Now, a lot of these places that accept crypto payments are using services that accept many different coins as payments. This is pretty big for all of the other coins because they are usually a lot lower on fees. I know whenever I get the option, I usually will go and trade my Bitcoin for something else with lower fees just to save a little bit of money.

I know Brazil looks like the only country like that but I can count at least 10 countries who are having the same problems. No, it's the current balance and it seems that there is a bug in showing the balance there. My balance in "overview" is shown twice my real balance in top of page. Your balance is likely shown twice too if you check that.
