Funny picture for a serious problem! I too hope this will be resolved well before the 14th! If I only knew how to code, I'd be doing it, but I don't! Actually, I'm somewhat surprised there aren't more people with coding skills in crypto currencies. But then, if my sister is any indication of coders/programmers, they're serious people who don't like to speculate??

What do you guys think of http://mining.darkcointalk.org/Been mining there for almost a week now and still haven't been able to find a block. Maybe some of you could switch over and help out with some HASH No fee till May 8th and my gut tells me there should be a block soon... Ok, I moved my gpu and cpu there to help, but have only about 200kh/s so don't think it'll be much help It's getting hard to mine with low hash rate! Unfortunately, since everyone's been mining a whole week, I'll have very few shares when a block is found

Is CoinMine ever coming back?
... or drk.coinmine.pl? Earlier today, feeleep (sp?) said they're under DDOS attack but that the mining continues unhindered??

I don't think that one is updated yet. I sure hope the updated version will be made available before May 14th!

"and as the leader of the FREE world, it is up to us to put an end to these illegal crypto currencies!" On a side note, I was wondering how my wallet could be running but I couldn't find it in my task bar... LOL, new logo!

I don't trade short term because I don't want to profit and take money out of DRK and have others lose faith and get burned. I can't blame people for doing it though but I sure don't think it's a good topic to have around except when you lose and get burned cause you sold to low - I like that.
The reason DRK has been stable is cause everyone has been holding for a long time not easily giving up their coins. But as soon there's some honey in the pot you get all sweet toothed.
You deserve some cavities.
Thanks
On that big rise we had, it started going up so fast, and I thought, oh, I'll sell and buy back low, and lost half my coins, 'cause I bought back high, ROFLMAO, never ever again!

It would be nice if there were an easy way to voluntarily donate, but I don't like the idea of mandatorily require it. yeah! the idea would be masternode admins choosing to donate, setting a fixed value back to p2pool. Like, say 0.5% of earnings. That would go back to p2pool network in the same manner as transaction fees. Too bad p2pool wont work with masternode payouts :-( Any p2pool/python dev, please help the darkcoin community to maintain p2pool after the hardfork in 10 days. https://darkcointalk.org/threads/developement-work-for-p2pool-and-nomp-stratum-patch.360/#post-2771Losing p2pool would mean losing a huge part of decentralization! I seriously hope someone is working on this!

why the pump? Some taliban try to buy ak 47 ?
US Gov bought at 47 to siphon funds to Al Qaeda rebels in Syria See? Even the US government needs us! Jokes aside, I envisage a day when Darkcoin (or something similar) and DarkSend are used by individuals but government departments and officials are forced to leave all their transactions on the public ledger for scrutiny by the citizens to ensure they are spending their citizens' money wisely and honestly. I won't be surprised if it's not this decade though Now THAT is true Utopia IMO!

They told me they'd be posting on darkcointalk soon, it's safe to say it's the same interest at least, lol.
Awesome! Just want everyone to get some compensation for the work they do!

Awesome! I hope they were the same person that asked questions on darkcointalk. If not, that poor person might be at a disadvantage when trying to claim the bounty.

Not true, all inputs are shown on the blockchain. eg. If you input 2 x 10 inputs into the 10 coin pool, both inputs are shown to come from your address, (unless your wallet contains multiple addresses with coin balances).
It does, that's what the delineation is all about. This is no longer done manually, it's automatically done by the wallet. Are you referring to the "throw away" addresses newly created for a Darksend? If so, when sending coins from your normal address to these newly created addresses won't that show up on the blockchain if even all the addresses are in the same wallet? Please excuse me, I think I'm confused-and tired, LOL. Yes, denominated addresses can be linked to your "exposed" wallet address via the block chain. "exposed" meaning your cryptsy deposit address, your pool deposit address, any address you have people send your coins to. However, if Evan does what he suggested in another post, and denominates everyone's "change" or better still, everyone's wallet's denominated funds every time they reach the required minimum, with DarkSend, it would really get to be impossible to follow the funds. We'd sure make a lot of internet traffic though!! LOL, and larger block chain, but with the other solution, it shouldn't matter.

I'm still having trouble starting a MasterNode with a local wallet and a VM server. Can anyone please help me? I did do a ./darkcoind getaccountaddress 0 and got a different address from what I was using before. I sent the coin to that address, tried again to start my local wallet up with ./darkcoind -masternodeaddr="server's ip address" , then went to my server address and tried to start the MasterNode, and got "not capable masternode" again. I wanted to check my "address 0" to make sure that it was correct, so I did ./darkcoind getaccountaddress 0 again, and got a completely new address (I think it just generates new addresses??) So if it just keeps generating new addresses, I honestly don't think that's the problem
Please, can anyone suggest what I might be forgetting or where to look for issues? Thanks so much!!
IRC dude! Did you delete testnet3 ? Got laods of coins if you need... suspect you too since we've been mining the Sh*t out of testnet with out MASSIVE +/- 250kh/s combined haha... I thought people were saying they could do this on main-net??? If only testnet, then no wonder, LOL. I just asked over there if we're still testing, are we?
