partake in such things.  I don't find that to be a shame.  It's a shame that there are
people willing to spam their friends and family and ruin this forum for a few dollars.

Thank you for sharing your view! sadly there lies some true in it!
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why isn't crypto going mainstream? on: October 03, 2017, 09:14:30 PM
I think one of the biggest hold-back is the mostly complicated withdraw to USD. If the withdraw to USD would be easier it would grow much fast IMHO.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: October 03, 2017, 09:08:34 PM
Nice tread, but its just a marketing for your own ICO and your own coins. It probably can be a big scam, by the way a learned a lot form this message. There are a risks everywhere you go, then bigger money then bigger risks you right. I still remember that.

I do not exactly understand what you want to say but whats wrong with promoting own project? You carry a signature of something you donīt know it is a scam or not! There are at least 100 members in this thread that have a different opinion as yours, but ok. You got heard!

Thank you anyway for your insights and participation!

Can i join the bounty! I like this project and believe it will succeed.

Yes, we made 1 exception for you! But I did already answer you on ANN thread! Huh Huh Huh
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hey guys, how do I even buy altcoins? on: October 03, 2017, 08:59:57 PM
You can buy alt coins during ico where they are much cheaper and/or give bonuses but watch out to not join a scam.

You can check this tips https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2131560.0 and compare with the ico of your choice.

And as others said you can buy them in exchanges and trading portals, also here i advise to read TOS of every service you might choose.

here are some trading beginner tips: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2154746.0

Good Luck!

Hopefully yes. Otherwise I'm losing trust in the sanity of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Because of Ripple? Nah... plz...
